Great once the software was integrated and all the staff was trained.

Pros

This software is a one stop shop for closing, accounting, and documentation management. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve but they have a large quantity of learning materials and support to assist.

Wonderful! I love that we can bring ideas to Qualia and they listen and/or create some kind of system or add on that helps our company. They are real open to learning from the people who are doing title work on a daily basis.

Pros

I love the fact that the company and the staff are forward thinkers and always trying to make the title industry quicker and efficient!

Cons

Really hardly anything. The cost of certain products might be a little higher than the industry standard. Sometimes is takes a while to get a ticket answered or resolved.

The reps dont know who to call and i have emailed 2 times. no response and there isnt a direct number to call nor online help. terrible experience and was considering them for future title company access.

Not applicable I only used it on the recieving end when title provied docs

Cons

For 2 months I have been trying to obtain access as a notary in the market place to renew my notary as now I have RON cert. I have spent money waiting for a response and I am waiting to renew my stamp but i still havent heard if i will get access to the system.

Love it! Like I stated above, I love how Q changes with the trends of the industry. And they listen when you have an issue with something. Or want to see a change.

Pros

The ease of the program once I got to know it. It has made my job easier (not lazier) there are so many awesome features I love. And I know there will be more to come. Q changes with the trends of the industry!

Cons

I don't like how we added Connect a year after having Qualia and it doesn't go to our old files. They need to make that work on all files. Why pay for something we can't use on all files.

Amazing, between the user friendly software and the classes to keep you inform or help out with the software. It's amazing

Pros

It's user friendly and saves a lot of time. You can use it on your phone, tablet, computer no matter where you are as long as you have internet.

Cons

I have no CONS when it comes to qualia. I would highly recommend other law firms to convert over to this.

We love working with Qualia. Our team gives their team 5+ stars!! \[sensitive content hidden\] is our reconciliation specialist, and we love him with him also.

Pros

It is very efficient. We love the QR codes for filing documents quickly and being able to communicate with our underwriters through the marketplace messages.

Cons

Finding knowledge sources for correct Qualia functions on infrequent tasks within a transaction. For example, are municipal lien searches ordered in the marketplace able to be cancelled after they are ordered? And are the fees refunded to our card on file? I was unable to find knowledge-based articles for the answer.

Qualia saves time as long as the people you work with use it properly as well. Which may not be the comment you want since that is a personal issue.

Pros

Having all the info in the system so you can share you file with co-workers etc. I love that the premiums all calculate for you .

Cons

There are issues sometimes with the accounting portion. I cannot tell you exactly at this time as it just happens on files.

The overall experience has been pretty good. I would definitely recommend Qualia to other people who are looking to switch over to a new Closing Platform.

Pros

Qualia is a very USER FRIENDLY site. You are able to manuever your way through a file pretty easily even if you are unsure or a new user to the site.

Cons

The document intergration can be very tricky. Making changes to documents is very confusing. Especially if you arent "tech savy". This would probably be the only thing I struggle with when it comes to Qualia:)

i'm still learning how to use it, so there are areas that i have not used yet. The accounting area seems overly complicated, but i'm sure when i use it on a regular basis it will be fine.

Pros

it is easy to use and understand. it is helpful to be able to open the order by multiple people, however it also has it's draw backs too. The emailing feature works well, however it does not thread.

Cons

allowing multiple people to open the same order and make changes. things get done and undone too frequently. it would be better to only allow one person to make changes and everyone else gets read only access.

My overall experience with Qualia has been very positive. The software has streamlined our closing and title operations, making workflows more efficient and organized. I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents. Their customer service team has also been responsive and supportive, contributing to a smooth and reliable user experience.

Pros

Qualia has been a great tool for streamlining our closing and title operations. One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings. The system is intuitive, easy to learn, and has made our workflow much smoother overall. Their customer service team is also excellent—always helpful and responsive when we need support.

Cons

A couple of areas could be improved. You can’t currently attach entire emails with attachments included under documents, which was a feature in SoftPro that I miss. It would also be helpful if the Properties screen allowed us to identify properties as either purchase or collateral when more than one property is involved.

Pros

I like the easy user interface and the customization of creating reports. Nothing is jumbled and everything is easy to access.

Cons

There is really nothing that I dislike about Qualia. I am not a fan of two factor authentication but I understand the reason why it is needed.

Very positive. Good integration. Learning time to get comfortable with the program was between three and four weeks, but still learning features that improve our product and workflow. I would recommend it to any firm who practices Real Estate, or title company.

Pros

Once you get past the learning curve, Qualia's speed, reporting capabilities and tracking features make it an essential tool in our practice. Not only the ability to have multiple users working the same file at the same time, but having the ability to open two instances of the same file, lets the work progress faster. The customizable Tracking feature lets us assign tasks and determine what needs prioritization. I haven't experienced any delays when requesting Customer Service by phone, and they always are helpful.

