I'd avoid and go with something better. Pros Used to be good, it was affordable, easy to use, integrated kind of okay with everything. Cons Sometimes conditional logic will just disappear - Support will say you deleted the fields (even if you didn't), and then they'll tell you your account password should be changed to prevent this - and basically they just won't take accountability for actual bugs in their software. It’s a very handy tool to create forms that you would look professional and work smoothly. Pros I love that Jotform enables users to build custom forms via drag-and-drop functionality. I used it to create a registration form for a webinar, so the conditional logic option allowed for a seamless experience for those attending. It’s easy to set up and it’s easy for my customers to use. Pros I like that I can integrate my SquareUp Account with it and get appointments booked and products ordered. Having the templates are especially nice too. Cons I don’t like that you have to kinda know how to code to change the colors of some of the text in certain fields. Pros It's super easy to put together a form or survey, and if needed for something on a smaller scale, it is at no cost! I use them for many different things, but mainly I use it in a way that my team accesses a form that they must submit to me daily for any items that I must be attentive to immediately. Cons The free plan is somewhat limited in what you can submit and store and sometimes you have to do an extra bit of tweaking to the form layout to get it to look well on mobile. This has solved SO MANY PROBLEMS in our club that we don't ever want to go back. Pros We can take payments and submission data all in one. It is easy to use and gives you the options to hide questions if marked "no" etc. so that part of the from is not required to be completed if it's not applicable. We have LOVED using JotForm Cons The non-profit pricing is not 50% it's "up to 50%". We can't afford to upgrade from the starter plan right now, but we are hoping to do it in the future.
