### "The most flexible, customizable, efficient tool I've ever used"

February 8, 2026

5.0

I love love love this tool. The dashboards, the list views, the custom task types, everything you need to make the software work for you however you need.

Pros

I absolutely adore this software! The flexibility, the customizing, the millions of ways you can use this to serve your specific needs, it's a no brainer for me. The value you can create out of the minor expense far exceeds what you can do with other similar tools.

Cons

While super intuitive and easy to modify, there can be somewhat of a learning curve for those less technically savvy.

### "Powerful All in One Tool with a Learning Curve"

April 16, 2026

5.0

Overall, ClickUp is a good tool, but it can be hit or miss depending on how well it is set up. It is a powerful all in one tool for managing tasks, working on projects with others, coordinating teams automations processes and making plans. When set up correctly, it makes things a lot easier to find, work together, and get things done by keeping everything in one place. But at first it can be hard to handle because it has so many feature and set up workflows correctly. Some users may also notice that their computer runs slowly from time to time or that advanced customization and automation are little hard to understand

Pros

People like ClickUp because it puts tasks documents, chats and project tracking all in one place, so they don't need to use more than one tools. It very adaptable letting teams change workflows as needed and its collaboration tools make sure everyone is on the same page. People also like its reporting and make it easier to see how work is going. It is a great value of money compared to other similar tools and it help teams jeep all their work in one place.

Cons

Users don't like that ClickUp can be hard to use and overwhelming because it has so many feature and ways to customize it. It often has a learning curve, especially foe new users who just want something simple. others say that their performance isn't good, like when big projects take a long time to load. Sometimes, customer supports isn't set up right advanced feature like automation and setup can be hard to understand.

### "ClickUp: Clunky at Best"

October 15, 2025

2.0

Overall I was not very pleased with my experience. I used it for a while, but was frustrated with the interface and flow of tasks. It almost felt like more of a task to manage my tasks. My notes app could work better it many situations. I'm not a big proponent of this software.

Pros

ClickUp has some good features. Their dashboard is nice and pretty easy to navigate. The collaboration is high quality too. I'm able to communicate well with my supervisor on projects we have to accomplish on a timeline.

Cons

ClickUp is clunky at best. It's challenging to navigate and the process automations aren't intuitive or effective in my opinion. Managing many clients/locations of our business is challenging and the boards and timelines don't work easily. There was little to no support with set up and the customer service didn't seem to be the most responsive. Although it is fairly cheap, it shows in the quality. Value for money isn't worth it in my opinion. We switched to another project management software and have had much better success.

### "A great project/task management tool with some caveats..."

February 19, 2026

4.0

Overall, I think ClickUp is capable of doing a LOT for those managing small to large-scale projects with various team sizes. I'm currently working solo (no team), so I've moved away from ClickUp for a smaller, more simple project management tool to keep things simple and easy to manage. However, I would definitely go back to ClickUp if I needed a more sophisticated system. Even with my complaints, I do find it a pretty powerful tool when used at the proper scale for the business implementing it. I highly advise against trying to use every feature. I've found that using ONLY the features that best support your needs is a much more valuable and efficient way to use the system. I just wish their billing allowed more room for this.

Pros

Having used ClickUp for various projects with very small teams and for my own solo work, I've found it great at scaling to users needs. Whether you're working on a company-wide initiative or a solo project, you will have what you need to organize the work. I appreciate the automation features, although I sometimes felt limited when what I wanted to accomplish through automation wasn't available for me (I happen to be a person who appreciates a sandbox experience so I can really curate the automations I want).

