Overall I've had a great experience with Guesty, I found the onboarding and set up process to be pretty straight forward and really appreciated the great customer suppot.

Pros

Some of the things I like most about Guest is that it offers, Value for money, good customer Support, an intuitive user interface, good security, and support my business growth.

Cons

I can't think of any obvious cons except that perhaps the fact that the desktop version logs me out between sessions

Overall, my experience with Guesty has been very positive. I’ve been using the platform for the past three years to manage our properties, and I truly appreciate how intuitive and functional it is. Being able to handle all guest communications in one centralized place, while keeping calendars seamlessly synced across platforms, has significantly improved our operational efficiency. I also really like the ability to set up automatic messages, which saves us a tremendous amount of time, and how easily I can coordinate with my service team within the platform.

Pros

I’ve been using Guesty for the past three years to manage our properties, and it has been a very user-friendly and functional platform. One of the features I appreciate most is being able to manage all guest communications in one place, while keeping all of my calendars seamlessly connected. Overall, it’s intuitive, efficient, and very easy to use.

Cons

One area for improvement is the Guest Book feature. For smaller operators managing fewer than three properties, it does not currently provide enough value to justify the cost or effort involved.

La centralización de canales y la posibilidad de administrar múltiples propiedades desde un solo lugar es probablemente lo más valioso de Guesty. También tiene buenas automatizaciones para operaciones grandes, especialmente en mensajería, asignación de tareas y coordinación de equipos. Otro punto positivo es que cuenta con una gran cantidad de integraciones y funcionalidades disponibles dentro del ecosistema, lo que permite adaptar la operación a distintas necesidades. A nivel visual y de reportes, la plataforma también entrega bastante información útil para monitorear reservas y rendimiento. Im Ganzen gefällt mir Guesty sehr gut, da es eine sehr schöne übersichtliche Oberfläche bietet und einen sehr schnellen freundlichen Kundensupport hat.

Sehr schöne Benutzerobrfläche, schneller Kundensupport, leichte Anbindung an Portale und einfache Handhabung.

Cons

Sehr unprofessionelle Website im Guesty-Light Paket, vor allem im Handy-Format. Keinerlei Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, Logo viel zu klein - im Handy-Format kaum erkennbar und weitere Elemente verschoben. Dringende Verbesserung nötig! Keine Möglichkeit den Umsatz nach Monaten zu berechnen, nur nach Check-in Datum, was das Ergebnis verfälscht, wenn eine Buchung in den neuen Monat geht.

My overall experience with Guesty has been positive. It has made managing multiple properties and bookings much more organized by bringing everything into one platform. The automation features have been especially useful, saving time and improving guest communication.However, the system can be complex at first, requiring time to fully understand and set up properly. There have also been occasional minor glitches. Despite this, once everything is running smoothly, it becomes a reliable tool. Overall, Guesty has helped streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support the growth of my short-term rental business.

Pros

What I liked most about Guesty is how it centralizes every aspect of property management into one easy-to-use platform. Managing bookings across multiple channels becomes seamless with synchronized calendars, automated messaging, and organized task management. It significantly reduces manual work and minimizes the risk of errors like double bookings. The automation tools stand out, ensuring consistent and timely communication with guests, which improves the overall experience. I also value the detailed reporting and insights, which help track performance and make informed business decisions. Overall, Guesty makes managing short-term rentals more efficient, professional, and scalable as the business grows.

Cons

What I liked least about Guesty is that the platform can feel quite complex and overwhelming at first, especially for new users. It is a positive overall experience and has improved my ability to manage multiple properties on multiple sites.

Pros

Guesty has been very valuable in helping me manage multiple booking sites in one convenient location. Additionally, their customer service is quick to respond and has helped us solve problems smoothly.

Cons

It can take some getting used to all the different pages and options initially. As someone who isn't particularly tech savvy, it took a while to learn how to use the different features, and I'm still learning.

Adequate, the issue with connectivity still needs to be addressed esp with VRBO. The response time is great.

Quick response. If I have an issue I do get a thorough response back, the staff does give a detailed step guide on the connectivity issue.

Cons

Bugs and issues with connectivity. The software still has some issues and a couple of times I had to navigate cancelling a reservation because Guesty does not connect well with VRBO.

Pros

Ease of use, wide range of functionality and constant updates. The tools available in the PMS are as if you were a large operator so no matter where you are in your journey you will always be ready for that next level.

Cons

The Guesty Connect subscription which i was not aware of when i switched from Hostaway which i feel is just an very expensive added cost.

No real issues overall as AirBnB supports most of my short term bookings. I would recommend Guesty to new hosts for support.

I love having a centralized, all-in-one hub for communication, and the automated guest templates have streamlined my workflow significantly. Additionally, the seamless smart lock integration—which automatically generates a unique access code for every single guest—provides incredible peace of mind and makes check-in entirely hands-off."

However, there are a couple of areas that still require attention. VRBO continues to struggle with interfacing properly with the platform, which is a significant point of friction. Furthermore, navigating Booking.com within the system remains a bit of a mystery, and I would appreciate dedicated guidance from customer service to help optimize that specific channel integration."

Pros

Guesty has significantly increased our operational efficiency.
