Easy to adopt and implement into daily use! I found the entire experience to be streamlined and incredibly user friendly. Not only for me, but for my clients as well! Pros I was nervous to implement a new platform but I was SO delighted to find how user friendly this program was! I was immediately grateful for how quickly I was able to adopt HoneyBook and use it to create proposals, contracts while tracking payments and communications. Cons Honestly, I don't have any cons- the only one I could possibly think of was that it once went to someone's spam box as opposed to their inbox. Review Source KK Kelvin K. I like that it sends follow up reminders for client inquiries as our company gets busy at times. Pros I like that it’s user friendly for someone new to creating event contracts and invoices. You can customize each contract to fit each client with photos and different line items. Cons I think the process could be slightly easier for taking a contact from inquiry to project to contract with invoice. Cons The branding removal is only in the higher tier prices, it is not that big of a deal but for starting out on a budget does not help. Pros It's a one stop for managing clinets their reocurring payments. I use it a lot and it save me the time of contacting clinets to remind them subscription renewing. It sends various forms, reminders and invoices at certain intervals thus eliminating the tiresomeness of having to constantly supervise each transaction individually. Cons Recurring invoice generation is not as flexible as they have to be. I hoped to have specific payments for each stage of the work but in HoneyBook I am only able to select general recurrent dates, which is not suitable when the delivery can be different from client to client. " September 4, 2024 5.0 Pros I enjoyed this user friendly software. I was offered a seven day trial to see if it was a good fit for my company. Sending invoices was a breeze. One of my favorite features is being able to send crisp, professional looking proposals to possible business prospects. This feature alone helped take my business up a notch. Cons As compared to others, The payout speed for invoices takes close to a week as opposed to a couple of days with other software I have tried. Perhaps that will change in the future.
