Find the user experience setting up events to be a bit clunky

ON24 has transformed our webinar program to be more interactive with our customers and increase their overall engagement.

Pros

Our company has been using the ON24 software for two years now and have been thrilled with the ease of use of their platform. I love being able to customize our console experience for our customers and be able to link to relevant content, host quizzes, and run videos. It comes across as very polished and impressive compared to other webinar platforms.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that we have been unhappy with using the ON24 software!

The branding features and integration with SalesForce makes ON24 fairly valuable as a webinar platform for marketers.

Cons

At this point, Zoom and Cvent have started to catch up in terms of branding and integration capabilities, which makes ON24 feel more cumbersome than the price point is worth.

Overall, On24 gets the job done and the platform is easy to use.

Pros

The platform is easy to use and I love that event pages update in seconds when changes need to be made. What's most important is the level of data I'm able to extract on attendees. We really get the full picture of how engaged each attendee is.

Cons

The live viewing of a webinar is never smooth for all attendees. I always receive at least one message during a webinar asking for help because the attendee can't hear or isn't seeing the slides advance. As a producer, I've also experienced the slides not advancing in the presentation manager when a presenter has advanced them.

Pros

We've run over 50 webinars on this software, and haven't had any problems when going live. Any issues with downloading the recording is also quickly resolved by the customer service team which is great.

Cons

It can be quite fiddly to set everything up right and design things how you want them to look.

A lot of customers have issues with visuals or audio when it comes to watching our webinars on ON24.

I like the Q&A and Survey features the most. It's also fairly easy to use.

Cons

It's difficult to get used to having to download the screen share app and ask viewers to click the red button since in a lot of other programs it's automatic.

Cons

Customer success does not seem to be priority. Day of the event we were riddled with technical issues. I would not recommend ON24 to anyone.

I've used this a couple of times for webinars so I dont have a lot of experience with it. It has multiple screens making the video screen smaller than I'd like and it's not the most user friendly. Perhaps it's my inexperience but other webinar software is much better.

Pros

The software has a lot of features and doesnt require a download to work. There are multiple screens for different uses.

Cons

The software is busy and not very user friendly. On my laptop, I have to scroll to the right to see the video, which puts the screens for chatting off screen. There are a lot of icons at the bottom. It's just a lot going on when all I want to do is see a webinar.

Overall our experience with ON24 has been good. We have had few issues with the technology itself - most of our issues have been related to various end users trying to learn a new platform and not using it regularly.

Pros

it is fairly simple to learn out to set up and host a webinar

Cons

inability to delete previous webinars without engaging someone on the backend. Also, inability to easily set up a view of webinars planned / previously held by different businesses units within our organization

Cons

I can not think of anything that I have issues with. I did with the uploading of multi users at one time but this was corrected some time ago.

Easy tool for creating webinars for our marketing department

Pros

As a marketer, the best feature was the ability to record a webinar slideby slide, i.e. not as an entire take but be able to re-record individual slides and then slice it all together. Huge time saver and better quality webinars. Much easier for speakrers too because they dont have the pressure of messing it up in the middle and having to start from the beginning

Cons

The price is the biggest con compared to other solutions like Zoom or GotoWebinar, but the features are just as good if not better.

Overall, it is a good experience with ON24. The client support team is very good that they can help to resolve the problem very quickly. The platform is also every easy to use.

Pros

I like that we can record the webinar first and then broadcast. The even better thing is that the recorded webinar can be rolled into the live Q&A session.

Cons

The salesforce-ON24 integration is not stable enough that sometimes the attendee status is not updated in salesforce.

Compared to other webinar platforms I've used the past, ON24 is so easy to use and is easy to explain to guest presenters and speakers. The interface is modern and professional. There's never been any issues recording our webinars or with audio or video quality.

Cons

In the past, we've had some trouble getting a hold of an ON24 representative to help with some last minute issues, but it worked out in the end.

Can now offer our web seminars on mobile platforms.

Pros

The web seminar console is clean and professional looking, easy to customize. Participants can access the web seminar on all kinds of devices, especially mobile, which our previous vendor did not. Fabulous customer service / support team -- extremely responsive.

Cons

For participants whose networks block the audio stream, the cost of providing access to On24's audio bridge is exorbitant. We need to find a work-around.

Its very easy to use and its intuitive. Also, they made easier to archive webinars using Webcast Elite

Cons

In the Q&A section, the questions that are coming in through the Presentation Manager console is not numbered.
