The ease of setting up campaigns, to tracking gift rewards, and receiving updated notices on the progress of the campaign, and the invoicing have made this an excellent tool for us. The added bonus: we don't pay for the rewards that are not satisfied. And Rybbon tracks all of that! We are very happy customers! Pros We discovered Rybbon when our events were forced to pivot to virtual from in-person. This program became invaluable as we needed a good incentive program that was attractive to attendees as well as sponsors. Rybbon was our answer. To be honest, once we utlilized this program, we did not explore any other options as Rybbon met all of our needs. The choice of gift cards and the ease of navigation made this software invaluable to the business development team at our association. Cons There were several features that we felt could be upgraded and we provided the feedback to Rybbon. They actually listened and responded with needed changes. Review Source CD Chintan D. Pros Software was truly easy to use, and synched up seamlessly with Survey Monkey. The software automated the fulfillment process so we could keep our focus with the survey work itself. A fantastic platform for streamlining gifting and rewards for marketing programs in a virtual world. Pros Integrations with marketo, and surveymonkey, and ease with which we can send virtual gifts enabled a quick and easy transformation during the pandemic. We've also used Amazon cards to incentivize prospects to attend a demo. It can really move the needle but it's always been pretty manual, difficult to track, and requires you to pay for the gift cards in advance (losing the money if they're never redeemed). Rybbon changes all that. You can order through their portal, set up your campaign, grab a token for Marketo, and you're done. You can track when a gift is redeemed and schedule a Sales follow up. The ease of use is one thing, but the lack of risk is another huge factor. If your allotted gift cards aren't used, you can return them for a refund or order new gifts in any increment you need. Awesome. This has made it possible for our team to try a variety of campaigns at no risk. Here's what I really like: - Amazing integration with Marketo, HubSpot and SurveyMonkey - Branding & customization of the gifting process from the sender's email address to the gifting page - 100% refunds in unclaimed gifts - Curated gift list that recipients can choose from - Tracking, reporting, and management by campaign Highly recommend fueling your funnel conversion. I continue to recommend services as many of my clients love how easy it is to implement, how it increases engagement, and they're themselves are delighted when I sent them a giftcard as a celebration or thanks. Pros Rybbon is an EXCELLENT platform to help engage prospects that might otherwise not be interested in completing surveys, watching demos, or even just aiding in sending rewards to team members. It's so easy to use and implements so easy with HubSpot. Cons I really don't think there is anything I don't love about the software. I had a bit of difficulty with how to understand setting up and testing, but the customer service team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help. November 29, 2022 5.0 Pros BHN Rewards make it so easy to send out gift cards! The ability to select multiple retailers for the recipient to chose from ensures that the recipient is happy. Capabilities such as notifications if emails bounce, seeing if the reward has been accepted, and sending reminder emails are so helpful on this platform. Using BHN Rewards has made sending and tracking gift cards much easier! Cons There was a switch in ownership from Rybbon to BHN Rewards which was a bit confusing but now it is cleared up! Once you are set up in the system it is really easy to maintain and access your account and make deployments. Cons Nothing comes to mind, we have used for various projects. Perhaps adding in different cost centers for the account so we could share funds between teams would be a benefit, but not sure we would even adopt this since we all have separate budgets. As a public institution of higher learning, we must adhere to very strict regulations on how we conduct our research and how we document the incentives for participants. Rybbon has been the perfect tool for us. Pros Rybbon has been exactly what we needed to implement a service of awarding digital gift cards to participants of surveys that we execute. The documentation that we need for internal controls is also easy to obtain, which was a high priority in choosing this product / service. Cons No complaints. When I complained day three, I guess they took it personally. Outside of the sales guy, I don't think anyone else in the company is in US. There really isn't any one to talk with. You get random incoherent emails requesting you to fill out forms like credit card authorizations that aren't provided. The only sales guy, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is nice, but he acts powerless to help or expedite the process. Pros The false hope that it would work and could be implemented quickly and efficiently as the sales guy, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] led me to believe. I would recommend this software for managing incentives for a SurveyMonkey survey. Cons The reports available in Rybbon are a great way to track campaigns. It is easy to create, manage, and generate reports for reward campaigns and comes at a reasonable cost. Pros Ease-of-use Coverage - options provided for nearly all countries where we operate Cons Would like the ability to see options available to recipients in various countries Approval cycle needs to be reduced - all rewards must be approved and this cycle takes up to 24 hrs and sometimes even longer. Every aspect of Rybbon's offering is better than previous vendors we worked with. My sales rep has been friendly and helpful. Implementation was easy. The web portal is intuitive and easy to use, the gift options are numerous, and the pricing options are competitive. A huge perk is that the value of unclaimed rewards is credited to our account for re-use if the reward expires before being claimed! I don't know of anyone else who offers that option. Being able to copy previous campaigns saves me lots of time each month since I am typically rewarding employees for participating in similar programs. Cons The limitations on international reward options. There are many options, but recipients outside of the US cannot choose which gift card they'd like.
