Now, we send the link to the forms and the client completes whenever it is best for their schedule - Pros Jotform has become an important part of helping to gather client information for proposals. From the easy-to-use form builder to the various templates, we seem to find more and more areas of our business where we can utilize Jetform and its great wealth of tools. We use it to enroll new students in my school, to collect information and feedback. Pros The integration with other apps and the possibility of creating workflows that allow for automation of processes and tasks. I also really like the support system. Any requests is answered promptly and exhaustively. Cons Some features that are missing are: more flexibility in the workflows (eg. inserting forms in different workflows), better integration with excel and google sheets. We use it so frequently and has many applications available. Pros Jotform is user friendly so all of our staff can use it. It has great functions where you can set minimum response lengths to form questions, have multiple locations in which the form will be auto-sent and has privacy options as well. We use it for legal waivers and enrollment forms and works great for both. Cons You have the option to upload logos and some general formatting but for the most part, it's hard to conceal that it's a third party platform and sometimes it lacked some sophistication. The submission limits and form limits are a little tricky, but the pricing is too high on the paid versions for our purposes. I wish there was a version priced lower with lower submission limits. Pros It is very easy to use and the free option is very usable. The conditional formatting means I don't have to make a hundred different forms depending on who I'm sending it to. I can just ask them a question on the form, and their answer will hide questions that don't apply to them. Cons It is sometimes difficult to make custom PDFs, but you can still get the job done. I am looking forward to building more forms and learning how to use logic in it. Pros I'm using the free version to test it out and absolutely love it. It's user friendly to both the form builder and the end user. I like how, as an admin, I can see the photos in my admin portal under each question. I also like how it comes through in a pdf in email that I can easily download and use. Cons Nothing as of yet. Since I am on the free version, I'm limited to how much I can test it before running out of submissions. Switched from [GoFormz](https://www.capterra.com/p/125634/GoFormz/) formstack doesn't send over the submission in a pdf, I have to look at links in order to pull up photos. goformz, you can get the form to submit with photos, but it's only if you use the pdf version form builder, and I don't think there's logic building in that one. Very efficient, easy, and enjoyable to use. The customer service was quite friendly as well. I've had a couple of zoom meetings where they helped me. Pros It is extremely user friendly and pleasant to look at. You can make your tables or forms as colorful as you like. They are very customizable. The software also allows you to collect a lot of information very easily and makes it easy to get an idea of what is going on with any form you've created, such as who has or has not signed your form yet. Cons For a while I had difficulties with some employees not being able to sign into jotform and sign the forms I was sending them. But finally figured out a way to bypass this and I can now send a form link directly to them without any account needed. It just immediately opens up to the form. January 25, 2026 4.0 Jotform has reduced quite a few manual steps in our processes. We've had clients use stripe, but want to make sure T&C's are acknowledged and signed but it was very difficult to enforce with programs like panda doc - so being able to automate purchase to signature of important documents was helpful. Pros Jotform is super easy friendly and a great platform to use for assessments, quizzes, or even simple questionnaires. It's helped us in terms of basic data management for clients, and also in-depth segmentation based on responses. But it does allow you to do just over the bare minimum as an employer because I feel that it is important to always recognize those who are working hard for you. But for organization and prioritizing real time recognition with tangible rewards and actual live gaming features that make things fun and keep your employees engaged I would recommend another product. Pros That it has custom forms that fit and align with your company as opposed to broad templates, which allow you to design and personalize the recognition. You can also create nomination and voting ballots and there is also a way to make an employee of month which makes your employees always strive to be the best. And for smaller companies there is also a free program. Cons There is no built in rewards programs gaming features like some of the other programs, it mainly focuses on data collection and work flow only.
