It has become a core part of my daily workflow for sourcing and contacting prospects. Pros The free plan is very generous, allowing up to 400 emails, and the interface is super intuitive. It’s easy to upload lists, set up campaigns, and track performance without needing complex onboarding or extra training. Cons It would be helpful if I could import or add new leads directly from within the campaign view instead of having to leave the campaign tab and jump between different sections. Having in‑campaign lead importing or syncing would streamline the workflow a lot and save time when I’m building or updating outreach lists. When I need to go into detective mode, Hunter is my first tool of choice. Pros Hunter is one of my most effective secret weapons for finding people I need to communicate with. It's absolutely perfect for my work in the world of public relations. Cons That it's not completely FREE, as I'm not a rich small business. And I just wish I could find the contact emails behind EVERY website I need to research for contacts! It's really simple and easy to use. 50 free checks is a great way to begin to change your process and create a habit of cleaning your contacts with each marketing touch. Then if you need more, take the upgrade path - you won't regret it, when you see the results and can quantify your data health. Pros This is one of my go-to tools when researching new and old prospects. The ability to enter a company url and see if there are associated people and email addresses is very useful. The validation of the address gives you peace of mind and a way of categorising your data inventory with a go / no-go status. I notice the pricing structure is now inclusive for all sizes of business use too. Cons A bulk facility for checking your entire database would have been useful as a starting point, although with recent updates, I wouldn't be surprised if this facility now exists and I haven't found it! We use it a lot to track down email addresses for companies that we thing would be a great fit for us. Pros This is very easy to use and provides the right contacts and emails for the decision makers we are looking to grow our business with. Cons there really aren't any negatives to the program. It is easy to use and fast. If there is a way to add verified phone numbers that would be great. I like that I can import leads from elsewhere, the bulk upload functionalities and simple, intuitive interface. Pros Simple and easy to use interface, spam review score for email campaigns and various bulk upload-download functionalities. Cons It can be difficult to find saved leads as when searching for parts of emails they do not always show up. Also sometimes I don't want leads to be saved as leads but they still get saved as such.
