This software is very user friendly. Directions are straight forward and courses run smoothly. Feedback to email is fast.

Cons

Passwords should be easy to create not in particular format e.g 8 letters and two numbers with exclamation mark.

Implementation has been poor experience, but once live employees respond well.

Pros

Simplicity and ease of use. Positive feedback from employees

Cons

We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.

Not bad, some minor issues to sort out.

Pros

Easy to use & easy to navigate around. Friendly user interface. Fast speed, easy to load.

Cons

When left idle for a while (i.e. go to do work and come back) the page usually stopped responding and does not register that the course has been complete.

It's great to have information for staff, online learning, and leave application all in one platform! Great for uniting the staff and keeping each other informed.

Pros

Very user-friendly! Layout is clear and tidy.

Cons

Occasional glitches. Sometimes the site will power down or a link won't work etc.
