Cons Does not seem to allow you to release your car park for an extended period of time, is limited to to two weeks, which is too short. Pros Parkalot is easy to use and i like the app. It's very convenient having the app on my phone. Its very easy to use. Cons I think that Parkalot could be improved if the text, as it displays on the app, was larger. And sometimes it takes a long time to get a response when reporting that someone has parked in my space. Often i don't get a reply and an alternative space. Has streamlined the process of sharing parking bays for our business. Cons The lag between releasing a bay and being able to rebook. It’s great that with our parking management software, you’re able to share your spaces effectively! Regarding the lag, this may be due to the waitlist enabled on your account. If you’re a space owner releasing your spot, you might not be able to rebook immediately because the waitlist is being processed, checking for users who joined the waitlist for that day. If there are people waitlisted, they get the place once you release it. However, if the waitlist isn’t enabled on your company account, please reach out to us at admin@parkalot.io, and we’ll look into this case and figure out what causes the delay.
