It is a "simple" tool on certain areas and at times a bit complicated to do simple things, and there are things that is not possible to do - but overall it is an amazing tool! Pros Makes the workflow easier overall. You can make several ads in shorter time and you have exciting widgets that makes your ad fun and interactive. The costumer service is 100/10. They deserve all the praise they can get. They reply within minutes and are always kind and helpful! Cons There are a few bugs, and quite simple and normal features I feel are missing. Example, stroke on text, superscript (embedded in text tool), eyedropper tool, and adding animation on a group instead of single elements. The platform has become an integral part of our creative production process, and we’ve built a strong relationship with both our CMS and the support team. One of the things we appreciate most is how receptive they are to feedback—our questions and feature requests are always acknowledged, and we feel that Bannerflow genuinely listens to its users. If they continue to evolve and address some of the missing features and UI refinements, I have no doubt that the platform will become even stronger in the future. Pros I really appreciate the simplicity of Bannerflow. We've now built a cloud-based solution for our digital marketing creative production, which has significantly streamlined our workflow. Having everything gathered in one place, rather than sending creatives back and forth via email or chat, has been a game-changer. Additionally, the ability to manage our display campaigns directly within the platform has added great value. A huge plus is Bannerflow’s outstanding support team, who are always quick to assist, as well as their comprehensive support articles, which make troubleshooting and learning the platform much easier. Cons While Bannerflow is a great tool, there are still some key features that we feel are missing—especially when comparing it to some of their competitors. One of the most notable is adaptive streaming, which would greatly enhance the efficiency and performance of our digital creatives. Additionally, some aspects of the user interface could be improved. Certain workflows, particularly around asset management, feel somewhat inefficient and could benefit from a more intuitive and user-friendly design. While these aren’t deal-breakers, improvements in these areas would certainly elevate the overall user experience. Even though we are a customer, you get the chance to contribute with inputs and ideas on improvements and how you would like to work with the product. We always get answers to our questions and feels prioritized. Thanks for that! Pros I like Bannerflow because it's easy to create lots of ads in a scalable way. I like the widgets, animations and design tools and find it both easy to learn the product. I think we also get quick and nice response to questions. Cons The disadvantages of Bannerflow are that there are some bugs from time to time that takes time to solve. We have had problems lately with our sheet that is linked to the feeds / templates. Pros Customer support, product flexibility and will to adapt to needs of their customers, but also the ability, with one supplier, to take us from a campaign order in our system to a completed product in a matter of seconds. Pros \- Ease of use - Ability to update multiple assets simultaneously with an instant 'push live' function. - Being HMTL based it means that our assets always look crisp and the file size stays low. - Quick communication from support if we don't know how to do or use a function. Cons \- Social integration had a few issues during the trial period leading us not to upgrade. - Occasional crashes causing work to be lost. - Not able to do simple things (such as gradients) - but these are fixed quickly with the quick communication. Working with templates and allowing other teams to translate or build their own versions is also easy. You can even push the banners down to your display platform like DOubleClick, etc... so i believe this will be the standard for the future in building html5 banners. I really don't see why companies are still using flash or gifs. This will help your CPC and click rate. Pros Ease of use, clean interface. Cons Not too intuitive.
