Overall, I'm thrilled that I was able to go from paper applications to an online platform that tracks applicants.

Pros

The user interface is superior to similar platforms and I love how easy it is to make continuous changes to the live form created.

Cons

No UNDO button when editing / creating form! It's extremely easy to delete or alter aspects of the form by mistake, but there is no option to undo any action.

Jotform is extremely flexible and powerful for building operational systems without coding. It allowed us to digitise over 60+ processes, including quality control, site inspections, procurement tracking, and internal workflows. The integration with Google Workspace is a major advantage, enabling structured data collection and automation. The form builder is intuitive, supports complex logic, and works well across devices, including offline scenarios. Enterprise features such as custom domains and branding also help maintain a professional company image.

Cons

At scale, certain limitations become visible. Managing large numbers of forms and submissions can become difficult to organise and maintain. Overall Jotform has been a reliable and customizable option for our web-based forms. The script and embedding features are nice.

Pros

Jotform is very easy to use while having many features. We use it for all of our contact forms for our clients. Customer support is wonderful and always able to fix any issue fast.

Cons

While we do use Jotform for all forms, our plan is a little pricey per year. I do wish that long term customers got a bit of a break for the higher plans.

I have been using Jotform for about 5 years. I have always been able to reach customer support, I have been able to serve my clients with ease and efficiency, and I can rely on the service to deliver a great product for our clients!

Pros

Jotform is easy to use and filled with tips, resources and information for customers to utilize. Customizing forms is a breeze and absolutely wonderful. Jotform it's affordable and always supports their customers with great customer service.

Cons

I do not have any negative cons to share. My experience has been great! If ever there were issues or I was uncertain of product capabilities, there are tutorials available.

We've been using Jotform for about 4 years now and it has made summer camp registrations seemless for parents filling out the form. It makes reviewing registrations simple also on the backend. With integrations we can move data around without much effort.

Pros

Jotform has both the power for complex forms, but also the ability to make it look good to both sides of the data-from those filling things out to those reviewing the data later. The cost is also in the sweet spot making it a great value.

Cons

Without the enterprise level you can't have multiple users. I'd love an option to allow 1-3 more named users on our account without having to jump to the enterprise level of the product.

Jotform has been a total game-changer for our nonprofit. We were struggling with outdated mail-in membership applications until we found this platform, which was the only truly free program that could handle every complex requirement we had. Since making the switch, our membership has actually increased because the digital process is so much faster and more accessible for everyone. The setup was incredibly intuitive for me as the creator; I especially love the conditional logic that hides unnecessary questions, making the forms feel much less daunting for our applicants. We were also able to use our own logo and custom colors to ensure everything looks modern and matches our website perfectly. Between the professional design and the fact that it automatically organizes all our data into a spreadsheet, Jotform has saved us countless hours of manual work. It’s the perfect, budget-friendly solution for any organization looking to scale!

Pros

Jotform provided our nonprofit with a professional, custom-branded digital solution that replaced our manual mail-in process and successfully increased our membership. Its intuitive conditional logic and automatic spreadsheet organization made complex forms simple for both our team to create and our members to complete—all on a truly functional free plan.

Cons

I could not connect our PayPal account because it had to be a PayPal business account. Our account is a nonprofit account, and I couldn't change it, so I wasn't able to integrate payment in the form. Our customers are still having to pay their membership fee in a two-step process as they were before we used Jotform. While I liked the conditional logic and found it fairly simple to set up myself, it would have been better if AI could have helped me out with setting up more of those conditions. I would tell it what I needed it to do, it would tell me the condition was set, but then I would preview the form, the condition did not work, so I had to do them manually.

Because it offered the specific combination of advanced features we needed, like custom branding and conditional logic, within a truly functional free plan that outperformed other major competitors. While I wish that Jotform allowed more submissions on the free plan, they really outrank their competitors, many of whom only allow 5-10 submissions. It also stood out because it was the easiest site to build the application on, it was easy to customize it and make it our own, and the conditional logic that could hide/show questions was a big help.

I did not actually use Mailchimp before. I had to select an option here to be able to submit the form. We relied on good old fashioned paper and the U.S. Postal Service. Membership was down, and people did not want to fill out and mail a paper form and pay by check.

I’ve been using Jotform ever since starting my business and it has been essential to my success. I love how easy it is to use. I send out all my contracts using Jotform and it’s not only efficient for me to clone my forms and send them out, but it is very simple for my clients to use as well!

Pros

I love the value for my money. I can use Jotform for several different aspects of my business including contracts, questionnaires, customer order forms, and info sheets.

Cons

I don’t really have anything I don’t like other than it could maybe be a little more visually attractive.

High quality form tool with a huge network of support. 9 times out of 10 you'll be able to create exactly what you want. I used it heavily integrated into Salesforce and received nothing but praise from all end users.

Pros

Where to even start! Jotform has come a long ways since they started. The amount of integrations they offer is impressive. It is incredibly easy to use and learn. Their customer support and knowledge base is top notch. I have always found exactly the answer I needed. The form customization is very simple, but very versatile. Using their preloaded options or fully customizing everything with css. All while being surprisingly affordable. I can't recommend this tool enough.

Cons

Zero complaints at all. With their powerful integrations, there really isn't an application this isn't useful for.

Even though there are some asks and issues, this is expected and understandable. Overall this is the most useful tool for a small business.

