Ease and smoothness of execution of setting up a post for multiple social media channel in one go. You just upload the media and write the details/caption (it will automatically shows which social media is compatible for uploaded media and the word limit if being exceeded for any platform. finally it will adjust the size for all platforms from the one media that is uploaded so work load is reduced a lot.

Cons

1\. Posting on pinterest is quite tough and challenging. 2. The connected social media gets disconnected often easily and reconnecting takes little time. 3. The unpublished post should send a notification in email1.

I wish it was easier to use. I was left with the impression that if I was not using the entire Zoho Suite then Zoho Social was not meant for me as a user.

Pros

Scheduling Social Posts was pretty easy to do. I also liked how you can add multiple social platforms.

Cons

The integration with the rest of the Zoho Suite ended up being a real issue for me. It was often hard to find the correct login page for Zoho Social, specifically. Many things were also not explained well, with training material too large to navigate easily.

Very easy to use, affordable compared to other social media planning apps, also allows for approval workflows.

Cons

Not able to add collaborators to facebook - but that could be an API limitation i'm not aware of. Too easy to accidentally make post go live when majority of time intended to schedule.

Being able to monitor the performance of my content across all social platforms right from the home dashboard is wonderful to have instant insight.

Cons

Too early to tell yet, but when I try to write a post across platforms and am tagging accounts, if there isn't an account to tag on one platform, but there is on another, the platform that doesn't will show "@example", so it makes the post look less clean.

so many ways to link into your social profiles and it is easy to do. Gives you control over your social profiles and enables you to add customized content to one or all.

Cons

Recreating the same content on alot of the elements that you want included. I feel like this information should carry over to the next element instead of having to keep adding it in one after another.

Zoho Social is good for me and team. Easy to use and cheaper (cost effective) for us. Overall it is good for small and medium buisness

Pros

Ease to use. User Interface is good and easy to search with multi channel. And cost effective for me.

Cons

Slow sometime, while I'm review and analytics for immediate adjustments. And I recommend to update some GUI (currently it is good but some tags are not easy to open and find.
