Wonderful. Seriously no negative experiences. They're one of the better companies to deal with. Its unusal these days to see a company that has good customer service and a product that works, but both....astounding.

Pros

BHN rewards are easy to redeem. I fill out surveys all the time and they use BHN rewards. The ease of just selecting what rewards I would like, and getting it instantly,makes the whole process less complicated.

Cons

I genuinely dont think there is anything i dont like. Im quick to call out a company on something they could imporove on. But when Ive had problems in the past, their customer servide is excellent. Their rewards selection process is easy. Ive always found a reward for a company I've wanted, so the selection is great.

I would not recommend using the platform. However, someone from my company referred us to it. I will need to communicate internally that this was not a good choice. Very poor professionalism so far.

Pros

They take your money quickly. It's seemed easy enough for them to take our money.

Cons

Terrible Customer Support. Paid for a subscription in January 24, it's now May 24 and we haven't moved past the onboarding process. Account rep switched 3 times, without notice and the most recent on is 3 hours behind my team's working hours.

BHN has changed the way we manage projects for the better. The time savings versus setting up rewards in-house, sending and resending emails can't even be measured! We'll never go back to delivering rewards that way.

Pros

BHN easily integrates with our survey platform (Voxco) using one simple redirect link. Campaign set-up is simple and intuitive. Able to offer a greater selection of rewards, especially to OUS respondents. Respondents are redirected to rewards site instantly and automatically.

Cons

The only feature I'd like to have available is the ability to increase incentives as campaigns proceed (for instances where the reward offer has been increased to speed up response rates or to complete a difficult audience segment).

The experience has been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] our support/contact person is quick to respond and has helped us work through a number of unique issues that our type of work encounters.

Pros

We are able to send out batches of gift cards quickly and efficiently. It also allows us to track the status of the cards, from sent, to delivered, to opened, to claimed. The reporting functions have made out work much faster and easier.

Cons

N/A we are happy with all of the services and products offered by BHN.

Pros

This offers great options for redemption, things respondents actually want to earn. Once you are set up in the system it is really easy to maintain and access your account and make deployments.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, we have used for various projects. Perhaps adding in different cost centers for the account so we could share funds between teams would be a benefit, but not sure we would even adopt this since we all have separate budgets.

Pros

I like how easy it is to send gift cards to customers and prospects. The tool is set up in a nice way to categorize different initiatives.

Cons

I wish there were more payment options or that it wasn't more expensive to use a non-preloaded card.