Cons

Their billing tiers are incredibly convoluted. Even on a small team or as a solo worker, there were features I would've liked to have access to that were only available at the much higher tiers. It didn't make sense to me to pay so much more per person to unlock one or two features that would've been helpful for our use case. It seems the billing tiers assume that needed features scale predictably with the size of the company, but that's not always true. There are features that would be useful at any size. For example, their Enterprise tier (a tier you need to sign up for a custom demo for before you can see the pricing) is the only tier that you can get conditional logic on forms. That simply doesn't make sense to me. Granted, I don't know the pricing for that so it may not be THAT much more than Business (currently $12/mo/user at the time of this review); however, it seems like those features shouldn't be denied other lower-tier users. My point is, it seems the billing structure is designed to drive ALL users toward the Enterprise level. This can feel really frustrating as a user. Similarly frustrating was the frequent glitches of the software when using sophisticated automations. It seemed either the caching system or something had a very difficult time running automations in real time and needed time to accurately show the correct outputs for the specific automation. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me because it wasn't ALL the time, but it happened frequently enough that many times I had to ditch an automation all together because of this. Lastly, for those with super small teams or who work solo, it can feel very overwhelming with all of the bells and whistles it comes with. On the plus side, many things can be turned on and off for different workspaces, but if you don't know how to do that, it can feel overwhelming out of the box.

### "Easy to transition into ClickUp without similar experience"

May 17, 2026

5.0

I have had a really good experience since starting to use ClickUp in October 2025. I came from a role which had never used a system like this and after a few weeks it all felt very natural to use. I used customer support once and got an answer i was after straight away too.

Pros

I like how seamless it works between desktop, mobile and tablet. I also like how I can set tasks for people and have different views for field staff, invoicing etc. Depending on the view only suitable information is displayed without information overload.

Cons

That some of the ClickUp AI features aren't standard. I really liked the automatic notetaker which recorded and gave a summary of notes even when i wasn't active in the meeting. It would go on my behalf.

### "Easy-to-Use Project Management Tool with Powerful Features"

April 23, 2026

4.0

My experience with ClickUp has been very good. It has many useful features that make it easy to manage tasks, track projects, and work with a team. At first, it takes a little time to understand, but once you get used to it, it becomes simple to use. Features like task tracking, filters, and Ask AI are very helpful. Overall, it makes project management easier and more organized.

Pros

I like its simple design and project separation. Its filters make it easy to track any project efficiently. Integration with multiple software tools is straightforward and easy to understand. The Ask AI feature makes it very easy to modify and narrate content, and bug reporting and tracking are simple with a clean, user-friendly design. The alert system with calendar settings is also effective. Ask AI offers good value for money and helps teams collaborate more easily.

Cons

While ClickUp has many features, it can feel a bit confusing at first, especially for new users. The interface sometimes looks crowded because there are too many options. It can also become slow when working on large projects or many tasks at once. Some features and integrations take time to understand and use properly.

### "It has finally helped us to connect all the aspects of our marketing effort."

April 27, 2026

5.0

It turned out to be the backbone of our companies campaigning process. Automation of the process manages the repetitive handoffs among the team members and collaboration tools make projects move forward without necessarily having to check-in with team members to sustain the momentum.

Pros

The presence of campaign work, team work, calendar due dates and process automations all in a single location eliminated the coordination overhead that was silently consuming our real creative work each and every week.

Cons

The amount of features is twice as much during the initial stages. To bring our entire marketing team to a unified understanding of how to use it was more orderly than I had originally intended.

### "Project and billing workflow that makes a jewelry operation run on time."

April 26, 2026

5.0

ClickUp transformed my billing cycle management at Kilarys. The repetitive reminders are automated through process automation and the collaboration tools ensure that finance and operations are synchronized without the need to go back and forth all the time.

Pros

Being able to see my calendar across billing deadlines, team assignments in a single location allows me to no longer lose track of where things are mid-month without having to hunt everyone down to find out the status.

Cons

It has a lot of features, and it can be overwhelming at first. Honestly, it took us longer to get our finance team comfortable than the set up itself.

