Pros how easy it is to record webinars the ability to filter questions how easy the presentation side is how clean the audience view is Cons just a few things are different than other webinar platforms so it takes some time to get used to. Like you cannot have an embedded video in your presentation, it needs to be added separately. The tool is so versatile that we have used it to promote videos, webinars, demos, etc. Pros On24 is extremely easy to use and can be easily optimized for different purposes. Once you've done one webinar you feel like a pro and want to continue learning about more features to add to your presentation. In addition to the ease of use and capabilities, On24 counts with a comprehensive and easy to understand tutorial for almost every topic. Their customer support is definitely a strong asset. Cons I have not encountered any issues wit the software, yet. Cons The software has a steep learning curve and isn't intuitive to navigate for a beginning user. Reasonably good support for onboarding. Solid reliability, had very little technical issues during live events. Plays nice with other marketing software apps. Output of video is reasonably good. Definitely a good investment for someone that wants a Cadillac to host webinars. Pros Simulive options allow for easy repurposing recorded webinars and their seamless integration with Marketo. Cons Steeper learning curve for colleagues not familiar with webinar platforms. The time limitations for updating decks several hours before webinar live event date can be frustrating. My Presenters can be given a link to practice in advance of the Dry Run which results in time savings on my end. And the customer experience for our audience is the best we have had. Cons I wish the automatic reminders could also be sent to the Presenters and Producers. Pros ON24 has been a terrific webcast tool. The streaming audio is always of high quality. It's easy to access video clips during a presentation. And folks can access the webcasts from a smartphone, tablet, or computer terminal/laptop. Cons Sending messages to attendees as a group is clunky, and Q&A too. Our team has attended Webinar World and has had a great experience with the team who support us. We really like creating webinars and understanding our analytics in a simple and straighforward way. Pros ON24 has great features to customize the webinar console, use video, and create audience engagement. They provide good support and education and have continually enhanced their product to extend features and functionality that have helped us improve the webinars we offer. Cons ON24 has out performed the other platforms we have used and we are happy with the product. There have been a few simple limitations with simulive features that we came across, but have not had it be a barrier for usage. It's easy to set up and schedule webinars, email reminders and post-event follow up. We can easily integration with our marketing automation platform to manage the registration on our own site/landing pages Cons There have been issues in the past with the quality and reliability of screenshare functionality which is a major area of functionality for us as a lot of our webinars are demo-led. However, On24 have taken various steps to improve this. The options for editing webinar recordinds are somewhat limited and it can often take a long time to export these files. It has so many more features and functionality than our previous tool, that I think the user experience will be far greater for our virtual attendees. I love the level of customization we have on the console builder, so it really looks like a branded event vs a standard webinar platform. Pros ON24 has several different modules you can implement, but my company has added the webinar elite. We were using ReadyTalk previously and felt it was a bit limited in functionality. ON24 allows us to have multiple presenters sharing video & slides. We can host content for attendees to access directly in the platform as well as interact in a group chat feature to promote collaboration and networking in a virtual setting. You can also poll the audience, push a survey, certification and so much more. Couldn't be happier with this tool and ability to customize the entire look and feel with our brand. Cons It is an expensive tool, but I think it is worth the money compared to other platforms on the market. I would love to have implemented other modules, but due to limited budget, I have to hold off for now. Also, I the registration is a bit manual at the moment while we finalize our marketo integration, but I think that will be temporary. I currently have to upload a list of people who registered from our landing page into the ON24 platform. The webinars I have conducted have always run very smoothly and I have had great feedback from audience members on the viewer experience. As a company we have just signed up for our 2nd annual sponsorship given the success of last year. I would recommend ON24 to any company seeking a webinar platform provider. Pros The software is efficient, reliable and relatively easy to use. It enables all speakers to dial in from different locations. Cons Sometimes a select few audience members struggle to dial in. If they join the webinar a few minutes early, the waiting page doesn't refresh when the webinar actually starts so they miss the first few minutes and have to automatically refresh their browser to launch the live webinar. The ability to issue certificates of attendance was great. Cons If you expect people to come back to your webinars regularly there are not many features to engage them across sessions. They have been very pleased with the results of their webinars and appreciate the result reports that I pull from the system. Pros I like that's easy to use and configure your webinars. Cons The only thing that we have received complaints on is that there is no phone line so all questions must be submitted via the Q&A tab and there is no verbal communication. Pros ability to prerecord a webinar and setup multiple events to play it back automatically, on time, no human intervention from me needed. Cons share screen - medium quality from the end user side. no pointer, or pen to highlight parts of the presentation on screen for the user. quality of the voice via bridge could improve. creating chapters sometimes points to the wrong timestamp. uploading slides with animation - not supporting all PowerPoint animations - get's stuck sometimes.
