I like the how easy it is to find what you want from many suppliers with one order. The system is very user friendly

Cons

Adding products to the system every time you order something new. Tracking items is also a little clumsy to get to.

It is usually a great and quick experience. Very easy to use and shipping is easily tracked and customer support is extremely helpful when needed.

Pros

The ease of all products in on place. I have so many different items I have to order weekly and having them in one location really cuts my time spent.

Cons

The occasional out of stock issue without prior notice. This is not a usual occurrence, however it is frustrating when it happens.

Pros

Value, we are saving some money using order.co. Using order.co has been super easy to navigate as well.

Cons

One con of using order.co is having to ask for everything to be added in order to find it on the site, however, it is usually added the day of.

so far so good. I find that it is easy to remove and add products based on company needs. We are also able to select and limit most cost efficient options.

Pros

I can manage what my staff orders and enforce some tighter controls. I can also add/delete items that may not be safe for our centers.

Cons

Researching orders can be difficult. It would be nice if the search function had better capabilities.

Pros

Easy one stop shop for ordering all things across our business. Great customer support and account manager. Ordering is easy and everything is made easy for me to do my job function. My favorite function is the Google chrome extension but also how we can tailor the order platform to our business structure.

Cons

Not many, all the issues we have had have been addressed or are currently in motion to becoming addressed. The support team is pretty responsive to any issues that arise.

Pros

Pros

Easy cost and expense management and of course the ease of use when it comes to making orders and seeing pricing.

Cons

The easy-to-understand ordering process and the constant updates that keep you updated on estimated arrivals.

We are happy we made the switch a few years ago to using Order.co because it has improved our budgeting and delivery process to be more accurate and efficient.

Pros

Using order.co has given me a better view of expense tracking per site- with 9 sites to review, one place to see the orders and create appropriate budgets is very helpful.

Cons

Wish the cost per site was less. A couple of our sites are very close to each other and we could choose to only send to 1 site to reduce costs, but it adds hassle and inefficiency.

Overall, it was awesome. Once it's set up, super easy. They are very responsive and email you back right away when you have issue.

Pros

Ease of ordering! It was also super fast and easy to track. I enjoyed having the ETA's right from the order page.

Cons

It was a bit messy to set my account up at first. Some of the tracking didn't come in so that was an issue.

Pros

Order has everything I could possibly need. I like that it gives me a heads up when something may be out and then shows me another option.

Cons

It can be hard to navigate the website to find what I need quickly. I wish there was an option for categories.

Pros

Centralized platform for our locations to order items and get things shipped to their locations.

Cons

\-Reporting--I would love to see reporting by location by item each month so I can see on average how much we are spending on each item. -Comparing pricing- I would love if the platform could give us price comparisons for items our team is consisently reordering. We don't always know if we are receiving the best pricing and our team has to search outside the platform and add items to the platform for less expensive options.

The solution has grown a lot and is offering more to our organization. When we were limited to our catalog in the past, the off catalog order came up for example. It is really an efficient tool for the company.

Pros

The convenience : we have many people in our organization ordering various supplies to various location. Order.Co allows us to centralize our purchases, have a common catalogue, check orders and give approval and not worry about paying multiples suppliers but just one ! Order.Co is perfect for our type of organization with many locations.

Cons

We would like the services to be more integrated in Canada

Pros

Negotiatus is a helpful tool for a variety of reasons. It congregates all ordering of supplies to one platform. It can then find cheaper pricing and set limits of how much you are willing to spend on a product. Since all orders go through an admin, you can cut down on miscellaneous spending. It also makes reordering products extremely easy and convenient.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve when we first got on the system. We needed a zoom meeting with customer service to really show us the ropes on how to effectively utilize the system. Also, the UI is not bad by any means, but it could be better.

### "Worthwhile Product - More Pros than Cons"

Order has been extremely helpful to our Firm. We don't have anyone hired specifically to handle inventory and ordering so for me it gets tacked on to my already full load of daily duties in the Billing Department. Being able to get my supply ordering done and returns handled all in one spot with someone taking care of all the dirty work along the way makes my job a million times easier and I very much appreciate Order for their services.

Pros

My favorite aspect of this software is the ease at which I can order our very specific office supplies from multiple different vendors including Amazon while only dealing with the checkout and payment processes of one. This product also offers the option to allow Order to look for similar products with a lower price and even allows you to return without question if you did not like the substitution. Order will work with you directly to find the item you want which is very nice. They also take care of the return process for you, which is maybe even the best aspect. I don't have time to be waiting on the phone and dealing with the return process on so many items from so many vendors and Order does make that a breeze.

Cons

Some features that I have noticed a lot of improvement on more recently but are still somewhat left to my own devices is the way the returns and credits are applied. I have about 5 returns from last year that I completed as per instruction and then I never received my refund or my return was still "processing." I only noticed because I went into each individual order and checked. I wish there was a button to say return completed, that way an Order support member can finalize the return process and get the refund accordingly. That's probably my only complaint.

Reason for choosing Order.co

I don't know of any alternative products as Order was presented to me upon starting my position here. I don't think I would switch products unless somehow another company was offering the same service for far less.

My overall experience has been awful. This platform is stressing me out and giving me so many issues. I feel like we are wasting money every month on our subscription, I'm happy we signed on at a time that guaranteed us our subscription fees back if we don't like the service. You guys have not saved me any money and have only cost me money and time.

Pros

I like being able to purchase from several different vendors all on one platform and have one invoice weekly to give to accounting rather than a couple dozen.

Cons

Your substitution preferences cause us to purchase items for 2-8 times more what I had originally selected. If there is an issue with an invoice, I feel it's impossible to get help. You have items mislabeled causing there to be one item expected to be delivered but a different item is delivered. On top of that, it will cause inventory issues because my records will show I should have \_\_\_ amount of an item when I don't. Order tracking is overall okay, but there's some items I have yet to receive tracking for. When I don't receive tracking for an item and it has not been delivered, Obviously I don't want to pay for it... yet I have invoices that still need to be taken care of. If I am using your google extension to plug the exact item I want, why is it substituting items that are SO far off.

Order was a manual process for me. It required frequent updates, manual catalog additions, and manual catalog maintenance. Reporting was not accurate for financial analysis, it was not always user friendly due to the search function on the catalog, and in the end, it did not help us control our spend. It was helpful for updating budgets, made it easier for accounting due to the invoice process, and helped users buy on one platform (for the items they could find).

Pros

This software made it easier for our users to buy what they needed in once place. Otherwise, we would have had to make separate accounts for different vendor websites.

Cons

The substitution preference "when savings is available" was not a very good option. It led to users receiving lower quality or even completely different products than what they ordered initially. The search function made it very difficult for people to find items already in the catalog. When people are purchasing off the catalog, they are unable to see organization preferred items. As the procurement team, we wanted to see other options not in the catalog that we could potentially buy from new vendors, so we can compare price differences on the platform. If we do not like to rely on the when savings are available, it puts the stress of sourcing on us and makes it very manual.Reporting is also not always accurate. An example is with prices for items. We received a report that showed us potential savings if we switched to a certain product from a different vendor for our items in the catalog. However, this report did not include units in the analysis. So the report would say that we would save money by switching from a bulk product to a product with less units in the pack, which would be cheaper overall, but not more cost effective if you look at cost per unit.