I love CU. I find it to be better than other softwares ive used and it also has so many used too. Worth every penny

Pros

I love the variety of things you can do on CU like taking notes, creating polls and questionnaires, managing employees

Cons

I don’t like how somethings that are changed on CU affect other things and it’s not very straightforward when you make those changes

### "Take control of your tasks!"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I use this everyday at work and it seems to keep me very organized. There is also a free version that works quite well.

Pros

I love the KanBan board. It’s so easy to use and track your tasks. It also allows you to be very detailed about the task and assign people to.

Cons

It works the best on a computer not so much on an iPad due to spacing on the screen. It’s sometimes hard to scroll down with a touch screen.

### "Good but needs improvement. "

January 29, 2026

4.0

Good but it can be a lot better. When you set up something well, it’s nice. But that takes a lot of doing to get right. Features that are half baked are letdowns.

Pros

I like how you can format things in more than one way. You can choose should something be a folder, or just a list for example, and have it make sense either way.

Cons

I think the pros are also the cons. It’s so flexible that you can get lost in the flexibility sometimes and build things the wrong way. The templates are lacking. There are features that exist but have terrible UX like the mind map and the whiteboard or whatever it’s called. Very hard to use.

Pros

Ease of use, simple to get started in, easy to keep of both small and big projects coordinated within the team as well as using it for content scheduling

### "Everyone should be on ClickUp"

February 8, 2026

5.0

The interface is so fast, light, and visually appealing. I love the all-in-one quality but I can never really adopt an all-in-one life because of needing to be on other tools.

Pros

It is so comprehensive. ClickUp does not get nearly enough credit for the sheer numbers of tools it provides all under one roof.

Cons

Unfortunately, I can't convince everyone else at my company to use ClickUp, so I end up having to also use Notion, Google Sheets, Linear, Slack.

### "ClickUp gets better every day and I LOVE IT!"

August 4, 2025

4.0

So far it's been the most robust and intuitive project manager. I like how it blends project management with onboarding and document management to avoid switching between apps like Google Drive and Harvest

Pros

Customer Support has been very helplful to ensure my certifications. As a recent project manager who migrated from TeamWork, I found their interface way more resourceful because I was able to store SOPs and onboarding processes to blend them which allowed me to also enable project collaboration between team members and thus, a leaner and more intuitive team collaboration approach to avoid cluttered manual processes and enable fasten process automations without much effort. The calendar is also highly intuitive which makes time slots and bookings much more efficient and the client management also faster when we want to onboard new clients. It's ease of use makes it so accessible that even casual users may find ClickUp the best work and personal life management optimal.

Cons

It can sometimes have too many features. I have to find a good reason on a personal level to use all these features.

### "Great All-in-One Project Management Tool"

December 12, 2025

4.0

We've used it to manage complex projects across multiple clients. Once setup it really helps to keep the entire team on track.

Pros

ClickUp's all in one workspace makes it a much more robust platform than something designed for less complex projects, like Trello. It makes collaborating with dispersed teams easy and enables us to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.

Cons

Because ClickUp is so feature rich, it has a bit more of a learning curve than some of the other options out there.

### "From Promising to a Complete Letdown"

June 30, 2025

1.0

At the beginning of this year, I acquired ClickUp licenses for my entire team. Everything seemed fine at first. The platform worked like it was supposed to, and I figured I made a solid choice. Then, three months ago, we were no longer able to use the “Notes” feature. Every time we clicked it, we received a prompt stating that we needed to upgrade to the Business Plan. That’s $19 per license instead of the $10 we were already paying. No heads-up, no explanation—just locked out. Naturally, I contacted support. They said they’d “look into it” and get back to me. They never did—radio silence. Fast forward a few weeks, and someone from ClickUp asked how happy I was with the product. I told them the truth: I was frustrated and disappointed. They said, “We’ll fix it.” Nothing got fixed. Then someone else from their team followed up, claiming the issue was resolved. It wasn’t. I replied again, let them know. Still broken. And just when I thought I’d seen it all, someone from support reached out today with this confusing explanation: apparently, for workspaces created before June 11, there's a “legacy paywall” that only allows 100 uses of some advanced time-tracking features—even on the Unlimited Plan. Whatever that’s supposed to mean. Feels like they’re just making up rules as they go. Here’s the kicker: I manage a bunch of tools for my team—tons of licenses from different companies. And out of all of them, ClickUp is the only one that’s ever pulled this kind of nonsense. Confusing policies, no communication, and a total lack of accountability. That’s it for me—I’m walking away.

