Easy to set up and we connected it through Zapier to other tools we're using and everything worked seamlessly (with the AI parsing at least) Cons The manual parsing didn't work so well for us, but the AI parsing worked perfectly. Also, we have a very small use case and there was not the perfect pricing tier for our very tiny need in volume. Parseur has impressed me as a great tool to meet that challenge. Pros I am impressed with the detail that I am able to instruct Parseur to extract and the ability to format the data extracted to my standard. Cons You are asking me this question too early. I would like six more months of experience with the product before I answer. Preliminarily, I would love the ability to receive from Parseur a zip+4 code for addresses extracted. Also the data format once extracted is very easy. Cons It is slightly difficult to determine if Parseur fits my needs with the limited free trial. Seamless experience from initial signup on the free plan to purchasing a subscription. Pros Easy to use, intuitive platform, quick customer service responses. Had a minor issue based on my own misunderstanding that was resolved quickly Cons Needed a little help to setup at beginning which caused me to burn the initial 20 credits. I searched google for "AI tool to extract data from over 5,000 PDF of electrical bills and put in to an excel file". I was given 3 options. I viewed all of them. Parseur was priced right and fit my description perfectly. Pros I was able to try out the software using their "free" plan to see if it would even work for me, before I ended up uploading over 5,700 PDFs of electrical bills. Even better was that each PDF was 3 pages each, but there is a setting that I was able to use that would only scan the 1st page. The data collected was neatly organized in an excel file. There was a minor hiccup in how the data was being displayed, but a quick online chat with one of there techs was able to resolve the issue (which was due to user error). Looks like their program can extract and analyze a lot, but for me I got everything I needed out of it. Can't go wrong with their pricing too! Cons With any AI product, it requires some general understanding of how you need to word the instructions. I would be nice if there was a guided tutorial once you signed up. The versatility of the document reader and OCR technology is like I have never seen before. Pros Parsuer is amazing. It managed to process my racing pigeon pedigrees data which saved me tens of hours of manual inputting! Cons It takes a little time to get your head around how it works, but once you have figured it out, it's a breeze! The website is very polished and allows you to automatically extract data into an excel file which cuts down time. I also liked how the free plan is available to try out the software. Cons It seems less trainable than competitior softwares where it relies more on AI than allowing you to make a custom software.
