The agility of the product and the outstanding customer service from the CSM and helpdesk support team

Cons

Getting new features integrated after we identify a pain-point. That said, the team ALWAYS works with us to help identify a satisfactory solution

My experience has been 5 star. I have done over 8 major implementations of CMMS over the last 40 years and Limble has been the best overall system for the price by far!

Pros

The ease of start-up, customization and customer support. The team is always consulting the users for input to make the system work better for all. The changes needed are not necessarily global in as much as local. This ability makes customization for the site more advantageous to a manager like me. Also, the training videos are top notch.

Cons

No real issues so far, I am looking at the mobile client currently and as of now everything seems to be working.

It's great understandable and very simple to use. It describes it's self very easily to get what you want to say and put down. Doesn't make correction because it follows your demands what you put down.

Pros

Very important in the way it's put together from a working job perspective. It breaks down all the sections and divides in categories. Easy to read and laid out. Very understandable for a beginner like me.

Cons

The only con about this is that when you complete a job you can't reopen it up to change things or close the job by accident to reopen. Can't do a correction. The app is fine over all.

It is mixed. I like a lot of aspects, but it has some limitations which causes frustration. It is very close on so many things, but not capable to do exactly what I want, so concessions must be made.

Pros

Easy to use on the desktop and get started

Cons

Part searchability. My old system was way better. We need a wild card search. This is very cumbersome for me and my staff. Mobile app hasn't been reliable.

At the time had the function we wanted and seemed user friendly so lower training needed.

Wildly pleased with changing over to this platform. I've worked on dozens of platforms over the years - easy for frontline users while still powerful enough on the backend for deep dives and reporting.

Pros

Limble is a striking mix of ease of use and flexibility. Front line users don't even need an AP installed. Dialing in reports on the backend is easy and looks great!

Cons

Doing bulk updates during setup is a little confusing but customer support has helped every step of the way.

Pros

My favorite thing about Limbe is the quick help from customer support, and almost always a real person! Everything is so user friendly and simple.

Cons

I haven't had any major concerns or issues yet; my main hassle so far has been trying to agree on the layout structure within my own team.

It is a good way to track user requests and make sure important things get done. I am able to see how other mechanics resolved problems.

Pros

It is a great way to assign work to employees. As a mechanic I like the ease of looking through the PMs that need to be done each day.

Cons

I am unable to effectively label a job without assigning a machine. I am unable to delete an erroneous record

Very user friendly for maintenance management! The trainers are amazing and very helpful. Online live trainings are available for the user to schedule.

So far there is nothing that I haven't liked. I would like to upload manufacturer pm checklist to create pm's in Limble.

Pros

The team behind the software did a fantastic job streamlining the work order creation process, making it easier than ever for everyone to input their data consistently and efficiently. Cons

We had to do a lot of management of change - making sure everyone knew the goals so whenever something didn't act like we were used to we could move past it. Limble implementation has some areas that are rigid and you have to do their way it's not 100% customizable.

There is a lot to Limble. It can be used in a variety of ways. You do not have to use every function for it to be a befit to you. The training can seem daunting at first but it was actually very easy to get through. It just takes some time.

Pros

I have found Limble to be very useful. We use it for Preventative Maintenance tasks as well as to track down time. They offer free online lessons for all the different functions that really breakdown how useful it can be.

Cons

There were a couple of instances where an option is for example a green button on one page but a long text button on another page. That said, I have told them about this kind of minor gripe and they have promised to try to correct it.

After weeks for reviewing the top CMMS systems, Limble was chosen to be the CMMS system that was felt to best fit our needs and give the support we were looking for. So far, we are very satisfied and have received a tremendous amount of support from the onboarding team and technical team. Limble is quick to respond whether it is a problem or with education about the system. The training library of videos is excellent and the live on-line training sessions offered are also great. We feel that this is the most user-friendly system of the systems reviewed, and our team feels Limble is great fit for us.

Pros

The ease of navigation through the system and outstanding support offered during on boarding and beyond.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike at this time with the Limble system. Any concerns have been addressed and remedied quickly by the customer support team.

Overall, my experience with Limble has been really positive. I wasn’t expecting to receive this much attention and support, so I really appreciate the effort the Limble team puts in to help their customers succeed. Everyone has been great, especially \[sensitive content hidden\], who guided me through the onboarding process and made sure everything went smoothly. There’s also a ton of useful material available, from online training courses to videos, which makes learning the system much easier.

