Pros This software is a one stop shop for closing, accounting, and documentation management. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. Pros I love the fact that the company and the staff are forward thinkers and always trying to make the title industry quicker and efficient! Cons Really hardly anything. The cost of certain products might be a little higher than the industry standard. Sometimes is takes a while to get a ticket answered or resolved. Pros Not applicable I only used it on the recieving end when title provied docs Cons For 2 months I have been trying to obtain access as a notary in the market place to renew my notary as now I have RON cert. It's amazing Pros It's user friendly and saves a lot of time. You can use it on your phone, tablet, computer no matter where you are as long as you have internet. And they listen when you have an issue with something. Or want to see a change. Pros The ease of the program once I got to know it. It has made my job easier (not lazier) there are so many awesome features I love. And I know there will be more to come. Q changes with the trends of the industry! Cons I don't like how we added Connect a year after having Qualia and it doesn't go to our old files. They need to make that work on all files. Why pay for something we can't use on all files. Which may not be the comment you want since that is a personal issue. Pros Having all the info in the system so you can share you file with co-workers etc. I love that the premiums all calculate for you . Cons There are issues sometimes with the accounting portion. I cannot tell you exactly at this time as it just happens on files. Cons Finding knowledge sources for correct Qualia functions on infrequent tasks within a transaction. For example, are municipal lien searches ordered in the marketplace able to be cancelled after they are ordered? And are the fees refunded to our card on file? The accounting area seems overly complicated, but i'm sure when i use it on a regular basis it will be fine. Pros it is easy to use and understand. it is helpful to be able to open the order by multiple people, however it also has it's draw backs too. The emailing feature works well, however it does not thread. Cons allowing multiple people to open the same order and make changes. things get done and undone too frequently. it would be better to only allow one person to make changes and everyone else gets read only access. The software has streamlined our closing and title operations, making workflows more efficient and organized. I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents. Their customer service team has also been responsive and supportive, contributing to a smooth and reliable user experience. Pros Qualia has been a great tool for streamlining our closing and title operations. One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings. The system is intuitive, easy to learn, and has made our workflow much smoother overall. Their customer service team is also excellent—always helpful and responsive when we need support. Cons A couple of areas could be improved. You can’t currently attach entire emails with attachments included under documents, which was a feature in SoftPro that I miss. It would also be helpful if the Properties screen allowed us to identify properties as either purchase or collateral when more than one property is involved. Review Source FH Franci H. You can pick it up fairly quickly. Pros It's very easy to use and has really great customer support. It makes it very easy to locate and manage our records. Cons Updating existing documents isn't the easiest. We had to walk thru the online training tools to refresh how we needed to update documents we had stored. I was nervous at first but the learning curve was much smaller than other systems I have worked on. Even with only working on it about 9 months I have really like and learned a lot. Pros It is hard to choose just one thing but I would say that how it is organized. Each of the tabs work very well together in a way that flows from one to the other and back. Cons It is somewhat rigid where the system does not let the user have as much control whereas on another system I worked on before I was able to override and change things which would make my job easier. It's a very well put together program and seems to have everything we need. I really don't hear anyone here complain about it. Pros The auto-save feature. The power went out the other day and I was right in the middle of doing a policy and didn't have to worry about loosing any of my work. Hand down the BEST thing ever!! Everything is so convenient -- from ordering title and revising the commitment to e-signing documents for closing! I appreciate that the Qualia team is always responsive and ready to help solve any problem as well. Thank you!! Pros I am a "list person" so the task list is my favorite feature. It eliminates the need for paper to-do lists for individual files and is great for providing a quick visual of what has been done. I like that our administrators created specific workflows for different types of purchases as a basis of what needs to be done, and I can customize those workflows to any necessary deviations in my file as well. This feature has definitely improved my processing experience. Cons I don't like that it isn't "non-user" friendly -- if an agent or lender doesn't like it or can't access it for whatever reason, it makes it more time consuming for us. You cannot drag an email straight into the system without saving it to the desktop first, and cannot add a document to an email without downloading it first. We previously used Ramquest and this was a feature that is really missed by me and my coworkers now. I also don't like that there isn't a way for me to log in from the client's perspective so I can walk them through whatever they aren't understanding. I get many calls saying they can't log in or don't understand what they're being asked, and all I can say is, "I'm not sure what you're seeing on your end, but this is what was sent on mine." As a law firm, we often tweak standard documents to meet the needs of our clients, and it is as simple as possible using Qualia. We also like the fact that they listen to us and try to integrate ideas that we have into the program. Pros We immediately saved at least 20 minutes per file in opening files. Getting around the various parts of the program is simple. Our office is substantially more productive since we started using Qualia. Cons My only real gripe is that because it is cloud based, they are constantly updating it. However, sometimes, an update to one part affects another part in unanticipated ways.
