Pros

The email editor and sequence building functionality is simple and easy to use. Anyone can learn it quickly.

Cons

The layout of certain settings is confusing. The user interface could be more intuitive and user experience better. It starts to look too cluttered after you use it a while.

Lower cost of customer acquisition, time savings on sales email outreach.

Pros

Easy to collaborate on email templates. Loading of contacts & email addresses is seamless. Sequencing of multiple emails to large groups increases efficiency. Connected to Salesforce, very few complaints.

Cons

Limited ability to report on & export certain information, such as everybody who has responded to any email campaign. Initial account setup was a bit tedious.

Super positive! I would recommend this product to everyone I know.

Pros

Outreach makes workflows so incredibly easy! It's been so incredible to know that my teams have their workflows set up for them, and all the information they need to make successful sales calls presented to them in a way that's easy and reliable.

Cons

I wish the reporting was better here. We do rely on other software like Salesforce reports to do more nuanced reporting that we can't achieve on Outreach.

Overall, Outreach allows me to keep track of which prospects and accounts need contact, and is pretty intuitive when it comes to the responses I get back. I don't use the reporting much, but a lot of data and insight can be gained from the cumulative activity your sequences accrue.

Pros

What I appreciate most in Outreach is the ability to custom tailor your sequences, based on how many touches for a prospect that you need. You can also include reminders for social touch points, etc.

Cons

Support with Outreach can be a bit lacking, especially when it comes to issues syncing with your mailbox. To be fair, those kinds of issues can be difficult to diagnose at the onset.

Its awesome tool for e-mail sequencing and keep the prospects live with occasional E-mails.

Pros

Integration with Email is really awesome where we can track all the interactions with the prospects. Email collaboration and sequencing at regular intervals are really great.

Cons

The user access levels needs some improvement, eg if a prospect is with other internal user, we are unable to add that prospect. It would have been good if outreach display the prospect ownership.

Pros

What I like the most is being able to easily execute all my tasks, and how templates can make my daily job reqs fly by, as lots of things I send out are pretty repetitive. I also really enjoy being able to see who has engaged with my emails, that way I know which leads to prioritize calling.

Cons

It occasionally has some glitches, like sometimes it doesn't let me hang up from calls, it won't even ring sometimes, and I often find myself having to exit out of the extension and re-opening it to make it work again. Not a huge deal, but it does get kind of annoying when it happens daily.

Great experience per my previous comments on ease of use and functionality. I love snippets and personalization features!

Pros

We used to use groove and outreach is a huge improvement. It is very easy to set-up sequences with personalization, linked content from highspot or direct url, and create snippets for dropping in different images or content features. I am able to set-up sequences for sales to support marketing programs and craft message and content used. I can look at reporting metrics within the sequence to see who is using, how many contacts are active/pending/paused and draw conclusions on effectiveness of the messaging.

Cons

I only create sequences for sales versus actually sending them, but I think there was some confusion on how to add contacts or to make them active in one sequence over another. We use contact list views in Salesforce to add contacts, which seems to work but not sure if there is another way that is less manual than building out the list views- like linking to campaign?

Pros

Outreach is easy to use and very intuitive. Making prospect outreach so easy and successful. Email tracking is so helpful and gives us an idea on who is the hot lead to target.

Cons

Not much. The interface is clean and intuitive. And Support is always there to help if there is ever an issue.

Pros

It makes your outbound efforts very easy. Once you have the tool set up, extremely easy to load up your prospects from your various data sources into Outreach and just follow the steps to get in touch with them.

Cons

It can take a bit to get the tool up and running. Luckily things like email templates and cedences come pre built, but you will need to tweak them and spend time managing the tool to get it how you want.

With OutReach we having taking away the manual tasks that come with our Sales reps. No more hand dialing, taking notes, or writing the same email over and over again. We have basically built a modified CRM within Outreach, since we don't have Salesforce. We've seen so much success, we have now rolled out the software to multiple divisions within our Company.

Pros

\-Easy to use -You can do everything off the dashboard -Constant innovation -Extremely helpful customer service team

Cons

\-As much as I want to have some constructive criticism, I can't. I have used SalesLoft in the past and would recommend Outreach to anyone going forward.

I love the tool and what it does for my outreach to larger companies, groups, and teams. I save time and energy that is then focused elsewhere. This helps me succeed in my role more than I can say.

Pros

I love being able to automate literally EVERYTHING using Outreach. It gives me the ability to let my contacts be nurtured and worked in the background while I focus on specific teams and projects that I need to get done. It is like having another person doing my work for me so I get almost double done in any given day.

Cons

There are occasional bugs and issues that are hard to trouble-shoot.

Overall, it is a good product, one that you should take a look at. It is very beneficial in prospect management and constant contact of customers.

Pros

When it works, it is freaking fantastic. I have used other products, but this one is very diverse and offers a LOT of options for constantly staying top of mind with your customers and prospects.

Cons

There are very easy ways to group prospects in an area of the program, but then that same section will not let you put those people into a sequence. Also, custom filtering is a bit challenging.

Pros

Provides a way to send out email sequences in batches and automate this process for the SDR function, which is helpful.

Cons

Even after doing both university trainings, there are certain aspects that are not intuitive. For example, I created a clone of a sequence to make updates (because the article on clones says this is a good way to do that specifically), and my updates ended up changing the original sequence. We've had prospects randomly go into different stages, and it's just clunky overall.

Email outreach can be such a mess so quickly but Outreach allows us to keep everything organized, even with 2 departments (sales and product) using it

Cons

Sometimes there are connection issues between Outreach and Salesforce and it is really frustrating though infrequent

Saved me a lot of time

Pros

It makes my life as a sales professional really easy and it gets me into the prospect accounts that I can't get into otherwise. It is like having a 100 person team at your disposal, who never sleep, who never forget nor make any errors.

Cons

The personalisation for EMEA is still a massive pain, and it take me a lot of time, to personalise in accordance to the different geos that we cover. Special characters, when uploading a list, need to be revised manually. So if you are working with a list of 500 people, it takes a whole lot of time to edit it :(

Very easy to keep track of what actions I need to take in the sales process

Pros

Very easy to use and intuitive. Their customer support is very active and easy to talk to. Huge fan of the UX design, it feels very familiar and everything is clearly laid out. Very easy to book meetings since the software can sync up to you and your team members calendars. Also love that you can AB test different messages on the software to see which one is more effective.

Cons

Nothing much to complain about. Sometimes it can lag but usually is very fast.
