I especially appreciate how easy it is to return products that end up not working for our team. Pros The product is easy to use and easy to navigate. There are always directions available when adding new products but overall the process is simple and easy and makes ordering supplies a less tedious task. Cons Integration with our business was successful but our team was unaware of all the additional features. They're may already be available resources, but video tutorials on how to fully maximize usage of this software would have been beneficial in its rollout at our facility. Review Source TC Taryn C. It puts all of my products in one place, so re-odering is so easy. Returns are no longer a hassel, all I have to do is submit a ticket and Negotiatus takes care of the rest. Our finance team also loves Negotiatus, because all our purchases come in one invoice. Pros As an office admin at a bustling office, Negotiatus has been a true lifesaver. Negotiatus finds us the best prices and gets the products to us quickly. It keeps all our costs in one place, which save me so much time! I no longer have to spend hours sourcing receipts from different vendors. This keeps not only our staff happy, but also our finance team. In addition to saving me time, Negotiatus is a breeze to use. It acts as an extension, so I can order products from any website I choose. It also saves all of the products I purchase, so it's simple click to reorder products. Their support team, is friendly, customer service oriented, and always quick to assist. If I ever have a question about a product or want to submit a return, I can submit a ticket directly through their website and their team emails me back the same day with information or a return slip. I would recommend Negotiatus for all office admin who are looking to simplify their weekly ordering process and save time. Cons I currently have no issues with Negotiatus. Review Source TL Theresa L. There have been a few bumps in the road, but that's how companies get better! Customer Service is always outstanding - very responsive & knowledgeable! Pros That I can compile my own product lists, specific to my locations needs. But I also enjoy that I can see what others in the company have ordered/added to the product list because it can give me ideas. Cons That the pricing doesn't update consistently, so I find myself checking prices over multiple items to ensure we are getting the best price. I thought the system was supposed to do something like that already, but as a User only, I've already explored all the things I can and cannot do. Items also don't update from being out of stock. I also have had issues with the substitutions - like why would you sub Plastic Bowls when I definitely ordered Paper Bowls? If I had wanted plastic bowls, I would have ordered PLASTIC! Pros My favorite part of Order is the Order Chrome Extension that allows users to add products from any google chrome url directly to the Order cart. Two clicks and you're done! Cons I'm going to be honest - the ONLY thing that disappoints me about Order was when the name was changed from Negotiatus. 'I'm going to order on Order" - sounds a bit silly. Luckily, my only complaint does not actually change the functionality of the site. Order is wonderful! Pros Once an item is added to Order is easy to order and allows for me to approve the needs of our team. Not worrying about office supplies has allowed me to create real cost savings for our organization. Also no more credit card statements to balance so bonus points for that. Pros This software is intuitive and customizable for your application. We don't have a company cc, so this is our go-to web sourcing program. It has easy product uploads and can source from virtually any web-store. Cons Product upload does require a link to the specific product needed. This can get tricky with drop-down selections like clothing size or hardware specs. These always take longer to process. Cons linking of vendors has been slowsubstitutions are not the best product and are slow to get and may not be the right replacementorders in general take too long to process. Reason for choosing Order.co at the time it seemed innovative compared to the usually systems. The thought of price shopping might be helpful but we don't do the shopping the company does it so we don't get to decide if that's the product we want to substitute for or not. To me it was a good sales pitch but in reality totally different product. Definitely more work for accounting. It has been taking too long to link over some vendors causing more paperwork and time. I know that nothing is perfect but we expected more and better. Cons I wish i can filter the categories as well on the spend by cost center so i can separate the cost for assets and retail from the cost of services. Linking vendor accounts can be difficult. But, now everyone is accustomed to the process and appreciates all of the record keeping features. Pros I like the ability to categorize purchases and run reports to show staff the expenses each month. The staff also like having the itemized listing for record keeping and it reduces the inquiries to the accounting team. Cons There is alot to learn in order to use it efficiently and effectively. Would have appreciated more training for administrative team to easily use the various functions. Reason for choosing Order.co We weren't using any products previously... just good old fashioned paper requests with signatures for approvals and then keeping paper copies. There are some features that can be improved on, but it works very well for all your ordering needs. Pros I appreciate how all items our company uses from various vendors can all appear all in the same place. Order.co makes adding our own items from vendor sites very simple and fast. It makes purchasing items very convenient. Cons There have been times where a selected item is said to be delivered from a specific vendor, then without notice it changes vendors and charges us a fee for not meeting the minimum requirements for free shipping. It can be misleading this way, and has caused confusion in the past. However, the customer service team at Order.co is very friendly and kind enough to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Pros My favorite part of order.co is the customer service. If there is an issue, it is so easy to contact customer service and they are very quick in solving the problem. And if it is a user error issue, they teach me out to correct my problem and how to not let it happen again in a way that helps me and supports me. Cons It is somewhat difficult to find products that I need based on the search parameters. Pros Ordering from one platform, where I can save frequently needed items, makes managing inventory for the store a breeze. Adding items that aren't within the system is simple as well and I've never had an issue. Cons Shipping times take longer than going directly through Amazon at times. Still quick enough, with ordering products well enough in advance. This would be the one minor setback. If you were in a rush to get something shipped asap, it could cause an issue. If you are organized with your inventory, this won't be an issue. Rep is my life line with the software, and it eases the pain of procurement for a 90+ location company. Pros The customer service that comes along with this software is truly its best asset. However, software wise, it's very easy to add/delete/audit/organize inventory. Cons The software can be a little tedious and granular when reproducing bulk orders for more than one location. Cons Due to our unique cost centers and budgets, the my products section is my least favorite feature. Currently we see products across all cost centers and users. I would love to see this section tailored to be user specific! Negotiatus is great at taking feedback and making improvements to the platform to improve the experience. Pros The ability to copy links from amazon to add new products that aren't listed on the dashboard or product lists. Cons The website and technology isn't very intuitive. Items often come in miniature form, for example and ball pop walking toy was ordered and when it arrived it was roughly 4 inches tall. Items often come broken or damaged and returning items is time consuming. Delays in accounting shipping costs and actual costs deducted from budget frequently result in people going over their specified budgets.
