The user can use themselves without training if they are already using another fms. Another thing, mapon has a great support. They now how to solve the problems. It has also great CRM for admin users. Cons The only cons of Mapon is the device that mapon produced (Mapon Expert) is for advance tracking. It is a really really good device but it is expensive for basic tracking. We did start cooperation in February another premise that there will be no monthly minimum charge. No they start asking us to pay at least €500 per month for the use of their service. Just right out of the blue. No warning and no signs for that. I do not recommend working with them. If you do not have enough devices to cover the €500 anyway you're probably better off choosing another provider. And if they tell you in the quote there will be no minimum fee please don't be too sure about it. We did put many work in it to include it in our service mini work hours and we even did buy devices that we now can throw away. We lost around €8000 altogether because of them suddenly changing conditions.
