They make integrating with all of your software super easy, especially with the use of Zapier. Pros Jotform is super easy to use. It’s intuitive and has so many customizable options for any type of form you need to create, Cons Jotform was a bit pricey compared to similar offerings. My only concern would be as other products start to offer form capabilities will it be required in the next couple of years. Pros The value of the bottom tier is great. This is easy to use customizing your forms. Has nearly all options that you can thing of and collects data and transfers it to you sufficiently. Cons Once you go above the bottom tier in pricing, it just seems to get a little out of hand for what it is offering vs what other similar programs offer. I love having everything accessible from my phone. Pros I enjoy this Jotform’s versatility. It can be used for surveys, sign ups, registrations. I enjoy the template library, although I have never used a template as it does give a great starting point for me to customize it for my needs. I’ve used a form for multiple organizations that I volunteer with. Cons Sometimes it’s a little finicky on getting what I need to see in the email notification correct. I wish I was an easy way to just download emails only from my forms. In the app version sometimes it alerts me that I have new submissions, but they are not new. I’ve already looked at them. Also there's lots of integration options like uploading your form output into a Google Sheet, which makes it possible to analyse data much more freely. Also the App Builder is a great addition. Cons The App Builder still feels kind of "beta" - it's missing a lot of options that you have with the Form Builder although it feels like these options should also be there. I found it helpful that the site guides you along as you are building your form and offers several options to create each type of question.
