Pros

Software is easy to use and allows company to have the ability to customize to your unique needs and message when it comes to reaching out to customers. Multiple platforms (Voice, Text, Email) allows customer to be reached on their preferred mode of communication

Cons

Did not integrate with our scheduling system so ultimately we had to move away from this product, which was unfortunate because we really enjoyed the initial support we received from the SolutionReach team.

Pros

only pros are for the company because the contract does not require them to guarantee any of the product updates

Cons

promises are not kept, not integrated with software duplicating work efforts, limited texting characters are not meeting industry standards

Pros

I love the ease of communicating with patients. Most of our patient base is completely thrilled with the text and email reminders. It also makes my job much easier!

Cons

Some of our older patients do not like the texts, so, we just continue to call them, but most are getting into the technology

Pros

I absolutely love this system!! We work with compulink and it ties right in with our system. This system has so many options and perks that it can do it is unreal! It recalls patients for you, helps you fill in no show appointments, notifies them of the appointments coming up and so much more!

Cons

The price is a little steep, it does offer so many options though that it is worth the service if your doctor will go for it!

Very poor customer service - we could never get a hold of anyone to talk to. Our messaging system was not working and we did not even know it.

Extreme time saving

Pros

Solution Reach has helped our office go to the next level. It has saved us lots of time by not having to call patients every day.

Cons

If there is anything that we do not like about SR is is strictly personal. Our office sometimes has to disable a patient text just by the way that we do our schedule every now and then so it does not confuse the patient on when and where to go for their appointment.

The automatic reviews at one time had no filters but they have since correct that so don't really have any problems.

I was told that we could send out group messages for no show appointments. We can, but we have to send on to each individual one at a time. We can make phone calls faster.

Pros

Sends out voice mail, text and email Can run some reports

Cons

If not interfaced, cannot do calls to no show appointments Reporting is very limited, can't tell who didn't get contacted Support is the worst. If you put in a case it could take days to get a call back.

Pros

Very easy to use! It's a great way to contact patients and remind them of their upcoming appointment, takes all those house that would be spent on making calls to just a few easy steps.

Cons

When a patient replies to email reminders we are not able to reply to the email sent to us. We must copy the patients email address and compose a whole new message. Message patient sent is not on the email confusing some patients.

I love the dashboard that gives all of the "need to know" information. It's easy to move around the site.

Cons

Creating groups and newsletters can be a little tricky. I'm sure if I spent some more time on it, it would help :)

Pros

I receive updates from my dentist that allow me to stay in touch without any extra effort. I would never go to a dentist who didn't use a solution that was easy for me to navigate, schedule appts, get reminders, and even get little notes on my birthday :)

Cons

The biggest cons are that it's mostly targeted for dental & eyecare/skincare. I wish more businesses used software like this!

Very helpful staff. Online chat is fast and gets the question answered quickly. They can also remote in and help when there is something we are unfamiliar with doing. Conversations is a great way to contact patients in real time and get open appointments filled!

Makes my job easier! Patients as well as us love the texting feature. Patients get a faster response and we are able to access their needs in a timely manner!

Pros

I personally love the SR conversations, texting patients is so much easier for us as well as patients. I also like the reminder and recalls. We have had more patients a month scheduled as well as past patients coming back to us.

Cons

The balance due reminder. I dislike having to set it up every month. I would love for it to be automated and actually send statements instead of just the balance.

Their support team, if they actually have one, is unresponsive. They do not return calls and give me the run around when I do get someone on the phone.

Pros

Very robust system and does a very good job.

Cons

The follow up and customer support. If one does a little digging, you will find this is the main complaint and many share my frustration.

nothing. this software is not correct. calls patients who don't have product ready, fails to contact correct patients. spend hours tying up our computers trying to solve the problem. continually get error messages that they can't resolve

Cons

continually contacts patients who don't need an exam, bad platform and when try to call to resolve issue no one is there to help. They can't resolve problems and don't care. Worse customer service possible. they don't care if they loose your business. jade larson is a robot.

Pros

I loved the service I received from customer service and the technicians, especially our trainer. But the service itself is amazing too, it helps our practice so much and I can't say enough good things about SolutionReach.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much negative here. I will say sometimes it's hard to get to talk to a person on the phone when you have a problem, but I usually use the chat feature anyway.

Lots of Activity to get us to sign, very upbeat and positive until after we signed on the dotted line. Required lots of time on webinars to get any function and when no results were obtained there were no solutions. Program was sold to us with promise that features for our industry were intact. They were not

Cons

Features do not work as advertised. Company keeps fictitious numbers making it look like results were obtained when they were not.

Pros

The system has the ability to go back as far as 6 yrs to pull patients that had not been in the office. It can contact the patient and encourage them to schedule. It works.

Cons

This company tells potential customers they are partners with our office software. They say they can "read the files." Problem is they are not partners at all and with each update to the software the system breaks. When calling for SR to fix, they tell you to call your software company and have them send file info over to Solution Reach. The software company will not do this since they are not partners. They have reached out to Solution Reach several times asking them to stop deceiving its customers. In the end your stuck with an over-priced system that works ONLY if you don't update your office software.

Pros

I love the fact that you can text your patients and it's HIPPA complaint. The texts come from your main office number.

Cons

I don't like the fact that at the beginning it's a bit much to try to figure out. And the fact that with our Spanish patients we have to manually change each message from a default meaaage to a message in Spanish (that's like 6 changes for each patient)
