Our no show rate has decreased.

Pros

I like having the ability to log on to the system from in or outside the office to reach our patients when we need to close due to weather. It is great to reach the entire patient population with one message.

Cons

Customer service . I prefer to have a contact with each vendor I work with it is frustrating to have to just call and get the rep of the day when you have an issue.

Automating Reminder Calls were what motivated us to start, and there's so much more tht came with it!

Pros

It is pretty well all inclusive - it does everything from reminders, call-backs, confirmations, and follow-up reviews. Great system.

Cons

It would be awesome to be able to incorporate a check-in process and info verification. Aldo would be way cool if SR was able to run eligibility and benefits on Insurance coverage :-)

Pros

Patients love getting a reminder text from us about their upcoming appointments. In this day and age it makes it so convenient to confirm an appointment with a simple text.

Cons

They do not have support staff when you have an issue and it took 5 or 6 days for them to get back to me regarding a question I had. And I had to do it all through the chat and email.

Cons

They will bind you with contract automatically every year even if you have use this company 2-3 years. No communication with Sprint mobile. No google or yelp review available. Very slow update with Eaglesoft

Cons

Can not chose between your CL are in or your glasses are in. Would like to have that option to make it easier for our pts that got both

Daily reminders, patients confirmations through emails, text messages and phone calls - They would generate a post card as well if we needed.

Pros

The ease of online daily use as the person that used it, as well as the campaign letters you were able to send out.

Cons

The monthly expense of the software - once we tried to cancel, then they were wanting to give us a promotional deal...frustrating that they didn't offer it sooner.

Easy way to communicate with patients! I love setting up custom groups to send messages to! Patients love the birthday message!

Cons

Some patients think they get "too many messages". Others love the reminders. That's the only con we have!

Pros

I love that I don't have to spend time calling to confirm patients or calling patients to inform them that their glasses or contacts are ready. I love that patients can confirm their appointments from the text or email. I love that the patients LOVE the convenience of not having to return a phone call. I love the newsletter feature and the staff at Solutionreach is great about helping develop an eye catching, informative newsletter that I was able to send out for #NationalSunglassDay, even when I requested help at the last minute.

We had only had a few issues in 1 1/2 years. When we do, customer services has helped us.

Pros

We use several of the products offered and am happy with everything. I use the unlimited texting, communication, Surveys and Reviews.

Cons

There are a few reporting restrictions; unable to sort reviews/surveys by calendar week/month/year. Hopefully, they are working on this feature. It is all or nothing currently.

I hope solution reach goes out of business.

Pros

The only pro that I can think of is that I practiced for several years before finding them and that my family doesn't rely on them for any useful service because this company literally hates customers. They need to learn customer service. I recommend that they read The Nordstrom Way

Cons

They refuse to let you out of your contract and try to charger you money to break your contract. Terrible service, Cody would not let me talk to anyone else but him and would not provide corporate information. I have contacted my local dental association and the president of the ADA with my complaint. This company is the absolute worst and treats dentists very badly

Sometimes it fails to sync but the IT department is responsive and fixes issue quickly to maintain consistence.

This company will steal your money

Pros

It is fine as far as what it does. It is not the software that is the problem its all the extra charges they do not tell you about.

Cons

The company sneaks hundreds of dollars extra charges on to your account then tells you that you signed for those extra charges. When asked for proof of signing something they could not provide a signature of any kind.

We love that we no longer spend 2 to 4 hours on reminders calls. It's also been great for patient engagement, as well as sending out newsletters.

Cons

It would be really great if the SR conversations and SR reviews were included with the monthly premium that we already pay. I am very interested in adding that service, but have been reluctant because of the cost

I like being able to customize the way I communicate with each patient. I also have liked being able to text our patient, even though there are still a few bugs.

Cons

At this particular moment, conversations.. there are still some annoying bugs. I don't like how it will tell me I have a message a few min before actually receiving the message.

It saves man hours having the reminders go out automatically!

Pros

This software does a great job sending out appointment reminders and birthday celebrations. The patients also like to be reminded about their appointment an hour in advance.

Cons

It is so hard to reach a live person. First it makes you search for your answer, then you can do an online chat however, there is not a phone number to reach them on the help site. You have to convince the online chat tech to give you a phone number to call. Also I would love updated training .

It works so well to communicate electronically with patients. We have saved many hours per week with not having to make confirmation phone calls. We can text patients and they appreciate not having to answer the phone

Cons

Being in Canada and Solutionreach is based out of Utah, can make for some challenges due to mobile carriers from one country to the next.

Despite a rocky go live, we are happy with our decision to use Solution Reach. The staff are always friendly and professional.

Pros

They have great texting options, patient feedback and customized surveys, and reminders. The support staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful. The platform is easy to navigate. The cost is reasonable.

Cons

Our go-live was rocky. We had a few key features that were not correctly explained by sales staff. The immediate reminders could be more easily changed.

Cons

That it doesn't have the option for another language in any part of their software. Plus we have to make sure our notifications are working, had our eyewear notifications not working since 2016

Frankly, we went back to our previous product. We understand it works well for a variety of applications, it just didn't play friendly with the current structure of our practice.

Pros

One of our employees suggested it, because her nail salon used this service. It automatically texted her a reminder for her appointment, let her confirm electronically, and even had an interactive map. The rep showed us many features that would have been wonderful for any business, but unfortunately, it did not convert our database correctly, and we discontinued using after a month.

Cons

Our dental software is Daisy, and SolutionReach claimed it would integrate with our practice management program to send reminders to previous patients that had missed cleanings, etc., but it ended up sending postcards to EVERY patient we had ever seen. It created unneeded chaos.

It saves our staff from having to make SEVERAL phone calls to patients. the good thing about this is it allows our staff to focus on getting other tasks done

nothing i have noticed as of yet. the only "small" thing i noticed was patients were getting alerts when they didn't need to. but that was fixed.

The software is very easy to use. A lot of awesome features. You can even get them to assist you with the newsletters and more complicated features.

Cons

Very different from our previous software. It was hard to learn the new way to create newsletters and campaigns. That platform could be changed a little
