### " A great place to post and manage job openings"

December 16, 2025

5.0

Indeed has been a useful go-to for posting jobs. We get many resumes that are easy to sort, view, print, etc.

Pros

There's a free version. When I've interacted with their support team, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. Indeed is clean to look at. It's surprisingly easy to use, even when it doesn't feel like it would be. It's nice that the users can direct assess you through the portal. We've found some great hires and connections on Indeed. It's easy to manage potential future employees.

Cons

It feels a bit expensive to run actual ads on there. We use the free version sitll with great success

### "Reliable for Finding Quality Candidates, Just Pricey"

April 20, 2026

4.0

My overall experience using Indeed to find and hire employees has been very positive. The platform consistently brings in a large pool of applicants, and the quality of candidates is generally strong. Posting jobs is straightforward, managing applicants is simple, and the built‑in communication tools make it easy to schedule interviews and keep the hiring process organized. The ability to filter candidates by experience, skills, and qualifications saves a lot of time, especially when hiring for roles that require specific expertise.

Pros

It's extremely easy to use. Job posting, messaging, and interview scheduling are all intuitive. The screening tools are very helpful. Assessments and filters make it easier to narrow down applicants quickly. Job posts get traction fast, which helps fill roles efficiently.

Cons

Sponsored job posts and resume searches are effective, but the pricing structure can become expensive, especially when hiring multiple positions at once.

### "Indeed Review"

April 7, 2026

3.0

It remains a strong starting point for job seekers in 2026 due to its scale, free access, and convenience—especially if you're in a common field or open to many options. However, it's focus is more on quantity over quality .

Pros

No cost to search, upload resumes, or apply. The interface is intuitive with strong filters (keywords, location, salary, experience, etc.), and "Easy Apply" or "Indeed Apply" speeds up submissions.

Cons

Outdated, duplicate, already-filled, low-quality, or even scam/fraudulent postings are common complaints. Salary estimates can be inflated, and some jobs lack details.

### "The only hiring platform I use"

January 8, 2026

5.0

I have used indeed almost solely for hiring and recruiting for my staff for the last 4 years. I have always found an applicant that fits my team well. From pre-questions to candidate information and contacting, Indeed has proven to be reliable and efficient. As a sole hiring manager for my company, I have found that indeed has and easy to use UI that allows for easy organization of positions, candidates and payments. I have never had any issues with Indeed.

Pros

Setting up an account with Indeed is simple. The information Indeed is able to offer before meeting a candidate allows for easier vetting. They offer great customer support for not only resolving problems, but also helping you optimized candidate results and getting the most applicants for the $ amount you are able to spend.

Cons

I hope indeed improves the way automatic responses are triggered and can be further customized for specific conditions to be met.

### "Easy and Effective Hiring Platform"

April 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Indeed for Employers has been positive. It is a reliable platform for finding candidates and managing job postings. While there are some limitations, it still helps streamline the recruitment process and saves time compared to traditional hiring methods.

Pros

Easy to use and very helpful for posting job vacancies quickly. The platform has a large candidate pool, so it’s easier to find suitable applicants. I also like the filtering and screening tools which save time during the hiring process.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many unqualified applicants, so it takes extra time to filter them. Also, some features require payment which can be expensive for small businesses.

Overall my experience with indeed has been very good. Whenever I post a job it sends me a good amount of qualified applicants.

Cons

I still use Indeed for employers it is my #1 system to use to hire for our company. The only thing I dislike is how it's priced.

Pros

the pros of indeed for employers are that it is really easy to use and to hire people. I like the fact that I get the resume as well and I can contact them via chat on Indeed.

Cons

The cons I think the pricing is not that good and how they like jobs to be sponsored daily. And how pay has a lot to do with how many applicants you get.

### "Easy to Use But No App Anymore"

February 22, 2026

4.0

For the money, the product is helpful. Could it be cheaper? Absolutely. The ads definitely add up quickly. But the ease of use is helpful.

Pros

It’s easy to create ads and monitor them. It’s also very simple to reuse the same ads more than once so after they are made initially, they’re very easy to use.

Cons

The app was discontinued. This was a huge disservice to employers because I was able to monitor our ads from the app outside of work instead of having to login to safari every time. They need to add the app back.

### "Great ease of use!"

December 11, 2025

4.0

I really liked this process. It was very simple and easy to use. It def made my life easier. Once everything was in place, it was a very smooth stream of candidate applications.

Pros

The ease of use. Ease of posting and reviewing candidates. And ease of replying to candidates. This was the best feature.

Cons

Sometimes it was a little confusing to separate out candidates easily in hierarchy and per job. Especially, if there were multiple jobs posted. Interview scheduling could be a little clunky.

### "Good as a point A"

May 21, 2025

4.0

It's not bad. I use it to find who is hiring, then I go to that companies site and apply there. It seems like I get more interest going that route. I also download my resume from Indeed to use on these applications.

Pros

Easy to use, resume builder is great! I enjoyed the proficiency tests that help to display your skill set.

Cons

It seems like you can apply for jobs constantly and never hear anything back. It may be that you are not the choice candidate but I know a lot of people with the same issue.

### "Using Indeed for hiring needs"

April 17, 2025

5.0

We have used Indeed for our job postings for many years and have hired great employees because of it.

Pros

It is a great way to connect with other professionals and hire for a company. It is also good for people looking for a job opening because of all the info provided. It is good to be able to search exactly what you are looking for.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I like least except for job seekers can apply to a job even if we require certain things (ex. License for a specific job). Each application costs money and the extra unqualified applicants waste the budget.

