We get many resumes that are easy to sort, view, print, etc. Pros There's a free version. When I've interacted with their support team, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. Indeed is clean to look at. It's surprisingly easy to use, even when it doesn't feel like it would be. It's nice that the users can direct assess you through the portal. We've found some great hires and connections on Indeed. It's easy to manage potential future employees. Cons It feels a bit expensive to run actual ads on there. It was very easy to navigate and we hired 3 applicants within a week of our first posting! Keeping applicants resumes and all conversations in one place makes it easy to refer back to if needed and overall I enjoy using indeed for hiring! Pros I like being able to keep all applicants in one place. It helps keep track of candidates and when they applied. Being able to contact the candidates and schedule interviews and have all this stored in one place is very helpful! I also liked the archive listing feature so I don't always have to start from scratch when I'm posting a job listing. Being able to set job requirements also helped weed out a bunch of unqualified applicants and save a bunch of time! Cons the daily cost of having your listing up can add up pretty quickly. Pros There are several features on indeed that i use. For job searching but also smart sourcing is fantastic for recruiting for candidates. Also the hiring insights can be great too. Indeed is a great tool and i wouldnt beable to work in recruitment without it. Cons Sometimes the hiring insights function isn't very relevant and doesnt go into too much detail. Cons Hiring can be tricky, as you often will get profiles that are so far and away from the match you are looking for. but that doesnt always mean the right hires are not out there, either. I absolutely recommend for small and large teams. Pros Indeed for Employers is a great tool for collaboration across teams when it comes to recruitment. The platform is easy to use, very cost-effective, and I have noticed more than enough applicants come through. I work in hospitality, which is a very unique industry to recruit from, and we usually get what we need out of Indeed. Cons It can be tricky to set up sponsorships without accidentally paying too much or too long. The buttons are a tad confusing if you want to skip or end sponsorship, so I just maintained the sole responsibility of sponsorship for all of my hiring managers.
