All the documents were kept safe and synchronized and everyone find it very easy to find any documents or data from the software. Digify also helped us in sharing any large files with the client or employees without any trouble. Pros There are some pros of this software. 1. The software is very user-friendly and can be used by anyone without facing any issues. 2. The software is very customizable and can be very easily use for performing any task related to documents and files sharing. 3. The documents are very safe and secure in digify and it also allows users to put restrictions on uploaded files and customize it to specific viewer. 4. The platform is very highly secure and safe for any type of documents and files and data. 5. The nest thing about the software is that there are free version of the software in market for those users who are satisfied with less features and does not want to invest in software. 6. The Customer service of the software is also up-to the mark and does not fail in providing any type of assistance. Cons There are very few cons of this software according to me. 1. The software paid version is very expensive and they also does not provide any annual or one time subscriptions. 2. Though the files and data are very much secure and safe but there is not restrictions from taking the screenshots of the documents . 3. Users always have to sign in with user id password for accessing the documents whether they login in short or long time period and the administration level control is minimum. It's crucial to the success of my business model that the information I share isn't distributed beyond the people who pay for it. Digify allows me to specify who gets access to my newsletters, how long the content is visible to them, and it provides me with a number of other optional built-in safeguards that all but eliminate the option of my information being shared beyond my subscribers. Pros Digify is highly intuitive. It allows me to quickly and easily put restrictions on the documents I want to share so that only the people I send them to have access. The couple of times I've needed customer service assistance the staff have been terrific. Cons The app doesn't yet have all the usability that is on offer when people read documents shared via Digify in their browser. I would also appreciate the ability to set hyperlinks in my documents to open automatically in a new tab. We looked at various products and found Digify to be the best. The Digify team worked with us on various tweaks that we requested - they are outstanding in every way. Pros We use this as as our internal bulletin board, and post company to our teams knowing that the data won't be copied, downloaded, shared, or posted online. It is secure and great. Cons None, this is a great product and while it needed minor tweaks the Digify team did those for us in real time. It has the granular permissions, user reports needed, it's easy to set up individual VDRs, export and delete them. Cons The only one thing I find a bit clunky with Digify is how you reorganise files within the data room, rather than drag and drop you need to use a menu item to do this, it's not bad but just isn't instinctive Review Source GB Graham B. While it isn't cheap it is better value than many other Data room packages. Pros Its easy to use and reasonably priced. Im use it for Data Rooms for my start-up clients. They need something that is functional and with some simple reporting ability so I can let them know who is accessing and for how long. Setup takes no time at all and it has most of the controls and analytics needed. Cons Some reports (Analytics Overview) can't be downloaded - ideally I'd like to have this as a PDF to use for reporting - so I have to screenshot it which is not as good in a report. We are able to share sensitive financial information with CPAs, share proprietary information, and appreciated the opportunity to work with a Digify on-boarding specialist. Pros We send a lot of proprietary information to prospective investor clients which cannot be allowed out of our hands. With the Digify restrictions, we can limit time viewed, access, forwarding, printing, downloading, and even make it difficult to screenshot the pages. The setup was straightforward and we use the Data rooms pretty heavily. Cons The setup for each link and who gets what is a little cumbersome, but I don't know how they would improve it as--if you're using this software--you need to specify who and what has an opportunity to see/download/print your shared information. I would like to see a way to set up a rule for information being sent under a set of circumstances that can be uniformly applied to new recipients. Review Source WK William K. Pros We love that we can provide our prospective and active portfolio company with secure data rooms and also that we easily can use Digify to send confidential presentations with preset timeouts. In venture capital, we need to supply a lot of confidential information to prospective limited partners and in fundraising, many prospects fall through. Digify creates a simple way to give and to revoke access to individual documents as needed. Cons We like most of it. Cons A somewhat lower cost would help us - especially for companies that are non-US based where IT budgets are hard to justify to management. Reason for choosing Digify Much higher initial cost; might be reasonable if we had a much larger set of documents to protect. For smaller environments like ours I would recommend Digify. Truly disruptive to the old stodgy world of data room solutions. Pros Drop dead easy to setup, implement and use. Amazingly simple to invite users to rooms, folders or even file level. Price is based on administrators, not data rooms or the amount of content you store. Also really like the various levels of security you can assign to each file and how intuitive that is. Cons Some limitations on organization of content, but after submitting suggestions to Digify, they promptly made enhancements to address the shortcomings and continue to listen to customer feedback and make upgrades at a fast pace. The ability to send students Digify links for their exams which terminate at a set time is invaluable.
