Pros

The program is easy to use and adjust to the needs of your office. The patients have absolutely loved getting texts rather the phone calls. It helps make our smaller office operate like some of the big guys out there.

Cons

Pricing tends to be a little steep when you add on some of the extras. Overall, though, I do understand that the cost of another employee would be higher.

Pros

The automation of appointment reminders freed up a lot off time, as well as reactivation of patients who haven't been in.

Cons

The set up process to customize the software took a lot of time, especially for patients who neither texts nor get emails (we have a lot of seniors).

Pros

Solution Reach has great functionality, new technology, amazing customer care, and always quick fixes when I have a problem.

Cons

Solution Reach Notify malfunctions sometimes, and gives me errors when appointment confirmations are trying to come through.

As with so many businesses these days...their sales team is great and their customer services is completely lacking. This company is impossible to reach. We are new to SR and haven't even had the account turned on because NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS OR EMAILS. The recall system is pulling the wrong data...2.5 hours on "chat" with no resolution and the promise to call me within 48 hours. It is a week later and no one has contacted me. I'm cutting my losses now. It's really too bad because their features look good. But I've invested enough time in this totally unprofessional business.

The software looks good and has nice features

Cons

Their customer service is non existent. Be prepared to use "chat" as your only source of tech support.

Pros

We are spending less time on the telephone. I feel like we have caught up to the rest of the world with our automated system. Allowing patients to respond with a text message of an email eliminates a call to their voicemail and then back to us. How many times do we get a message after the business has closed? Now we are at their finger tips.

Cons

There are a few limitations with out optometric software but not many. Waiting for the system to update to make sure a message is delivered can be frustrating.

Horrible. It was a hard sell and then they couldn't link to my EHR, but are still charging for it. I've never used the service because they couldn't figure out how to link it. But they still charge me monthly and won't cancel
