Love it. Pros I love the ability to choose templates, the customer service is absolutely amazing and I love the integration with Square. Cons The learning curve for certain applications seemed to be daunting. But again I would ask how to do my application and would always get a quick and precise instructions how to, when I contacted customer service. I’ll continue to use it. Pros I’ve been using Jotform for several years now. It was very easy to set up an account and create the forms that I need. The form customization was exactly what I needed and the app and notifications are great. Cons I have not had any bad experiences with Jotform. From the original setting up of the account to creating my forms to using the app I have not had a single problem yet and I’ve been using Hot form for several years. I like the separation between tables of data and the forms themselves Cons a few limitations on some really obvious stuff: calculations are wonky, it's insane that you can't have a currency field, things that are so incredibly basic on every other platform. But my BIGGEST complain is the one-user format ... In that limited aspect, we have been greatly impressed and look forward to viewing/using the full range of their services moving forward. Pros Tried the service out initially on the free tier, which incentivizes using a service we would not otherwise use. So far we have been VERY impressed by the chat capabilities of the AI agent as well as it's processing/retention/analysis of the information provided on our website as well as what it learns with each conversation and our feedback. Very easy to set up and use, simple for clients to use as well. Setup was a breeze and it was very quick/efficient to integrate into our squarespace based website! Cons There has been some confusion about the overall capabilities and various platforms available on Jotform. For the initial version we are currently using we are greatly impressed. September 10, 2025 5.0 my overall experience with Jotform was extremely positive, I really appreciated how simple it was to use as a creator, I appreciated that it wasn’t overcharging people, and I think it has offered an extremely valuable service much needed in today’s business landscape. Pros It is one of the easiest, most user-friendly, valuable business related platforms I’ve ever tried. I never experienced a glitch nor did any of my clients. It’s always been a seamless and fast process on mine and the customers end. I was also impressed by how easy it was to keep my clients electronic waivers secured & organized. It was also great to be able to adjust/edit waivers as need be. Cons I truly cannot recall, disliking any particular aspect of jot form. Maybe in a dreamworld after a waiver is signed, It would automatically print in my office, since I am partial to analog and paper copies as well as digital ones but that is not a fault or con of Jotform, merely a personal preference! Pretty user friendly interface and good customer service. Pros Jotform is integral to the day-to-day functioning of my business and has been from the beginning! The forms are quite customizable and have done everything I need them to do. I also love that I can embed them in my website, which has been a good workaround for me to make them match my branding better. Cons I hit the data limits on the free version on a regular basis so I have to clear out the data frequently. I wish there was a more accessible paid level to just offer more data, but the lowest cost level is still too expensive for what I need. Also I wish the look of the forms was more customizable (for instance fonts). They are a bit clunky visually and could look much more modern. Pros Since I started using jotform, it has offered me the relief a needed with the little push into my business. The application is easy to use and work well with wifi connections. The abilitybto customise forms for data collection is unique due to its flexibility. It offers great value. Cons Jetform does not work at maximum capacity on mobile data. Probably because of its design or the minimal connection my mobile data offers. I have asked a few members of the team to use over their devices so that we could reach a conclusive outcome on capacity.