### "Streamlining Our Hiring Process"

December 24, 2025

5.0

With Indeed, we can reach a large talent pool with a user-friendly dashboard for posting jobs. This streamlines our hiring process and allows us to focus our time on screening high-quality candidates.

Pros

The best function about Indeed for Employers is being able to post free basic job postings! This is enough to reach a wide, diverse talent pool of candidates.

Cons

Although we are able to reach a high number of candidates, it can be difficult to get in touch with these candidates due to the ease of applying on Indeed.

### "Good for the novice recruiter, frustrating for a pro"

January 24, 2026

4.0

Overall I find that listing open positions is useless I fk t get the candidates I need. I have to pay a lot to be able to search the resume database which is frustrating.

Pros

I like the resume database. It’s really the only thing I find useful. I have to do deep recruiting and reach out to fill my open positions. The resume database lets my search for people anywhere with the experience I am looking for.

Cons

The price keeps going up! And it keeps getting more and more difficult to access what I want. And the resume search doesn’t offer the parameters I need. I’ve been using Indeed for recruiting for 10+ years and the improvements are not improving my experience. I’d prefer the old basic version.

### "Indeed is one of the best platforms available for recruiting employees"

The Indeed platform makes posting jobs, searching for candidates, and managing employees simple. The Indeed user portal is straightforward and easy to navigate.

### "Indeed is Indeed the best!"

January 27, 2026

My over all experience with Indeed for employers is great. I am enjoying it and learning more and more every day.

Pros

I like that we as employers can see and view all the applicants and update job descriptions as needed.

Cons

### "Great Visibility For a Great Price"

December 1, 2025

4.0

Overall, Indeed for Employers offers a powerful, centralized platform that makes finding and managing candidates efficient and data-driven. While the reliance on paid sponsorships and premium branding tools can be a downside, the reach, tools, and insights generally provide strong value for most hiring needs.

Pros

Indeed for Employers makes it easy to post jobs, review applicants, and communicate with candidates from a single dashboard, which streamlines the hiring process and saves time. The large, diverse talent pool and built-in screening tools help surface qualified candidates quickly, and options like sponsorship and company pages improve visibility for key roles. Reporting and analytics tools make it straightforward to see how job posts are performing, track applications, and optimize spend and strategy over time.

Cons

To get strong visibility on many roles, sponsoring jobs often feels necessary, which can drive up costs, especially for small teams or tight budgets. Some of the more advanced branding and analytics features require upgrades or premium options, and the volume of applicants can sometimes mean extra work to filter out less relevant candidates.

### "Job Seeking"

January 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has always been positive with indeed. As I had mentioned this is how I originally found my job and am still with them but in a different position. This is how many others that I have trained found the field we are in now.

Pros

What I like most about indeed is the ability to seek employment. It was through indeed that I had, originally, found my job with Penn Highlands back in December 2022. I enjoy how I was able to set what I was looking for - full time, shifts I prefer, etc ... Fast forward to current I am still with them but now in a different position.

Cons

What I least like about indeed is the scam post that, sometimes, find there way onto the site. It is very important to be cautious when using this software because some are legit and some are not.

### "Flawless Team Management "

November 13, 2025

5.0

It is very easy to use, anyone can come in from the team and pick up where the last team member left off. That is a game changer when trying to quickly and efficiently fill a position.

Pros

I love the features of being able to track the status of the applicant right from the home page, so anyone else logging in can pick up and see where we are in the process.

Cons

I wish that there was more screening options, other than the extra ones we have to purchase but that is the only issue.

### "I enjoy Indeed"

November 26, 2025

5.0

I have been on both sides of Indeed. The interface is user friendly. I have rapid response time. I really enjoy Indeed.

Pros

It finds employees for us and encourages them to apply. The ease of messaging through Indeed is amazing. We enjoy doing that in order to weed out some people who don't qualify.

Cons

We would like to see improvments on weeding out applicants. Not allowing them to apply under the age of 18 y/o.

### "Evaluation of Employers"

December 16, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with indeed employers has been positive. The platform connect job seekers with a wide range of opportunities and many of their employers are professional. Although they are slow to reply in some aspect but still they are the best when seeking for job opportunities, they know the values of money, they always upload a well paying job.

Pros

What I like most about Indeed employers is their professionalism, connections, employee management and transparency. Their job descriptions are usually clear, employers respond promptly and this make it easy to use, the hiring process feels organized and fair. It makes job searching easier and builds confidence that opportunities posted are genuine and well-structured and their portal are easy to access.

Cons

The least about indeed employers is that some employers are slow to respond or do not give feedback after applications. At times, job listings can also stay active even when positions are already met/filled and this can be frustrating for job seekers.

Great experience overall, features are easy to use, good value for money and can posts a variety of jobs.

Pros

Reaches a large audience, easy of use, applicants can contact you and you can send applications. Good value for money in terms of sponsoring posts and creating adverts.

Cons

Should be an option to delete messages or put into folders to stay organised for each role. Would be beneficial to allow for attachments on job adverts.

### "10/10 Would Recruit Again!"

November 25, 2025

5.0

Great recruitment tool for free and sponsored recruiting. I absolutely recommend for small and large teams.

Pros

Indeed for Employers is a great tool for collaboration across teams when it comes to recruitment. The platform is easy to use, very cost-effective, and I have noticed more than enough applicants come through. I work in hospitality, which is a very unique industry to recruit from, and we usually get what we need out of Indeed.

Cons

It can be tricky to set up sponsorships without accidentally paying too much or too long. The buttons are a tad confusing if you want to skip or end sponsorship, so I just maintained the sole responsibility of sponsorship for all of my hiring managers.