Pros

\- Good project feature for marketing projects - Easy to organize the projects - Intuitive dashboard and usability

Cons

\- Hard to figure out the workload on each team member - Lack of transparency - Downgrade features that you had before

### "A Powerful Tool If You’re Ready to Dive In Fully"

December 5, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with ClickUp was that it’s a really powerful and flexible tool once you get the hang of it. It’s easy to start off with for basic tasks and setting up your week, and you can get a good flavour of it with the free version. That said, it does have a bit of a learning curve because it offers so many features. And like many users have noted, you really get the most out of it if you decide to go all in and integrate it fully into your processes. The free version is more of a starting point, and you’ll eventually need to commit if you want to unlock its full potential. So in summary, it’s a strong tool if you’re ready to embrace it fully.

Pros

I found ClickUp really intuitive and easy to use for all the basics. It made collaborating with my team simple, allowing us to assign and manage tasks seamlessly. I also appreciated its AI features, which added a nice boost to handling tasks. Overall, its strength in task and project management stood out and made the whole experience really effective.

Cons

While ClickUp was easy to set up for the basics, its wide range of features could feel a bit overwhelming. In other words, its strength was also a bit of a weakness, because there were so many layers that it took some time to really get to grips with how everything worked. Another downside was running into paywalls fairly quickly. You’d see what you wanted to do, but then you’d hit an upgrade prompt, which could be a bit limiting.

### "Click Up Review"

December 9, 2025

5.0

We needed a tool that could help track and manage daily work and projects. We needed something exactly like Click Up where if you are collaborating on a project, you can assign tasks, a due date, can track how far the task is and can attach files as well. You also have the ability to customise Click Up to your liking, which was a winner for us. I also love the fact that you can create workspaces, sub-tasks and with the notetaker, it makes it easier to get minutes from meetings that you can easily access and you have all the action items from meetings and can easily convert them to tasks that you can track. ClickUp is an awesome tool and I love using it

Pros

Click Up has made life easier for my team as we can collaborate remotely and always be in sync. It’s very easy to manage projects, assign roles and tasks and makes it easier to track these. It’s very easy to customise and user friendly and with the new Notetaker feature, it just makes Click Up more desirable as a tool for managing daily work and projects

Cons

There is nothing I do not like about Click Up so far. It does everything we wanted it to do and has improved efficiency in our team and made collaboration way easier

### "Planning our guest services and maintenance."

January 22, 2026

5.0

Working in the tourism business, there is always a necessity to balance between guest requirements and management of facilities. I rely on this platform in order to centralize our operations. It is unbelievable in terms of its value to money as it offers the replacement of several other apps but the learning curve of temporary employees is high.

Pros

The calendar is an essential tool in planning the schedule of our booking with the maintenance issues, which makes sure that we do not book the same property twice when they are under repairs, which is very important to us.

Cons

Just the presence of too many features puzzles my part-time employees who only require easy-to-use rosters. Customer care is not very responsive to syncing problems.

### "ClickUP's Great for small Projects"

February 27, 2026

4.0

Have been using for a couple of years for small projects with group members. For larger projects with many members ClickUp doesn't seem to be the best fit.

Pros

It provides highly flexible ways to visualize output. Uses AI very well to generate superior output with no coding required. It's available for free with sufficient features to satisfy the vast majority of users.

Cons

Feature set is so rich it can be overwhelming to a new user. For some projects the App's performance can get very sluggish. If the standard free features aren't sufficient, required ad-dons can be rather expensive.
