It has been a great experience from start to finish and the after sales support you get is phenomenal. For instance, the people manning the live support chat always answer extremely fast and are super knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to something, they actually research it and get you a real answer instead of feeding you a word salad.

Pros

Writing and managing work orders in Limble is as simple as using something like Instagram. It's incredibly easy to setup, manage, and train people to use.

Cons

The metrics you can pull from Limble are great but I do wish that you could have a little bit more granularity when making reports or generating charts.

Pros

Customer Support - Our CSR, \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best thing about utilizing Limble. Taking on a new CMMS after not having one at all can be daunting and the success of that role out comes with how comfortable we are setting it up and asking questions. Alex jumps on every inquiry, happy to get on a call or send a personalized video showing us how to do anything we need.

Cons

It's something to get used to, get buy in on, have consistency in checking this daily, weekly, monthly to ensure everyone is using it the way it is meant to be used. Still working through it so not ready to call out Cons yet...

It is mixed. I like a lot of aspects, but it has some limitations which causes frustration. It is very close on so many things, but not capable to do exactly what I want, so concessions must be made.

Pros

Easy to use on the desktop and get started

Cons

Part searchability. My old system was way better. We need a wild card search. This is very cumbersome for me and my staff. Mobile app hasn't been reliable.

At the time had the function we wanted and seemed user friendly so lower training needed.

My maintenance team has been using limble for about 3 years. It has streamlined our workflow process, records work history, allows PM scheduling, tracks inventory & parts usage. We've even expanded to using it to build a Training program. It's very easy to use & very versatile.

Pros

Limble is easy to use. Vastly captures metrics for reporting and audit purposes. It makes managing inventory easy.

Cons

There's not much to dislike. The new app doesn't have dark mode.. that's about it. Occasionally it will get a bug, but it gets resolved quick.

Great. The Limble software covers everything I need from work orders, assets, inventory and preventative maintenance. It also has reports.

Pros

Very robust product. Customer service is best in class. Limble has a large learning community that includes video tutorials and real time chat that is always available.

Cons

When an associate leaves the company from another site they must be manually taken out or we become full of users that are not active.

Pros

Easy to navigate and very versatile. Part inventory and PMs have been a lot easier to keep track of and manage

Cons

That work orders go back to the top of the page in open work orders after clicking out of one or hitting the back button

Pros

Honestly, it is that there is SO MUCH that the platform can do it is a little overwhelming sometimes.

Love it, definitely would recommend it to anyone in need of these services, even for technology illiterate folks this is super easy to navigate.

Pros

Easy to navigate. Work orders are very helpful. Just all around love the set up. QR codes to enter work orders are definitely a bonus as well.

Cons

Off the top of my head, I can't say I have found a reason not to like it. Could use a Spanish version if it's not available already.

My favorite thing about Limbe is the quick help from customer support, and almost always a real person! Everything is so user friendly and simple.

Cons

I haven't had any major concerns or issues yet; my main hassle so far has been trying to agree on the layout structure within my own team.

Pros

Very user friendly for maintenance management! The trainers are amazing and very helpful. Online live trainings are available for the user to schedule.

Cons

So far there is nothing that I haven't liked. I would like to upload manufacturer pm checklist to create pm's in Limble.

Pros

The UX is intuitive and makes it easy for technicians and requestors to easily and quickly learn how to use the software. Customer support and onboarding was also very good.

Cons

The search function is currently limited to exact searches. I would like to see this function be developed into smart searches.

The whole experience has been one of the best project roll out in my career. The team members from Limble have been great and helpful. Training my team who are in different stages of skill has been easy and effortless.

Pros

Limble is such a easy, user-friendly, and simple tool to use for your maintenance needs. My team needs an easy to learn solution and Limble was it. It has all the features that the other complicated systems have and more. I use it on my mobile device all the time when walking around the plant and we can get maintenance fixes done in no time! The support I have received since starting with Limble has been amazing. I chatted with the \[sensitive content hidden\] ! WOW! Who gets to do that. The implementation team has been awesome and very helpful throughout the process. Getting setup was easy as well. A feature I love is that once an asset is created, a QR code is generated from Limble and you are immedately able to print and place on assets.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes. I am just waiting for more AI features to be integrated in the software. As they have plans to add in more AI, it will help our journey.

Overall Limble has been a great platform for our facilities and fleet maintenance needs. We have been able to reduce our downtime and improve the overall health of our fleet across multiple divisions.

Pros

Limble has been a powerful tool in upping our maintenance game. It was very easy to implement and very user friendly. I gave us the capacity to go from reactive maintenance to more preventative maintenance, and building our ability to go further with the invaluable data it is providing my team and take steps to be proactive in our maintenance approach. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a tremendous help and partner, providing us resources and helping us shape Limble to fit our organization's needs.

Cons

We have had some challenges with the automatic PM triggers to create work orders at the designated intervals.

Working with the Limble software as well as its customer service team has been a great experience. The software has been very easy to use and navigate. It had all the tools we were looking for without any extra clutter or useless features. It feels like software that is crafted with user experience as a priority.