Cons

Qualia's price is in the higher range for this type of software, but we're not regretting it. The biggest negative that I have is the lack of written supporting materials. I'm old school, I want to read how it's done, not watch a video which may or may not have what I need.

Reason for choosing Qualia

We had other firms, paralegals and attorneys recommending Qualia. We liked its features and decided to take the plunge.

All and all Qualia is the best conveyancing software I've used. All software has its quirks but Qualia seems to be the least "quirky". Extremely user friendly and a really appealing modern look to it.

Pros

Qualia is so user friendly. Most features can be figured out without any resources. If you do need some help, the tutorials are also extremely user friendly! win win!

Cons

We like learning new ways to integrate Qualia into our workflow, but find that oftentimes the features we start to look into using, turns into needing to pay another arm and a leg and would include a lot of things we wouldn't use. Would be nice if we could pick and choose a bit more- a la carte.

If I had to rate between 1 and 10, I give it a solid 6.

Pros

Once set up, not hard to use, easy to follow screens to input your data.

Cons

Customer service. They are quick to send you a job aid for everything. That would be helpful to have once you have gotten through your issues but they send it before checking to see if your issue has been resolved. I have been working on a issue for 3 weeks now with no resolve. They are very helpful when yo ask to add on additional service however, after this we will stick with the basics.

Incredible. Qualia's interface intuitiveness make the transition from another software to Qualia seamless. The onboarding program is extremely helpful and there are numerous articles and how-to videos available within the software for seemingly every function available through Qualia. Perhaps the greatest attribute of Qualia is the support team. I have never waited longer than two or three rings for a Qualia support agent to answer my call. They have all been a pleasure to work with and very knowledgable.

Pros

The intuitiveness and streamlined user interface.

Cons

I do not like that some of the features that are available through Qualia, mainly the access portal for real-estate agents and clients, are only available through Qualia Connect at an additional price.

Pros

What I like most about this program is that it is user-friendly. I am very tech-savvy so working with programs like this one makes my life so much easier and makes my work more enjoyable.

Cons

What I don't like most about this program is I wish it was more user-friendly for our clients that are not tech-savvy. Also, for our regular clients, it would be nice if they didn't have to have to repeat the same tasks on every order we open for them. If they can have their own portfolio to see what active orders they have and have their own portfolio with a list of their pipeline would make it a seamless flow I think.

Qualia allows us to fully manage all steps of the closing process in one place. It’s great to be able to do everything from one spot. The integrations with title vendors, banks, and shipping services is key to enhancing our firm’s productivity. The document creation and sharing features also help us save time and a lot of headaches. I can’t imagine doing closings without Qualia!

Cons

Getting everything set up can be pretty time consuming and complicated.

It makes it so easy to process and close a file. everything can be done and saved online. you can see all of your activity, and assign tasks and other things to different people. You can always make changes and adjust things.

Pros

Qualia is the best. it is so intuitive and user-friendly. The customer service/support is awesome. It makes my job of processing and closing files SO MUCH EASIER. There are always updates going on to make it better

Qualia has saved title and escrow. Many smooth transactions by creating a software implementing and all in 1 for easy use.

Pros

Love how every party can access qualia to submit documentation instead of the traditional old route like faxing or emailing and they get lost.

Cons

Sometimes qualia isn’t great at being phone friendly. When looking at a document I would try to zoom in or out and it would restart and load the page every time.

I have only been with Hayes for a little over a year but, I can say that it is SO nice to have just one program we can use for everything! We absolutely love Qualia!!!

Pros

Qualia has really made our lives here at Hayes blissful. I would say just as a user it is nice to have direct communication with our clients. Also, for them to be able to fill out all their information on their own, with access to their profile makes our closings run more smoothly. We use Qualia for finals and that has definitely been the biggest appreciation I have for it! We used to spend hours working on finals, because everything was manual. But, with Qualia it takes about 30 minutes to get everything ready. The use of Qualia cuts back on the time we spend doing one project and gives us more time to complete others!

Cons

I don't know that there has been anything I don't like about Qualia. It has made things run much more smoothly for our Title department.

This product is AMAZING, and makes my life so much easier. I get praised on the speedy and accurate work I always do; and a big part of it is the awesome resources I have within Qualia.

Pros

It has everything you need in one hub... I use Qualia daily to open files, order title, record documents, post-closing tasks, and so much more. It is truly great.

Cons

Modern technology always has its ups and downs, the only thing I can think of is the lag time for refreshing policy rates and/or documents and issuing final title policies. Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.
