Pros

Ease of use, compatibility, customized settings, linking between website and social media sites, newsletters, texting patients via Conversations is amazing!

Cons

The constant software updates for SolutionReach Conversations is a little annoying at times since our IT guy has to come in and do them.

I like the fact it reminds patients of their appointments. Its like having an extra front desk person.

Cons

Im not fond of the email responses we get when a patient responds to their appointment confirmation. It has a lot of useless info and needs more info about when the appt is etc.

Pros

Recalls and appointment confirmations. Customization is great also. You can have them send out 100 recalls a day or just make that total weekly.

Cons

We have had issues with interfacing. Our system AMD does not always stay connected with Solution Reach and we have to re-interface.

Cons

\-Appointment glitches -Does not let you text patients back -Does not let you edit appointments -Will constantly send reminders to patients that already confirmed. -There is no customer service phone number (had to contact them through sales). -Nobody returns phone calls.

We wish it would continuously send messages even after the limit is exceeded. If there is a way to do this, I am unsure how

It helps reduce the number of patients that I have to call whether it be to confirm an appointment or to follow up with them.

Cons

We were expecting more patients to be scheduled for recare with solution reach, this area hasn't been as successful as we would have hoped.

Fantastic customer service and once you subscribe to SR lots of great free tools, educ info etc.

Pros

SIMPLICITY! I LOVE IT! It makes the day-to-day communication extremely efficient with our patients. I like how easy it is to customize settings and preferences. No patient is the same, so why not taylor settings based on individual preferances. We can reach patients so much more quickly which takes less staff time and our patients love it too!

Cons

It does not interface with our current scheduling system, I hope with time they are able to sync up. Until then, this means we have extra info in two places and sometimes we have to check one or both system to find what we are looking for. I know they have integrated with other EMRs etc, hopefully they sync with IntakeQ in the future!

I find it easy to use when notifying patients, it's very helpful in saving us valuable time and its easy to navigate

Cons

I am not totally happy with creating "groups" for newsletters. I find it have to navigate this part of the platform.

Solution reach frees up so much valuable time during the day so I can accomplish so much more on a daily bases.

Cons

Some of the more complicated features and settings can be a challenge to set up. Once the systems are in place though it's so worth it.

Kind customer service but have not (yet) fixed the issues of appointment reminders going out on a consistent basis.

Cons

It is not at all reliable. Our clinic has had numerous issues with SR not updating our patients appointments due to glitches.

Excellent test with a fascinating design

Pros

I like the amount of integrated services to provide better quality of patient service from the programming to the confirmation of your appointment and the systematized form that allows to increase the number of patients and therefore the level of earnings of the specialists.

Cons

Only a detail that greater technology greater dependence on the Internet network which can provide instability if it fails. However, they have a courier service which could compensate for any failure.

Cons

I sent 6 weeks waiting for medical forms to be added and customized. It never happened. Reps did not help and kept pushing me off. We switched back to yapi with which we were very happy.

Pros

I am still seeing the benefits of this product. Overall seems like this could be a good fit for my office.

Cons

Not really a complaint about the software yet. It is still new and I am still seeing what can be done with this.

Pt recall has improved immensely.

Pros

Ease of set up. They walked me through every step of the way including but not limited to connecting our EHR system with SR. They knew which questions to ask so that when we uploaded the system, they just "plugged" my answers in.

Cons

I wish there was a way that when I open the patient emails that are cancelling I could go directly to their email. Currently, if I respond it would go back to SR. Also, some confirmation emails state "A message from one of your patients" and it only lists their name and phone number. I have to go into the EHR system and find their appt date and time and then go to the appropriate date and mark as confirmed. This step is time consuming.

Pros

A lot less time talking on the phone, this frees up my employees time to perform other job tasks that are required of them. The employees seem to be a lot happier now, and have a lot more time to spend with the patients and their needs

### "Over Promised, Under Delivered"

This has been the worst experience I have had with any software. SR made so many claims and promises and have not provided a fraction of the service. I sent a cancellation notice due to breach of contract on behalf of Solution Reach and they continue to fail at contacting me back. I would go into detail about the multiple problems, however am limited to the amount I can type here. The service is horrible, Still waiting for the support staff to call us back regarding the breach.... Customer service is horrendous.

Pros

At this point, there is nothing I like about this software.

Cons

The fact that the sales people tell you everything the system is supposed to be able to do and the reality that it does not do a fraction of what is promised. They brag about capturing google reviews, yet you are never told that this is an additional cost. Immediate Messaging for appointment confirmations are not Immediate. The appointment would have to be booked 27+ days out to receive an appt booked message. Anything booked within that time will not receive an immediate message. There is zero customer service, nobody seems to be able to answer questions and always have to 'call you back' but never do.

Enjoyed the ease of using Solutionreach. Just did not make economical sense for my office.

Pros

Excellent solution for texting patients. Message sent to the patient uses your office phone number instead of a random number that the patient might not recognize and therefore be wary of its validity.

Cons

The price structure made me stop using the software. I would prefer an unlimited monthly charge, not a message charge.

Pros

I liked that it was constantly sending the reminders out to patients and I never had to contact them because it didn't send or there were issues. It was a pretty good service.

Cons

Trying to get ahold of their customer service and get things corrected was almost impossible. It would take so many steps to get an issue sorted out.
