December 5, 2019 5.0 I would definitely recommend ON24 for any company delivering webinars online especially for lead generation purposes. Pros It is so easy to manage webinars with ON24. The support staff is really excellent. It's easy to build compelling webinars. Cons It's a bit challenging to manage webinars with multiple participants in multiple locations. It still works, but could be better. As an events company, we need to provide quality and seamless events for our attendees and ON24 helps us accomplish that. Pros The ON24 platform is very user friendly. We run quite a few webinars in a month and the setup for each is quick and simple. The webinars themselves run smoothly every time! Cons Because it is so simple, we have run into a few limitations with the platform. In some cases we will have requests from our clients to include a feature on the console that is just not available. Review Source AD Amy D. We like the product but hate the customer service. I would say 1 in 10 people we work with are good. The response is slow, or not helpful in nearly all cases (webinars, virtual summits etc). We are self service, which obviously has limited interaction with you and I think it shows that you dont value self service programs. Pros It is a straightforward, easy to use product for our audience and our speakers. We like it mostly because it is simple. We also like the metrics/reporting features. I think there are small improvements possible, but overall been seamless so far. Pros Easy to use and gets the job done. I have never had a problem. Cons Sometimes the back end is confusing during the actual webinar. The flexibility allows us to record the webinar at different times and still give the audience a seamless experience! Great features and customer support was pretty available. Pros I really enjoyed some of the features such as being able to record in advance, by slide, and it would just run at the intended time. You could have partial recorded and roll over to live webinar as well. If used, you can also set up the q&a widget to email questions to you if a user was watching on demand. Cons The cost. Since we were not utilizing it to its fullest capacity the cost was too prohibitive to continue. Pros Intuitive; easy to use. I'm happy that I can evaluate the user's experience. I wish there was a way to test and evaluate in one widget. That would be a great improvement! Cons In almost all my events, I serve up a certificate of completion to participants who meet pre-determined requirements. Though I've asked for the certificate to be automatically emailed to those who met requirements, the system isn't programmed to do this. It would be very helpful! Review Source Alaina M. Pros On24 is one of the oldest players in the Webinar arena. It was the first offering a fully interactive space for share slides, polls, videos, etc. The concept was revolutionary when it was introduced. Cons In this time, the best apps for events are HTML5 based. But if you want a really HTML5 tool you have to design it from the roots. ON24 is adapting to the times but is not a HTML5 native tool. They also have a fantastic user community with lots of great tips and best practices for improving webinar programs. We like the reports feature, the analytics, and the ease of use. Pros We like that our users can register for events in the platform and receive email reminders. Cons Probably that there's no way to save a webinar onto my PC. I accidentally saved over a webinar once, before it was published and it was lost forever. We had to re-create the whole webinar.
