Pros

You could send appointment reminders, Happy Birthday messages, text, call, or email. You can create you own template for reminders. I love that you can text back to patients.

Cons

it is a little pricey, but for all that you can get out of this software It pays off. You do need to take a lot of notes until your familiar with it. but like I said It is worth it !

I would recommend solution reach to other dental practices. I had a good experience with them. It is user friendly and is not too complicated to use. If you are just looking for appointment confirmations and communication between patient's this is the software for you.

Pros

I liked being able to confirm patient's appointments without having to call them. I can communicate important messages to patients if they are unable to answer the phone.

Cons

I do not like the fees. It is relatively more expensive than other programs that do the same thing. If you want other functions they are an added on fee.

Love that our patients can schedule online at any time day or night and that we can text our patients to remind of their appointments.

Pros

I love how easy it is to communicate via text with this software! Not everyone has time to answer the phone or give you a call back to confirm their appointment.

Cons

I wish the whole system was able to update in real time and not have to wait for it to sync every couple of hours.

Increased patient retention by reminder notices and increased communication with patients. More patients schedule ahead of time, contact to reschedule faster, less no shows.

Pros

Easy to use, covers all the bases, able to personalize, connects with our scheduling system to grab patient info

Cons

Customer Support is iffy sometimes (has gotten better in 2018), a little too much going on in some pages

Wish customer service that actually deal with current customers were better trained. More "on the same page" and possibly don'y frankly LIE for the sale.

Pros

Keeping our hygiene schedule 100% FULL> Went from multiple no-shows a day to 1 in a "blue moon". SO Much better!

Cons

Customer Service is overall terrible. There are the one here and there that are great! BUT, Overall, They seem to not know how to deal with current customers or care if they keep them. Felt often as if i were "just another number" and was o the phone just "for the sale

Pros

I like how easy it is to communicate with patients and how much time Solution Reach has saved me.

Cons

I wish that the SR Conversations had the option to only use the inter-office communications. We are an office of 24+ and not all of the staff needs access to the patient communication system. I feel like that would cause a lot of issues. But I would really like to use the SR Conversations for inter-office communications. The system we currently use has to be used IN the office. We have some staff members that sometimes work outside of the office and it would be nice for them to be able to be included in the day to day office communications

Pros

We LOVE the text reminders! They're great as far as ease of setting up the schedule of how many reminders are sent and how often. The patients really love them as well.

Cons

I could still use a little help with creating groups, but not I think that's the only thing that could be considered a "con."

Pros

We love the text/email options, the ease of using the system and anytime we have had an issue arise the customer service team has been fantastic!

Cons

I do not like that there are not more customization options available per different patients. Or that we can not schedule messages to go out ahead of time. Also, our sync has failed at least twice since we have had it so we have to almost "babysit" it daily to make sure it is still synced.

Cons

We have used this product for about 3years. The patients are still telling me that they have "responded to the text" however I do not get an email advising of the patients response. Rather it be confirming, cancelling or texting me a reason why the need to reschedule.

I like that it means I don't have to call each and every patient to remind them of their appointments. This saves us a lot of time in the office throughout the day

Cons

When people opt out or tell us they don't like it, or they yell at us for "so many reminders" like we are personally calling and texting all the time

Conversations, that turns your office phone number into a text capable number is the best feature. I also love the reminders for the patients.

Cons

Not much, maybe would be better if it could be used with android tablet and not just an ipad. I cannot really think of any other con for this product. It is wonderful.

We had them for two years and left after they raised their fees, and we found another system that worked better.

Pros

The recall reports were nice, you could export them to an excel file, which was helpful.

Cons

The texting wasn't easy to use, I've used other programs that implemented it much easier.

Pros

Haven't found one yet. So far our interaction with customer support and all the functions of this software are inferior to Demand force. I wish that it was not true but that is our experience.

Cons

We switched from Demand force because Eagle soft quit supporting that system. Since switching we have had nothing but problems. And I wouldn't be submitting this if customer support hadn't been difficult. We were averaging 4-5 five star reviews a month and since switching we haven't gotten any form our patients. Also our patients are mad because they are getting reminders for one appointment to every phone number in the family. We were very happy with demand force and the transition has been a pain. I will remove this review if our problem ever gets resolved.

Pros

This program is very user friendly and truly helps with keeping up with the electronic world we live in.

Cons

Patients would sometimes get more reminders than they necessarily wanted. I Do believe you can change your settings on this though.

Pros

Started out great.Now I am ready to sue them. So ready to get your money. So lazy to do anything. What are they thinking ???

Cons

Their changing platforms has created system incompatibility. The only person who can cancel the contract does not answer the phone. My next call is to BBB, then a lawyer.

Can sometimes be somewhat overwhelming because there are so many great features that you want to be able to utilize.

Appointment confirmations, text capability

Pros

Appointment confirmations is my favorite. I's so nice not to have to think about confirming appointments for patients. I also love the SR Conversations. It's really nice to be able to text a patient fast and easy.

Cons

SR Reviews is not my favorite. I think it has a lot of potential but it's not working with our office. I've spoken to customer service DOZENS of times and the issues have not been resolved....

I like that it has cut down on the confirming the appointments for the office. it has assisted in reducing the no-show rate but 1/2. We have been able to send out messages when we have large amounts of openings with the click of a button reaching more people in less time closing those large holes and making the day productive in a shorter an=mount of time then when we did not have it.

Pros

1)automated confirmation for patient appointments. 2) one of a few tools to assist with recall due date tracking and management. 3) great customer service.

Cons

Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.
