Mixmax is a great entry-level CRM tool. Email tracking and cold outreach features are great. However, as a company grows, you may outgrow it.

Pros

Mixmax is a really easy to use product because it's a CRM that works with your inbox. In fact, you hardly ever need to use the Mixmax tool, you can just do everything from Gmail itself. I like the tracking and cold email outreach features.

Cons

You still need a CRM tool in addition to Mixmax, which makes it an additional expense. If they had even a mini version of a CRM inside their tool, I would make it a great full-fledged CRM.

It is great for tracking emails and scheduling, though the free version has limited features.

Pros

Scheduling meetings was quick, and I could easily see when my emails were opened, helping me follow up on time.

Cons

Some of the advanced features require an upgrade, which can be limiting for basic users.

It's a great tool, but it is not hard to outgrow. As things ramp up, and campaigns become larger, another tool would be better to handle a larger volume of outbound emails.

Pros

It's really easy to set up and get it going since it integrates easily with Gmail.

Cons

It depends on having several users within Google Workspace, which makes the price ramp up fast.

The easiness of use and the timeline of reading emails.

Cons

It's a tiny thing, but everytime I'm logged out of gMail I need to log back in to MM, otherwise I'd lose track of what can be shared and what not.

Overall, it is great to know when someone has read an email and helps to reduce the time it takes to write common emails.

Pros

Mixmax integrates seamlessly with Gmail and is the easiest tool to use. It is better than Salesforce Inbox because you do not have to go through layers of menus in a widget to find information about if someone read an email. The templates are also easy to set up and use.

Cons

Sometimes it take a while for Gmail to load when it's installed.

Pros

Love Mixmax as a productivity tool for scheduling meetings, templates, and activity tracking

Cons

Adding members can be confusing. I have deactivated individuals that shows they are on an annual bill. The pricing is starting to go up to an "uncomfortable" position based on competitors in the market.

Pros

The email tracking has been very useful but the feature I utilise the most is the sequences to set emails to go out to prospects, it's efficient and user friendly.

Cons

A Home button is required, many times I just want to get back to the main page and there is no easy way of doing so.