Pros

What I like most about Limble is how easy it is to use. It comes already set up in a way that makes it really simple to customize, so you can adapt it to your needs without waiting on special changes or long implementation times.

Cons

The pricing can be a bit high for small to mid-sized companies. As you add more licenses, it gets expensive pretty quickly. It would be great if they offered better pricing for added number of users, or even a more affordable 'view-only' license for team members who just need access to dashboards and reports.

Pros

The fact that what every is or needs scheduled comes up on time. Reports are at the push of a button. Things can be found fairly easily. The support and coaching were very good.

Cons

Just issues while using a phone, the time would get messed up. It would seem the program would drop out and once reopened the timer would have stopped. I believe this issue has been corrected

Fantastic customer support from the demo to the contracting step all the way to the training and onboarding.

Pros

The ability for anyone and everyone to submit a work request without a login is amazing. The Application is so easy to use for technicians. The live online help is a great at your fingertips. They always respond within a minute or two. Lastly, they have links to YouTube videos at the top of most screens that are tutorials on what that screen can do for you

Cons

Missing some features I would like such as cross team assignment for separate teams and the ability to make bulk templates to be used as any time any where.

Ease of use. Great user interface. Users are able to easily create work orders and the system allows for personalization with ease.

Cons

The integration with SSO. There always seems to be an issue when trying to connect users. These issues continue when the first issue has been solved when getting new users into the system.

I am very happy I switched from Emaint to Limbe. The transition was seamless. So easy to use and very easy to mold and modify tasks. The help that comes with the support team is amazing. I get answers very quickly after requesting help. someone is always available to help.

Pros

The best feature for me is how easy it is to learn and build this system. I was building out my companies' system in the 1st week.

Cons

One difficulty is we need a license for every user. For us that means dozens of licenses for individuals who are not necessarily using the system on a regular basis.

A very easy tool to use, with a simple layout. If you don’t have any experience with CMMS software, this is a great option to start with. And if you're already familiar with these tools, it will be even easier to implement.

Pros

Limble is very easy to use. Everything you need to run a solid maintenance plan is there, and it's very intuitive. You can quickly upload or update hundreds of PMs, assets, or parts lists. You can also create custom dashboards or export the data to work on another platform. Additionally, if you encounter any issues, the support team responds very quickly.

Cons

If you need a feature that is not available yet, you may have to wait a long time for it to be implemented.

Pros

It is very easy to use, customizable options, responsive team, set up was straight forward. Excellent pricing for the features. Better options, better cost for the organizaiton.

Cons

Nothing to not like at this point, we are new users and in the process of going live. No system is 100% perfect but Limble had the most to offer to meet our needs.

Overall i have been happy with Limble. We use it in all of our Maintenance process, Machine PMs, Purchase Orders and Parts tracking. We also have introduced it to our Quality Teams and they use it for Audits.

Pros

Submission of Work Orders using QR codes has been a great tool we use on Shopfloor. Quicker reaction time for our Maintenance Techs and less machine downtime. Purchase Order and Parts tracking has been a great tool as well. Regular conversations and touch base meetings with our Customer Service Manager.

Cons

Setting up some the PM can be confusing. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly

Very easy to set up and use. The app is very good for on-the-go workorders and managing schedules. it keeps all data stored in 1 place.

Pros

It is very easy to use. The onboarding process was very easy. Limble is verry supportive in helping you set up the software and will most of the time answer questions before you even ask them. The one on one training when setting up the software was a big help.

Cons

It is super powerful. We do not have 1 person that is controlling Limble there is just a team of technicians and managers. TO utilize all aspects like parts and tools you will need to have somebody that does nothing but manage parts and tools.

Overall our experience with Limble has been very positive. Limble makes it easy to communicate with the staff if we are having trouble using the software. Also customer service manager \[sensitive content hidden\] is really supportive and follows up on the issues we need address.

Pros

What I like most about limble is the ability to store all the company's work information under 1 software. Parts and photos and signatures under 1 app that we can send right away to our customers is a big plus.

Cons

I do not like the " bugs" or certain times it freezes up and stays in loading mode.
