I LOVE this software. The ease with which I can produce reports is life-changing for an accountant, but that absolute best thing about Syft is their team. They are supportive and FAST to answer queries and they go above and beyond to help solve problems. Not that I have had many problems!! I don't know what our practice would do without Syft!

Pros

It is easy to use, extremely powerful in application and they have the best team ever! I love the fact that I can connect an unlimited number of clients and I pay for the level of insight I need - rather than getting all the features and paying per client. That works so well for my firm.

Cons

They update it too often and I have to learn things again. But - I have to be honest, the updates are always improvements.

Reasons for choosing Syft Analytics

Initially it was just because of the pricing. The pricing was much lower and we had budget constraints. But even though we could afford to switch to a different software now, we won't. Syft does 99% of what any competitor does and they do it well and easily AND their support is PHENOMENAL

I had a very easy time navigating around the software and the UI was very easy on the eyes, I didn't feel like the software just overwhelmed me with a bunch of information and statistics I didn't need which i really appreciated

Pros

A fantastic Audit and financial reporting software with many tools and excellent visualizations from the graphs to the dashboards. the ease of use and quality of life improvements that Syft have been implementing of the past few months have really shown that they care about putting forward a real quality product that is actually very useful. Additionally the Syft campus guides really help to understand the software and how it works. All in all this is a great product and i highly recommend its use.

Cons

While I appreciated the changes to the visualizations function to allow seeing more data, I feel like actually using it got a bit more complex but that is just me nitpicking.

Absolutely wonderful there is soo much to learn and discover on SYFT

Pros

SYFT is one of the best analytics software as it has the best user friendly features. The user guide courses is the cherry on top as they just further help you get clarity on how to use SYFT

Great customer support, great looking reports, great price.

Pros

I can use this for multiple clients, all for one pretty low fee, to stimulate conversations and pitch for value added work

Cons

Takes a fair bit to set up to make it bespoke, but the customer support is excellent and they will work with you until you are happy with it.

We wanted a budgeting tool, and Float didnt do that. It was too basic

I can't wait my company will migrate to NetSuite/Oracle Fusion.

Pros

It allows us to consolidate multiple Quickbooks entities, since Quickbooks doesn't offer that feature.

Cons

Very unrelaiable. 1 - Although we pay $199/months to auto refresh every 15 minutes, it doesn't work. Even when I manually trigger refresh, it takes for hours to refresh or only a few entities refreshes. Since there is no warning that, a few entities didn't fresh, we ended up waisting our time troubleshooting. 2 - Since we can't drill into under neath transaction fed from Bill.com/Quickbooks, I need to login to those systems and search by transaction ID. Waisting a lot of my time.

It was great and I am so glad it happened at the beginning of the year, it was definitely a NEED.

Pros

I Liked how in as much the controls lesson they gave us (wits 3rd year Auditing) was theory they made it practical for us. We were able to step out of the class (figuratively) and see how the "review" written in our textbooks and ISA's is actually applied in real life. I also really appreciated the resources they shared with us like the work readiness bundle, I absolutely cannot wait to edit my cv using it and ask questions relating to school using work assist.

Cons

Well the writing spaces on the lecture material was small and the discussion time we were given to work on tasks was lengthy sometimes.

Pros

It's feasible and easy to comprehend. It has appropriate application controls put in hand and it was simple to identify how controls work especially with how unauthorised changes in a Masterfile are prevented.
