CFO Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Holiday Pay Calculation disaster" October 1, 2020 1.0 Long response times. Not worth the investment. Pros The HR module implementation was great. Very professional as the product delivered what was promised. Cons The payroll module does not deliver what they set out in the sales proposal, we had major issues with holiday pay calculation errors in NZ. We had to wait for 6 months for them to write a NZ payroll and when it was released it could only deliver part of the features. The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests. Review Source AB Andres B. The library has provided a good base and saved us a lot of time, effort and costs in the creation of basic courses as we did not have to start from scratch. So far, all my interactions with the people who work at ELMO have been fantastic, they are a company that care about their people, and their people really want the products to work for you and your people. Pros The ELMO library, it gives a great starting point for any business that is wanting to develop ELearning modules. Cons The reporting needs to be real time, but I believe this is something ELMO is working on. I also think an Administrator training course on how to create the moving pictures and other cool techniques that are used within the library courses would be useful. Review Source JB Johan B. The UI structure is well made and easy to navigate. Easy to submit documents, etc. Overall well developed and makes it easier for people to accomplish certain tasks easily. It is very user friendly, even for my less tech-savvy colleagues, and it is easy to keep track of the training you need to do, and by when. It is also easy to check the training you have completed. Cons The only thing I dislike is the inability to jump straight to the assessment if I have a strong awareness of the module, but I understand why this feature has been omitted.
