Auf allen Ebenen können den Nutzern schnell hilfreiche Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Pros Der größte Vorteil der Software ist die Vielseitigkeit in Verbindung mit einer einfachen Bedienung. Für jedes Problem im Bereich der Instandhaltungsplanung gibt es eine Funktion. Cons Die Einrichtung de Software ist aufwendig. Das ist aber kein Nachteil von MaintMaster, sondern von jedem Instandhaltungstool. WIthout rating I would say most important is to have Maintmaster support in cost control, finding areas to approve reliability, securing that inspections are done in time. Pros Quite easy to setup and adapt to your needs. Mostly easy to use export-import feature. Cons Very annoying with the limitations on one time zone and one currency. Although the system is very agile there are some limitations stopping Maintmaster from being the perfect tool. It's somewhat complicated to configure users and groups of users with permissions, roles, groups, category and top site objects. And even though there are so many different "boxes" a user needs to belong to it's not possible to belong to more than one which limits the flexibility a lot! Another strange thing is that Maintmaster can handle documents but it can't handle pdf-files which must be the most common document these days when it comes to sharing information. Five stars for adding this feature!The mobile app is very easy to use but the startpage should be configurable.
