### "ELMO work training"

I have used it for a number of years to keep my learning up to date.

Pros

its easy and fun to use. I enjoy the interactive aspects. the hover over sections are always interesting to look into. the questions at the end are some times tricky but always informative.

Cons

it's a difficult question, because its very streamlined and easy to use. i get reminders and updates. i couldn't say i like anything least or more.

Very poor.

Pros

The premise of the application and feature set is great, but the implementation is poor with it really feeling like they have tacked together multiple different pieces of software.

Cons

There are many many many many really poor user experience pieces wasting considerable user time and the answer when saying that is poor is "Unfortunately, this is the expected behaviour of the system"

Reason for choosing ELMO Software

On the surface it did what we needed, but once you get into implementation the little nagging poor implementation becomes obvious.

It is very intuitive and once I had used it for a few months I could troubleshoot most issues staff were having.

Cons

There are a few things it can't do, can't think of them off the top of my head, but I'm sure that is the same with all similar products.

I would recommend this software especially when managing a team of 20+ as it definitely adjusts schedule and performance metrics on par. A great software for busy schedules, setup reminders and projects are on daily notices via linked email.

Pros

Simply how easily accessible each link is given on the navigation tabs. There is no need to search link one by one.

Cons

The least is reminders of due projects can be annoying most times.

I have never had any problems with this system

Pros

Easy to use and navigate through. I work for an organisation that has implimented this system and once used a couple of times found it very easy to use. It allows you to see all documents for training done, vaccinations etc. Job opportunites.

Cons

I don't feel that there is a need for improvement based on what I use the site for.

Pros

In one quick look you can find what you need. Is very intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

I can't find anything I dislike or like least. I use all the features. Something a little bit confusing sometimes is the days when you request leave but just for a few hours instead of the entire day. Not a big deal though.

I overall enjoy the accessibility and ease of the ELMO software, makes it easy for the team to communicate amongst one another and the training and timesheet related software.

Pros

The easiness of the payroll and timesheet system makes it very easy for our employees to navigate and access their payrolls and timesheets for their work.

Cons

The training system can be a bit hard to navigate and get through modules to complete.

This product allows you to find what you need with ease. Places items needed to do on top and gives you a clear time period to have the items completed.

Cons

The program doesnt have the items in alphabetical order making it sometimes difficult to find something in a hurry.

Elmo was supposed to provide us a seamless HRIS solution and could not be further from the truth. Many months down the track and we are still battling with the system. If it was not for the 3 year investment I have no doubt that I would have pulled the pin by now. Do not use this as your payroll solution, otherwise you will end up with headache after headache.

Pros

What was presented in the demo was so different to what was delivered. This included the customer service...

Cons

It was clunky. So many issues with it that they did not even know what to do half the time. Everything was always sent to the Dev team to look at.
