I have very impressed with the overall functionality of Outreach and how it helps our team reach the most people while still tailoring the message to hit home.

Pros

Very easy to use. The interface is simple and easy for everyone to use. I love that you can send emails to a particular persona and those emails are ALWAYS formatted correctly. Very happy that we adopted this solution.

Cons

I have heard that Outreach is expensive, but I don't know the cost. Others has mentioned integration issues, but it does everyhting that we want it to do.

### "Outreach keeps you organized "

Pros

I really like the customizability of this software. The ability to create your own sequences for each prospect, make subtle changes to the sequences, clone your colleagues' sequences then tweak them to your own personal preference. Outreach has a ton of great features that make your sales job easier. If you're making upwards of 40 calls a day, it really makes that more manageable. Also integrates with salesforce very well.

Cons

The one area I could see improvement would be in "sorting." Don't get me wrong, there are some great features while trying to sort/filter your prospects, but there are still some things I wish could be made easier. Like an easier way to sort via "step in the sequence," instead of having to assign a priority-level to each step, and then sort that way. BUt this is just a minor detail, overall Outreach is awesome.

### "Better User experience needed with Outreach"

Outreach is a great platform for people in sales and marketing but the cost needs to reduce and their customer support needs to improve

Pros

I work on Sales enablement with Outreach and I like how easily I am able to get my work done with it.

Cons

The entire User Interface is not very friendly. Also, the cost of the product is on the higher side which was not very suitable for us

Pros

I love how simple Outreach makes it to create sequences. As an outbound Account Executive, having nice sequences that are easily editable and findable makes the world of difference.

Cons

Every so often the Outreach plug in won't work and will not put the lead in the sequence. I'm not sure why this happens, but it is a pain to have to go through and add them to the sequence another time after you already thought you did it.

I save loads of time using Outreach. That time is very valuable as well. Well done, Outreach.

Pros

This system has saved me thousands of hours of emailing and contacting clients. It has also helped me organize the way I speak to my clients. The best feature of the platform is the ability to setup email sequences and fully customize the way they are sent out. It also integrates directly to Salesforce, so it pulls the lead info automatically!

Cons

At times, Outreach struggles to sync with my email or Salesforce. Other than syncing, there really isn't much to complain about with Outreach.

Pros

The tool is pretty straightforward to use, but requires customization/complexities to optimize. For that and easily onboarding new SDRs, I love their live chat support. It is well-worth the additional price.

Cons

Complete optimization requires SO much customization and flexibility. I know they can't do a few of my requests, but I've never used another solution and am unsure if anyone could.

My overall experience with Outreach has been great. I would highly suggest working with them as they have a pretty aggressive road map to change the way outbound SDRs work.

Pros

What I like most about outreach is the ability to target multiple organizations at a time. You can actively reach out to many people within an organization to get your message across. Outreach takes the manual part of prospecting away and automates it making for a more streamlined and efficient process. It covers the user error part that happens when outbound to 100 plus organizations.

Cons

Outreach can be clunky at times. The user interface is some times hard to navigate. There is no back button so if you want to go to a new page you have to start all over.

Pros

Outreach makes life easy when it comes to reaching out to multiple contacts and being able to track opened emails.

Cons

Mostly the only issue I have is when outreach stops syncing with my gmail and I lose track of who has opened my emails.

Pros

I love that Outreach has built a level of automation that allows me to speed up my workflow and make manual tasks into something I no longer waste time on. It's 2x easier to do my job with Outreach than without it.

Cons

I've run into a couple things that can be frustrating when it comes to scheduling when emails send out, but other than this, Outreach has been perfect for my needs.

After using this software for a while, we are now recommending it also to the students of our courses in eCommerce business for agencies, because outreach allows you to find new customers and business opportunities and to keep everything under control. A good use of this software can help you scale up faster your business.

Cons

There are no cons, of course this is a tool that cannot be used only for a few minutes. You have to understand how to tale the best out of it and go on a daily basis work.

This has been a steady, solid tool for integration to salesforce - our SDRs do a good job using it well.

Cons

It takes some manual automation set up to get prospects in via campaigns - also, getting users to comply with best practices is hard (manual emails).

Outreach is an incredible tool with an incredible leader in Manny Medina. The team over there continues to innovate and push the boundary when it comes to new functionality and integration. Most solutions out there are behind the curve but outreach is creating the curve and where everyone else needs to go.

Pros

\-Ability to track all outbound automation campaigns across all channels -Insights that provide all data points needed for A/B testing

I am very thankful that I get to use Outreach on a daily basis instead of several other CRM systems I have used in previous positions. Overall the experience is positive and consistent and does not take long to train new employees to maximize their time with Outreach.

Pros

Outreach creates a very streamlined approach for contacting leads and keeping detailed information about communication. It is very easy to create and edit sequences for emails/calls to increase the capacity for communication for small sales teams.

Cons

The search functionality can be frustrating. In order to find a lead you have to input a lead's information exactly. There does not seem to be a "close to" option if you can't remember the exact spelling.

Pros

Auto-populates information on company as well as competitors of a company that one is prospecting all on one page.

Cons

Doesn't link smoothly with Salesforce. I end up refreshing the same page at least 3 times per day in order for Salesforce and Outreach to link, so that I can save my notes and/or updates. Horrible. Wastes so much time. I literally can't do anything about it.

Outreach is very simple to use and has everything you need and nothing more. I'm interested to see how the platform transforms into a more robust solution in the future.

Pros

I love the customer support chat feature we have turned on. It makes everything so seamless if there is ever an issue or just a simple question.

Cons

It would be nice if you could customize sequences a bit more like start from Step 2 or fit that prospect's time zone with email delivery.

Overall, Outreach helps streamline my day to day outreach, gives me great tools for building and executing messaging, and allows for visibility across our team and sales org.

Pros

Task management and sending emails / completing tasks from the platform is extremely helpful. I know exactly where to start each day. The Salesforce integration is also extremely helpful.

Cons

Unfortunately our Salesforce integration is not always optimal and syncing sometimes fails (so some leads show in different stages on Outreach vs. Salesforce). Additionally, it is sometimes hard to filter and build lists based on specific criteria and I need to do this in Salesforce and then manually select the prospects I want to reach out to in Outreach.

We are trying to solve the business problem of tracking activity with Outreach. It has been very useful with a good reporting system and shows clearly what SDRs are spending their time doing.

Pros

I work as an SDR so I love the how easy it is to organize my work. From prioritizing tasks to creating sequences, snippets and templates with ease. Outreach is very user-friendly. I also love the overview it gives on a prospect with relevant and recent news articles- makes it easier to find info to mention on calls or emails. Scheduling emails is also very helpful!

Cons

I don't have a much to complain about. One thing is the outbox doesn't warn me when it stops sending emails out and sometimes won't resume after 24 hours. So I have to go in every day and retry emails that didn't send (this only happens when sending out mass emails).
