Pros Very user friendly for finding job leads and does not send you random jobs that are not related to the parameters you select like some other job sites. Very easy to upload resume and link to applications. Cons Sends the same jobs over and over even if you have clicked on them and chosen not to apply. Pros Indeed allows you to search for jobs quickly and easily. You can search different ocations and by keywords or phrases. It allows you also see the reviews others have put in for the companies so you know a little more about the company before applying for the job. Cons There are times that the results you hey based off the keywords you search don't quiet match. There are limited reviews on companies. Like any other tool, you have to sift through accordingly though. Pros Easy to use with a vast pool of applicants. Can customise job listings, post multiple, tracking multiple, and track applicants incredibly easy for a reasonable price. Cons The applicant pool is perhaps not the best for mid-level or higher job positions. Works very well for entry level jobs though. November 28, 2018 5.0 I have had a majority positive experience job seeking on Indeed. Sometimes you get spam or jobs that are very obscure, but for a free tool I can’t complain. Pros The site is free for jobseekers and is very simple to use. Just upload your resume and fill out your profile then start searching. Pros You get access to the biggest pool of applicants using Indeed! I got over 10,000 applicants for a remote position we posted. Yes, you read that right, 10,000 - now a lot of them aren't qualified but still, you're getting in front of a ton of job seekers. Cons User interface is a bit buggy and slow at times. It would be great to have more 'group options' when you get a huge number of applicants vs. going thru each one individually. Cons I have not run into anything thus far that I do not like about this software, it has the ability to do many things and make our jobs easier when it comes to finding a job or finding a candidate to fill a role. Through my current employer I found the ad, applied, and got the job within 2 weeks thanks to Indeed's site. Cons Search results can sometimes be sporadic or have listings repeated several times. Occasionally unrelated offers will come through in a search as well, but it's not detrimental to the overall functionality. " April 8, 2018 4.0 Able to gain insight when acquiring a job and a platform to advertise a job. Pros Able to match your exact keywords accurately and results are relevant. Provides a platform that allows for enough information and no lag in downloading the relevant webpages. Location searching is accurate and does offer good search recommendations. Provides updated job listings and ability for viewers to remain anonymous with no 'login' etc. Cons Similar text fonts and sizing on webpage not very appealing. Most job platforms require you pay a certain amount of money or do a paid subscription to the sites before they can outsource a job to you. Indeed, on the other hand, is a free job post site for candidates and recruiters. I have applied to tons of jobs through Indeed. One of the best feature of indeed is that you can upload your basic details together with your CV, so you won't need to upload them for every single job you try to apply for. Simply clicking on apply and choosing the option of allowing indeed to submitting your details automatically makes things very simple and easy. Cons There is still the issue of high payments to use some of Indeed services. the payment for the CV rewrites to me is quite expensive. Also paid promotions for recruiters is not well targeted (you can easily burn a lot to achieve very little). Review Source WK Warren K.
