Pros Easy to use tool with fair pricing, and convenient for me as a small business owner since I can scale it based on my needs. There are lots of form customizations and integrations for the price, as well as some new AI agent features which seem cool. Cons Limited free trial, but realistically that's only fair! I have had multiple demos of Jotform. I learned about Jotform from obre og my clients who were already using it. Honestly the first time I saw it was years ago and I had immediately thought “Maybe I can build something better” but at the end of the day I don’t want to fall into a bad practice trap and would rather go with a matured tool Pros I like how I can use Jotform for Salesforce for my clients. I am able to suggest them Jotform for their marketing team to better handle Lead gen using customisable options. Most of the clients who meed Lead Gen ask me to create customised components but I can only do so much on my own. At the end of the day I would rather rely on a well built tool with matured features Cons Hmm. This is a tough one. January 25, 2026 4.0 Jotform has reduced quite a few manual steps in our processes. We've had clients use stripe, but want to make sure T&C's are acknowledged and signed but it was very difficult to enforce with programs like panda doc - so being able to automate purchase to signature of important documents was helpful. Pros Jotform is super easy friendly and a great platform to use for assessments, quizzes, or even simple questionnaires. It's helped us in terms of basic data management for clients, and also in-depth segmentation based on responses. We use it so frequently and has many applications available. Pros Jotform is user friendly so all of our staff can use it. It has great functions where you can set minimum response lengths to form questions, have multiple locations in which the form will be auto-sent and has privacy options as well. We use it for legal waivers and enrollment forms and works great for both. Cons You have the option to upload logos and some general formatting but for the most part, it's hard to conceal that it's a third party platform and sometimes it lacked some sophistication. I use the forms to collect information but also to serve as onboarding contracts with new clients. Their newer document-signing functionality is also super convenient and easy to use. Pros I like that I can create up to 5 forms for free, and it's quite easy to set up a simple form. The wide variety of blocks that can be added to a form offer much greater flexibility than alternatives (like Google forms). Cons When creating more complex forms, it can sometimes be difficult to find the settings I need for certain block functionality (like requiring an answer). And while forms can be personalized according to some branding elements, the overall customization capacity is fairly limited. I have not explored them yet but was relieved to see them integrate well. I also utilize google docs to upload CSV files that I have downloaded from Jotform. Being able to skip a step with this would be ideal. Pros We were looking for something that was secure and had an audit trail while still being user friendly. We have a nonprofit that works with students with disabilities and when someone shows interest in our program, we utilize Jotform to collect secure information that can also be easily organized. Cons I wish it was easier to create forms that we could duplicate and send to multiple families personalized rather than having to duplicate and edit. Example: I need to send a notification to parents and they need to sign that they saw it, but I want it to have their students' name at the top. When I have an issue or question to reach out to the team, they are very fast at answering Pros It’s easy to use, it has a ton of features which allows you to customize the forms for your specific needs! It’s also user friendly for the people who need to complete the forms, too. I don’t hear complaints or issues from people who fill out the forms, which is a positive for sure! Cons I didn’t realized how many options were available because there’s so many! They even have the ability to choose a language when filling out the form and I didn’t realize it at first. So, the “con” in it is that you have to search around to become familiar with all the options and abilities available!