Pros

Limble is a very user-friendly and intuitive maintenance tracking solution. A user can easily learn to navigate the software in less than an hour. Integrating it is an easy process, as Limble allows for data to be uploaded through an Excel template that the software provides. My maintenance team loves the searchability of the software. Each page gives you a search bar that will find any fragment of information that the user types, such as partial machine numbers or names. If there is ever a question about how to do something in the software, it has a built-in live chat customer support that will walk you through a solution either through text or video. There are also YouTube tutorials linked into the software so you can find help incredibly fast. They also assign you an account manager who will assist in getting you set up and integrated, providing you with ideas to make the process easy and efficient. Now that the software has been set up, the maintenance team is constantly using it to manage tasks and track PMs.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about Limble, honestly. It has some features for you to add vendors and purchase parts, which my team does not use, but these features do not distract from the main use of the software. Overall, I have heard no complaints about the software.

### "Best Bang for Your Buck Asset Maintenance and Parts Management Program "

So far both the program itself and the team backing it have been absolutely fantastic. I'm glad to say that this is exactly the program we have been looking for. Between it's capabilities and ease of use I don't think any other program could beat it. Especially when considering it was the most affordable program we were able to find.

Pros

The cost vs benefits blows the competition out of the water. The ease of use of the program is astounding. Very easy to pick up and easy to explore and find many different ways for this to benefit your company. Limble organizes and speeds up many inner workings of our company.

Cons

So far we have no complaints about Limble any issues I ever run into with it are either operator error or functions we haven't learned about yet. When these issues arise the Limble team helps substantiality and is a vital learning point for the inner workings of the program.

Overall, integrating Limble into our company's sites has been really user friendly and a smooth process. Working with Ciro from foundation building all the way to our weekly topic meetings once we were at a steady state was instrumental to ensure we successfully implemented this CMMS.

Pros

I love how intuitive Limble is to operate. From the button placement, to the aesthetics and functionality of creating jobs, assets, and PM's, Limble is a very simple and powerful tool.

Cons

I would like to see more options for the reporting section. There were a few things I noticed while implementing this at my site. With that being said, this is more of a site specific thing versus and overall functionality issue.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Limble. I have been a driver of my team's implementation, so I have gotten to really dig in and be very hands on with the system. And it works very well and has a lot of functionality and customization available.

Pros

I really enjoy how easy it is to make updates to things in the system. Previously, my team was using eMaint, which is very clunky and requires a lot of effort to make even small changes like adding a new field to an asset. I especially like the syncing feature for PM templates, as it makes updating things like descriptions and instructions very simple. I also really appreciate the extensive library and customer service - any time I have a question I can't figure out, someone is only a chat message away and very knowledgeable!

Cons

I wish there was a way to update the PMs more easily via bulk updates similar to the asset inventory. While the sync feature is awesome and very helpful, it can take a long time if you sync a lot of items and requires creation of relations beforehand. I also wish there was a way to sync our internal asset ID with the Limble asset ID, as we already had an established hierarchy that differs from the Limble one. It's not feasible for us to change all of our assets, as we have thousands, so it would be nice to be able to choose the Limble asset ID during asset creation. It can be difficult to do things like import PMs with associated assets because we cannot use our established asset ID and must instead locate the Limble ID in order to associate the PM at the time of creation.

It was also very difficult to use for multiple teams if they have different needs, as changes will apply to the entire system and cannot be adjusted by locations.

My experience has been very positive. Limble was extremely user friendly and easy to use and they also have an amazing team that will help you integrate your data into their CMMS.

Pros

Limble offers a great CMMS that allows us to easily schedule Preventative Maintenance for over 100 units from over 50 customers.

Cons

The downside that I have experience with Limble has to do with their report generation. While they have reports that could be very beneficial to some users they lack in basic reports such as open work orders and asset lists.

Very easy to use, and the tracking of work orders is really nice for following up or for reviews. And Katia is very helpful anytime she is needed, also very persistent with needed, She will always find an answer or fix the issue.

There is nothing that i least like, i am still learning the layout. I would recommend the Limble CMMS to any company

Overall i have been happy with Limble. We use it in all of our Maintenance process, Machine PMs, Purchase Orders and Parts tracking. We also have introduced it to our Quality Teams and they use it for Audits.

Pros

Submission of Work Orders using QR codes has been a great tool we use on Shopfloor. Quicker reaction time for our Maintenance Techs and less machine downtime. Purchase Order and Parts tracking has been a great tool as well. Regular conversations and touch base meetings with our Customer Service Manager.

Cons

Setting up some the PM can be confusing. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly

Very easy to set up and use. The app is very good for on-the-go workorders and managing schedules. it keeps all data stored in 1 place.

Pros

It is very easy to use. The onboarding process was very easy. Limble is verry supportive in helping you set up the software and will most of the time answer questions before you even ask them. The one on one training when setting up the software was a big help.

Cons

It is super powerful. We do not have 1 person that is controlling Limble there is just a team of technicians and managers. TO utilize all aspects like parts and tools you will need to have somebody that does nothing but manage parts and tools.
