It keeps me organized and easy to store everything I need in one place Pros I love HoneyBook! It’s easy to setup and receive payments, send and receive emails and contracts with my customers and rarely have I had any tech issues. Customer service is super helpful and the value for the tier two was worth it. Cons Nothin. There’s still a lot to learn about using it. Pros I like that HoneyBook has great customer support team that offers assistance for any queries reported 24/7. The interface is very easy to use and customize. Pros It's a one stop for managing clinets their reocurring payments. I use it a lot and it save me the time of contacting clinets to remind them subscription renewing. This has helped me with not having to negotiate with clients frequently regarding scopes and I have also been able to cut down on the duration taken while closing deals to almost by half. Cons I can’t keep track of the changes which is why if I for instance resend a proposal or edit a contract mid-process, the only way to keep record of the changes is manually. Pros I used HoneyBook to schedule appointment for photography, I found it easy to schedule clients for their photo sessions and manage their invoice and payments. Cons I couldn't keep the program due to the cost of it, it was out of my budget, there are a lot of features but for me as a freelancer, I was just getting started and couldn't afford it. Cons HoneyBook shines for many industry professionals but isn't without a few details in need of improvement. Uploading files to customize templates can be difficult due to the restrictions placed on file types and sizes. Businesses with more non-traditional models may also find HoneyBook difficult to customize to meet their needs.
