## What is viewSPACE?

Accurate floor plans that stay current, imports CAD/PDF (AutoCAD, PDFs) and turns them into living floor plans. Help define workpoints (desks/cubicles), rooms, neighborhoods, and zones (quiet, collaboration, assigned vs hoteling). With versioning and approvals so a change to a floor plan doesn’t break reporting. Space management that can model capacity the way the business actually works, not just a raw seat count: Seat types: assigned, shared, hoteling, touchdown, contractor, interns. Hoteling that employees actually use, with map-based booking and check-in via QR code, or mobile friendly app. Provides Real utilization analytics without vanity dashboards, but answers to questions I get weekly.
