### "On24 is a great Webinar Tool"

We use On24 as our primary webinar service. You can easily upload your presentation prior to the webinar, which should help mitigate potential issues, and it's tiles & modules are easy to navigate & use. It has great interactivity with polls, chats & questions.

Pros

On24 makes webinars easy. I love that it includes interactivity with polls & is easy to setup, save & run prior to the webinar.

Cons

I wish it was live instead of 10-second delay. When you're doing live questions, that can be troublesome.

I'd say it's very powerfull wut should try to easy it's UX and overwall functionment

Pros

It's a very complete tool, with several cool featurelike polls, etc.

Cons

It's a nightmare to configure, to use everyday, and it can generate a lot of additional stress when organizing a webinar.

Pros

What I like most abut this software is that it can withstand over 1,000 users in a meeting without the system crashing, unike WebEx. The interface is much more user friendly as well. It's more engaging and interactive.

Cons

What I like least about this software is that there are sometimes freezing and buffering issues but that goes with every software system. I don't find this issue to happen very often.

Great customer service but again, I definitely don't consistently get good data in return.

Pros

The platform is VERY easy to use with many different options for how to either acquire new data or fill in the blanks where you need more data. Also, their support is excellent!

Cons

The only downside is that I haven't always gotten the most accurate data from the system. It's hit or miss.

Overall, it's a fine experience. The customer support is quick and helpful.

Pros

For the most part, this software is straightforward in how to use it.

Cons

In my experience, uploading with specific fonts has been a challenge. We have confirmed the fonts used have been added to the deck and are properly uploaded, but when I have tried uploading my own presentations I will get a very generic error message that I know has to do with the fonts.

Pros

We run about 5-10 webinars a month and the platform is very easy to set up and manage. The reporting is very straightforward and the follow-up is easy. It's integrated with other platforms and has become one of our main tactics to communicate, update and educate our audiences.

Cons

I'm not fully aware of how support works, and wish there was someone that can be easily reached since I'm still new to the platform.

It has been good aside from a glitch where people have issue accessing our old Webinars.

Pros

Ease of use, customizations for branding.

Cons

Don't have integrated email invite system, Gateway should be included with Webinar services with current cost.

\-Rotating points of contact is confusing. Who do I call for what? -When an event failed because of an On24 error, the team really stepped up and owned it with our client. -On24's annual contract requirements (use it or lose it) is becoming a deal-breaker for customers

Not much really. We try to steer clients away whenever possible

Cons

\-It's old and dated (Flash? Seriously?) -Ridiculously expensive, especially if you want to stream video

Pros

This is a great webinar software platform. We needed to be able to tell who was consuming our webinar content during both a live and recorded webinar. On24 does that. Also, we love that people viewing a webinar recording can interact with Q/A and we get notified when it happens.

Cons

There isn't a great way to interact with guests aside from paying for a phone bridge.

I love how much user data we can capture! It is amazing to see how much information I can provide my sales reps.

Cons

Very difficult to get videos uploaded and added to the console because of the video size requirements.

Pros

The ease of use of the setup, quality of audio/recording, console design and integration with Marketo are my top reasons to recommend ON24.

Cons

While the integration with Marketo is good, there are aspects that could be better in regards to scoring.

It's a dynamic platform that allows for many features. Sometimes there's issues but most of the time it works well.

Pros

You can see the presenters and the slides You can upload lots of additional resources to the platform Multiple forms of interaction with the audience On-demand interaction is really cool The links for presenters and audience members don't change Hosted in the cloud, so not as dependent on the presenter's internet quality

Cons

Videos don't work for the audience sometimes Sometimes audio cuts out for the audience Echo problems happen sometimes No notification when new message in the group chat Sometimes the producer does not see the time and slide deck progress during webinar Sometimes it feels like the help chat isn't super helpful

Good for top-of-funnel events, servicing existing clients across geographies.

Pros

Customizability, modern look and feel. Solid UX from a producer, presenter and attendee point of view

Cons

No option to make French timed transcription a default. Analytics across multiple events not as comprehensive as I would like. Would be good to have further customization on registration page (placement of elements, etc)

Great people. Rep was very responsive to any questions we had, and I never had issues with the tech support we got on the live webinars. Using the tech stack was the hardest. It has a little bit of a steep learning curve, and there's things I wanted to customize that I could not.

Pros

The presentation manager. Easy to use and reconfigure, especially uploading content and creating polls.

Cons

The audience portal lacks finesse and is not immediately intuitive. Also, the fact that it is still built on flash causes me to lose almost a third of my webinar audience for the first 10 minutes to just trying to get the thing to work right in their browser.

Fine. But there are issues. Can't "preview" without publishing. Shouldn't even be an option in the PXD.

Pros

Fairly easy for the presenters to record.

Cons

Very problematic. Can't stop recording, like a normal recording device, and restart at that location in a slide, or can't just re-record over a portion of the slide. You have to do the entire thing over again. Annoying. If a presenter hits the stop record button at the moment they quit talking, the system will very likely cut off the last word, or two, or a portion of them.
