Great benefit for end of year with taxes as well to get summaries. Pros I think just having something like this in general is a necessity in the virtual world, so I like that this is an option. I also like the integrations it has, including to Fullscript and Google Calendar. Cons I feel like it is not always intuitive to navigate, I do not feel confident that I am using it to its fullest function, and I often have to have multiple tabs open because I want to be utilizing certain features all at once and it is difficult to navigate back and forth between these features without just opening another tab. " October 24, 2023 5.0 Overall I am very happy with this app and have not had any issues using it. Set up was also VERY easy which is a HUGE bonus when setting up for kids to use. Pros We learned about Better Practice through a medical professional who uses it to manage his patience. Downloading the app was easy and getting started was a snap! I would refer this app to anyone looking to manage clients with ease. 3 family members use this app with ease including my 14-year-old son so always nice to see an app made easy for kids to use.. Cons I would like to see an update allowing the user to send a response to a requested meeting before accepting, canceling or rescheduling the request. I may have overlooked this as a feature but I tend to just cancel and then add a comment. Would be better if I could start a conversation regarding the request before making a choice. Clients enjoyed the app and it was fairly well laid out despite some occurrences of unnecessary clicks to get to a destination. Cons There is no option to do recurrent scheduling or weekly scheduling automatically. This is huge. For the average caseload of 25 clients x 52 weekly appointments -- that is 1,300 appointments I would have to manually enter. The cancellation automation is weak and difficult to set up and for those who utilize insurance based practices, that is equally confusing and difficult to manage in app. Due to these deficiencies, my organization left Better for a more robust experience elsewhere.
