July 20, 2020 5.0 I manage one of my client's email campaigns through Outreach and I love how easy it is to upload spreadsheets and get email sequences going. Pros I love how Outreach keeps me organized and I can stay on top of different email sequences while analyzing different open/respond rates. Cons Occasionally I will click to manually send an email and then it will show up as a draft. When I click it again the 'draft' message will go away. " March 8, 2019 5.0 Love it! It has helped us increase our outreach to prospects significantly. Unlike other programs we've used, we have no issues with lock-outs on our emails. Pros Ability to edit templates mid sequence, ability to see mapped fields before sending, insights/ reporting Cons It is a little complicated for those who are not tech savy. I’ve switched from using XANT and there is a lot to get used to. Pros Outreach gets the job done. They have really thought through giving a sales rep a good experience and seem to be focused on the user. Cons It takes a bit to get up and running on the software. November 6, 2017 5.0 Pros The thing that I like most about Outreach is that it is aimed to increase conversion rates. The feature that I like the most is the reporting tool. It allows any manager to look into conversion rates of email templates and really dive down to see what is working and what is not. Cons The thing I like least about the software is that it seems to work better for an outbound team that primarily works with sequencing. I can make 40 calls in an hour when before I could probably do about 15-20. It is amazing! I can send one to one emails in seconds. I absolutely love Outreach! Pretty intuitive dashboard. Easy to set up cadences. Cons I felt that Salesloft was a little bit more out of the box user friendly. Similar in terms of consistent call quality but the dashboard from within Salesloft just made more sense to me. Anything from the weather, to company insights, to call success tracking - are all included right in the main view. Some people may like that, but our team found it overwhelming. Cons It's a little much. All the functionality is there, but it feels like it tried to do too much for what it is. Maybe it was just our team, but it was overwhelming. I can choose the best sequence for each account I am targeting and allow the prospect to be touched a dozen times. Cons It's a little confusing at the beginning how it all works. I had to do a training with customer service 1 on 1 to figure it out. But they have excellent customer service.
