Overall, it does help solve que issues and customer satisfaction. I know larger companies like AT&T have used them as well.

Pros

I like being able to customize the clients by using their name and not assigning a number. It makes it feel more professional and personal.

Cons

While not necessarily a least like, they are a bit slower to work out software glitches and errors. You can point it out and get a response from their engineers at some point.

I was able to think that the customer's experience from coming in to leaving was perfect. It helped me a lot in maintaining the perfect customer experience.

Pros

Continuous customer care became possible. And it was nice to be able to organize the people waiting in line through qminder.

Cons

So far, I couldn't find any negative comments about this service. Please develop better features in the future!

What's more, the platform gathers key information about customer wait times, how long we spend serving them, the number of people we receive per hour, day, or service, and our team's productivity.

Pros

The key benefit of Qminder is its ability to turn waiting into a streamlined, digital experience, significantly boosting customer satisfaction. It also unburdens our agents from managing queues, letting them concentrate fully on assisting clients. With its intelligent routing, customers are always guided to the correct service station.

Cons

This platform has been completely satisfactory for me; I can't find any negative aspects to mention.

The user experience is quite easy and straightforward. Even our older patients who aren’t as tech savvy can use it

Pros

Really great program. Makes appointments much more efficient. Saves us so much time getting the customers information ahead of time. Extra perk that this service is HIPAA compliant

Cons

The design isn’t quite as robust looking as other programs I’ve used.

My overall experience was great, I feel like this software can be beneficial to many companies when it comes down to scheduling appointments.

Pros

Qminder is a great software to use, you can schedule appointments without having to call and wait on the phone for a long time, you can also check In when you arrive to your appointment which is convenient.

Cons

The only thing that I disliked was that the application tends to glitch or run slow, if there can be updates on that I would have no issues.

My overall experience is positive. As I said prior, the ability to be able to see those waiting and for how long was beneficial to avoid long wait times and late appointments.

Pros

What I enjoyed about Qminder was the ability to see who was waiting and how long. Qminder had helped while I worked registration to know who was waiting to be registered for a test or arrived for a scheduled test. I, also, enjoyed being able to see how many I serviced in a day.

Cons

What I did not like about Qminder is nothing. I enjoyed everything about this program as it made the job easier to be able to properly service those coming in for scheduled test or outpatient testing.

Great UI for our staff and the ability for our staff to message our clients while they wait.

We wish the front end UI of the check in form was more customizable.

Pros

Qminder is helpful in alerting each department within this large company that there is a customer waiting downstairs for assistance. It allows each of us the freedom to not be tied down to one area waiting for customers to arrive. I especially enjoy the fact that it can be accessed via mobile devices as well.

Cons

Qminder is simple but powerful and very useful for its intended purpose. As they are always adding updates and new features, it's difficult to find any cons because they are usually fixed before they become much of a problem.

Ability to view which division customers are waiting for. Ability to transfer to different divisions as needed.
