Pros It is reliable - it just works. It is initiative and the learning curve was not super steep. It is flexible - It has been able to handle all of the tasks I've thrown at it. It is clever - it is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into this service - it ticks all of the boxes. When I can't figure something out, the support staff are very responsive and helpful. It is an integral part of our automation toolset, and is saving time and money. Cons Now that's a hard question - nothing comes to mind. Easy to set up and we connected it through Zapier to other tools we're using and everything worked seamlessly (with the AI parsing at least) Cons The manual parsing didn't work so well for us, but the AI parsing worked perfectly. Also, we have a very small use case and there was not the perfect pricing tier for our very tiny need in volume. Parseur has impressed me as a great tool to meet that challenge. Pros I am impressed with the detail that I am able to instruct Parseur to extract and the ability to format the data extracted to my standard. Cons You are asking me this question too early. I would like six more months of experience with the product before I answer. Preliminarily, I would love the ability to receive from Parseur a zip+4 code for addresses extracted. Its time-saving is absolutely worth it. Pros I was skeptical that it could actually do decent OCR, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It's incredibly capable and saved me a ton of time with data input. The ability to also instruct the AI is critical in how much I enjoyed using it. I think that's what Parseur has above Cons For an individual, the price is a little steep. It would also be nice to be able to buy one-off credits to finish up a project that might be above your monthly page count. Project Manager Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Perfect tool to extract Utility bill data on a massive scale!" October 21, 2025 5.0 Easy that's 10/10. I searched google for "AI tool to extract data from over 5,000 PDF of electrical bills and put in to an excel file". I was given 3 options. I viewed all of them. Parseur was priced right and fit my description perfectly. Pros I was able to try out the software using their "free" plan to see if it would even work for me, before I ended up uploading over 5,700 PDFs of electrical bills. Even better was that each PDF was 3 pages each, but there is a setting that I was able to use that would only scan the 1st page. The data collected was neatly organized in an excel file. There was a minor hiccup in how the data was being displayed, but a quick online chat with one of there techs was able to resolve the issue (which was due to user error). Looks like their program can extract and analyze a lot, but for me I got everything I needed out of it. Can't go wrong with their pricing too! Cons With any AI product, it requires some general understanding of how you need to word the instructions. I would be nice if there was a guided tutorial once you signed up. Granted, it is a bit pricier than the other options but ROI is worth it based on the amount of time I've saved so far and my ROI would have been even better had I just found it sooner. Hopefully, this review allows other startups and entrepreneurs to find Parseur quicker than I did! Pros The fact that it was able to automatically parse my lead emails and my commission statements. No other platform has done this so accurately or as easily before. Cons A little elbow grease and support contact was needed to get my commission statements parsed, but they responded quickly and effectively resolved the issue. Pricing is also good, as the service works most of the time. Definitely a better option than the Zoho mail parser, or the Zapier mail parser. I also compared it to Mailparser, but I think Parseur is much simpler to use. Pros Easy of use with good UI and Template creation process is pretty easy, client support is also very quick. Cons Features are a bit weak, but hopefuly they will upgrade it soon. We can parse any HTML email, then send it to a number of different sources to use the data. We use Zapier almost exclusively and the built in functionality with Parseur makes it effortless to integrate. I’ve tried dozens of AI model document parsing programs and so far this is the best one I’ve seen by far. Pros I love how intuitive the AI model is and how well it is understanding what I’m looking to do. It even read handwritten checks and parsed them as line items. Cons The document to template to sample to etc process is a bit confusing. You have to upload a doc, process it, then create a template. But then that removes the ability to download the data from that doc which means you have to upload another doc which uses credits. And the AI is different than the template which has to be enabled or disabled if you’re wanting to use the Fields model.
