### "worst customer service I have ever come across in all my years as an office manager"

Pros

The texting feature is useful and saves time.

Cons

The technical support team takes days to get a hold of , customer service all gives the same scripted answer when a problem occurs When the system goes down it affects our whole office scheduling. At this point my system has been down for 5 days and no one will call me back.

Pros

We could send out email and/or text blasts to promote an event going on or to fill a last minute schedule change. Similar reminder systems require you to create a mailing or call list before doing this. If solutionreach integrates with your software, they can pull unscheduled patients into a list for you.

Cons

It does not intergrate well with MOGO software and it is fairly expensive. I thought that using a reminder systems would cause our no-show rate to disappear but unfortunately it still exists.

Pros

I like that customers are able to schedule their own appointments using the software.

Cons

Some customers have a difficult time using the software but once I do it works smoothly

Pros

Appointment Reminders going out daily to our patients and monthly Newletters that can go out of all of our patients

Cons

Software Aggreement with our Software Company that happened after we had been with Solution Reach for several years. They could work it out to keep them.

### "The best time saver in the office"

The time they save me allows me to focus my attention to more pressing matters-I don't have to do phone call reminders for appointments, and no more recall! They do it all! They also keep tabs on reviews for me! Heaven forbid we get a less than stellar review, and I am notified immediately, so this can be rectified-if possible immediately.

Pros

They do the work of at least 3 employees, more if you are a bigger office! Saves me time, phone calls, headaches! I can do a link for payment, I love texting patients, I can multitask with this and not miss anything!

Cons

A few features aren't super user friendly, I have to search out and find how to do a few things, they sync process is also a little slow.

So far, as much as it's helped us, it's set us back. I think a review system along an online version of text and reminders would completely replace this program.

Pros

Although the program itself has gotten much better with time. It still needs plenty of work. It is able to help us send paperwork, text and email patients reminders and key things before their appointments

Cons

customer service is basically nowhere to be found other than the frequently asked questions, which is okay as long as you dont have any specific questions. Plus they stole some of our questionnaires and made them their own templates without giving us credit for them.

### "Great Experience "

Pros

We love how our communication with patients has improved and therefore our no show patients has decreased! The website is so easy to use and if I ever have any questions I know that customer service is always going to be professional and helpful!

Cons

The only con to the website is that is doesn't update often enough I feel. We can delete an appointment and if Solutionreach doesn't update it will send them a confirmation even though they have already cancelled the appointment.

Pros

The reminders are fantastic! Very easy to customize how often messages go out via both text and email. The surveys and reviews are helpful as well. Tons of options for staying in touch with patients via newsletters and social media.

Cons

Additional costs for new features; there are occasions where messages have trouble getting through--be it patient confirmations coming in on our end or patients receiving messages for appointments they've already rescheduled.

Look for another company! You have been warned!

Pros

Everything they explain, when they show it to you, looks good! If wish they could have more trained staff to handle and answer the questions.

Cons

The text appointment reminders feature that sends multiple text to the patients to the point they have received 4-6 text in one same day. I lost patients because of the system doing so almost every day, even when we took the patients out of the schedule! Bad service! They will not return your call and when they do, they say they have up to a month to do something about the issue. They are nice only the day they present the product to you! Don't sign the 2-year contract because they will not let you stop it and will make you pay the whole 2 years even if their product is crap!

The company has great outlets available to give your feedback and to chat with other solution reach users and solution reach employees.

Pros

Appointment reminder options and tablet app for patients to fill out their paperwork, customer service is great-never have to wait long to speak with someone on the phone or online chat.

Cons

The extra features/products being added are an additional cost on top of monthly fee, part of the integration with our practice management software could be better.

we use the auto reminders which saves us a lot of time on calling all the patients, and Solutionreach Conversation which has saved us a lot of failed appointments.

Pros

I love that Solutionreach is so user friendly and if there is ever something that I don't understand I can easily reach a representative to explain whatever I'm having trouble with or a demo to show me.

Cons

sometimes there is a lag between Solutionreach and Eaglesoft but its gotten significantly better in the last year.

The automation of recall reminders for 1 year followups and the notification of appointments via email and text was nice but unreliable.

Cons

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE software. HORRIBLE people working at this company who just want to make their commission and pawn you off on someone else. Try to get help - LOL - not helpful. I lost more money BECAUSE of this system than I made with it.

SR overall is very customizable for all needs.

Pros

My favorite part about we is the accessibility for where ever you are. Being able to log in form Home is the biggest for me as I need to cancel patient sometimes via text. This bring relieve to know i have so many options right in my hand.

Cons

My least favorite part about SR is the inability to add notes per patient for group messaging example being: if we create an ASAP list but "Jane" can only do Monday's there is not a way to add that side note.

We used Solutionreach for years - then saw how limited they were and we could not get out of our contract to got with a more updated company, who does not have contracts! if they do not meet our constant expectactions we can drop them with a 30day notice and move on. Then Solutionreach partnered up with our dental software company and they offered us a free trial period. Just a few days is all it took my front office staff to say "no-way" We need to keep our current provider!

Pros

The features are nice but limited capabilites

Cons

Its crazy that in these days and times their system limits the # of characters you can enter into a text in a msg or reminder etc. to approx 65? With the system we have been using it is limitless.

The benefits are seemingly endless: quicker communication with patients allows them to feel that their needs are important and they're being heard.

Pros

I love having the ability to text patients one-on-one in real time. We are training our patients to text us now...it's wonderful! Also, the campaigns are life-savers when it gets super busy in the office: I can take my time to create and schedule marketing newsletters when it's not busy in the office so I don't have to worry about sending it out when it gets busy.

Cons

It's a bummer that the Schedule doesn't tell me what the patient is coming in for: it's important to be able to see if a patient is coming in for a Dispense or an Exam. I create groups based on this criteria daily, so it would be great to know.

Pros

Direct messaging and group messaging are excellent. When there is a bad accident or we need to cancel or fill several appointments.

Cons

Lack of online fillable forms, the portal view from the patient side is a little outdated and should have each family member on its own tab. Minor details though
