Ive had a positive experience with clubright and happy with the service its exactly what i was looking for

Pros

Being able to speak to someone whenever i need help and also having everything under one roof to run my gym

Cons

The app sometimes crashing or not being very smooth to use but new app seems alot better and more aesthetic

Clubright has been a massive help with running our club. We have lots of classes and activities too and Clubright has streamlined managing this.

Pros

All in one gym management system, everything in one place. Easy to use and always evolving with new features and improvements

Cons

Previously the member app but that has just been refreshed and massively improved. Occasional issues like any software system are quickly resolved

Excellent, another example of the support team taking care of their subscribers to the ClubRight Gym Management System.

Pros

Instant response to a members app issue. Action was immediately taken to rectify and improve the customer experience, very impressive.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. My first year with ClubRight has been a steep learning curve but support has always been there.

100% Positive, the team are on hand to help iron out any problems and are always coming up with new tools and features to better the service on offer. We must shout out \[sensitive content hidden\] who has helped us move our DD provider from GoCardless to ClubPay, this process was seamless and will remove the stress of DD updates and changes moving forward.

Pros

ClubRight has helped us manage our business since 2018 and we have seen it develop with us. We are very pleased to have now been able to integrate our DD payments with ClubPay giving us a fully managed soft wear system. This has saved us time and money and the support from the ClubRight team has been second to none.

Cons

The only issue I have encountered is deleting old membership plans from back of house reporting, but we found a work around by changing the membership title.

Clubright instantly help me if I have any problems or am unsure on how to work something, the support is great and instant. Would definitely recommend using clubright for the day to day running of your gym, easy to use and saves you so much time.

Pros

Clubright has taken away so many problems of running the gym and having all information in one place in a game changer saving so much time. Have recently started using Clubright Pay which is a great little tool for us to receive instant payments and send payment links direct at the touch of a button.

Cons

I do not have any problems using clubright and there are no features i dislike with the service i receive.

Overall, ClubRight has been a fantastic system to use. It has significantly streamlined our admin processes, improved organisation, and made day-to-day management far more efficient. It’s a reliable, well-designed platform that adds real value and continues to evolve — I would happily recommend it to other clubs.

Pros

ClubRight is incredibly user-friendly and has made managing memberships, bookings, and payments so much easier. Everything being in one system saves a huge amount of time, and the platform is intuitive even for new users. The support team is excellent — quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Regular updates show that feedback is listened to and acted upon.

Cons

There are very few downsides. Some areas could benefit from additional customisation or more advanced reporting, but these are minor compared to the overall functionality and are continuing to improve over time.

I have had an overall positive experience with clubright, having just had a teams call to go through features I hadn’t used yet which was useful

Pros

Membership management is really straightforward and easy to use, saves me time on administrative tasks.

Cons

The app can be a bit buggy at times and occasionally logs me and some members out unexpectedly which is frustrating

My overall experience is good. I have been with clubright for 8 years. I am not the easiest customer as i spent more time on the gym floor than managing the software but since having regular check ins with mark its really helped me improve the business. Its all there to be maximised.

Pros

Customer service is the main point. Having everything under one company with better rates also helps. Works well for me as a martial arts centre.

Cons

Add a little more features on the lower tariffs could be of a benefit giving users a little more for there money

ClubRight was the best value CRM when I was shopping around and I have not been disappointed. I have a plan to grow to 5 sites next year and I know I can rely on ClubRight to help me.

Pros

Clubright have been amazing for my two sites and the growth of my business. I reduced admin and helped me focus on growth

Cons

there is nothing I can think off as they have very reliable customer service that is always there to help. Their AL is amazing too- the smartest both I dealt with