Pros

Jotform is a useful tool for bookings and payments for our small business. It's easy to use and links to our Calendar seamlessly. It serves as a great management tool for some of our data and customers. The support feedback is quick and efficient. Building forms is fairly easy and can also be very intricate to suit all needs. Examples and templates helps immensely. Adding pictures and videos to forms are easy and helpful.

Cons

Jotform has limited free options but for a one person business it is too expensive to upgrade. There are some asks that takes a long time to develop and there are some constraints. Although working with pictures and videos are easy, it does not always perform well depending on the users' settings or browser.

It's been good actually. I have grown to depend on Jotform for data collection, which has been critical to our improvement activities.

Pros

Easy to use, with nice reporting, exporting. It also integrates directly with my Hubspot CRM, which makes things easier. Fast response from Customer Support team too. They are actually helpful, even though i'm on a free account.

Cons

Sometimes i get security issues that trigger IP Suspension. In this period, me and my users can't access our onboarding form, and it affects our workflow. Thankfully, customer support team responds fast.

Jotform is so easy to follow and work with. It has a good work flow. As a new business owner for travel advisor. This was perfect for me!

I've used it for years and it's been fantastic all around, great support, great integrations. It's made things much easier year in and year out by being able to clone forms and not start from scratch each time.

Pros

The ease of use and overall functionality and form customization is better than any other forms platform I've used.

Cons

That you are only able to have different users in one account by signing up for Enterprise which is a significantly higher rate than any of the other plans offered for single users.

Honestly, I have no issues with the site. In several years I have only had one minor issue but It was user error and customer service walked me through it right away.

Overall Jotform offer an easiest way to build a form and also has highly customizable features. Ability to create and publish forms from any device is a huge plus.

Pros

One of the most standout features of Jotform is it's drag and drop tool which makes it easy to create and customize forms without any coding knowledge. Easy to collect and edit data.Have customizable themes for branding purposes.Simple to create and publish form from any device.

Cons

Sometimes the upload in Jotform does not translate well into new from ,needs one to do some creative work to readjust titles or sections that didn't copy smoothly to it.

I have used Jotform to conduct customer surveys and it provides instant insight into preferences and queries.

Pros

I am having better experience to create online forms for our customers in few steps, as a result data capturing and transfer is a lot easier and effective.

Cons

I do not like that respondents to my surveys cannot edit their responses if the submission was already signed.

Pros

Jotform ha resuelto muchas de mis tareas diarias en la creación de formularios. Permite crearlos de forma tractiva, enviarlos mediante enlace, recibirlos y descargarlos en formato pdf o en xls. Además, permite personalizar el formulario a preferencia del usuario. También cuenta con plantillas que pueden ser utilizadas y personalizadas.

Cons

Al día de hoy, todo ha sido muy positivo y productivo con la herramienta. No he identificado desventajas o dificultades en su uso.

Over all, I use JotForm on a daily bases. It is extremely helpful in all areas of my work and has become a very important tool.

Pros

You don’t need any coding knowledge. The form builder is very visual, so you can simply drag fields where you want them, rearrange them, and see your form take shape instantly.

Cons

Certain field types like Input Tables, Matrixes, or Widgets don’t support pre-population across forms. This makes it hard to pass structured data from one form to another seamlessly.

Unfortunately, widgets can't be populated using URL parameters as they are under an iFrame environement. However, you can populate input tables, using URL parameters. You may use the Field Prepopulator app https://io-apps.jotform.io/prepopulate/ to generate a form URL with query parameters that would populate the Input Table element in the form. 89/100. Like I said for the most part I love jotform been using it for all 4 of my businesses. I just know I can’t depend on customer service.

Pros

Ease of using, learning curve. A lot of what I like about it is listed online. It’s pretty simple and easy to use for links and payments even for the free version.

Cons

Customer service is not helpful rarely respond. The prices keep changing , the amount of forms per month keeps changing.

### "Jotform: A new way to survey"

My overall experience with Jotform is positive. The customization options such as creating forms and surveys is pretty easy and straight forward. E-signatures and document uploading is very easy when it comes to asking for clients or customers to upload information or documents. The drop and drag feature when creating forms is another plus. Despite the slow response from customer service and questionable tier prices I'd say it's comparable to a few other form creation sites.

Pros

What I like most about Jotform is the ease in creating questions, forms and surveys to send to clients/constituents. Users do not have to go through a steep learning curve to create forms and surveys. There are over 10,000 templates with a variety of design options, including fonts, colors layouts and CSS editing. Jotform connects with integrations with other platforms like, Google Sheets, PayPal, Slack and Zoom. Since the company that I'm working for is a nonprofit, we truly appreciate the free tier and low pricing model, which gives us a generous starting point with up to five forms and 100 monthly submissions.

Cons

I find that one of the things that I like least about Jotform is the copy and paste. You have to double click into the form and if you are copying and pasting from a long paragraph you can take sections at a time and if dont copy the entire section some of the sentences end up out of place. When I have any account issues it seems like it takes a very long time to hear back from customer service. When you put in a customer service ticket, you don't hear back for a week in some cases. The only other backdrop that I think it should have is a rating system like Survey Monkey. They need something to check and see how many people are opening the form, what browser they are using and the ability to send the form via the app instead of having to send it via email.

### "Driving our guest feedback loop in the hospitality industry."

Being a Customer Service Lead, I must be able to record guest information and service orders in the shortest time possible and not using a glitchy interface. This is a tool that I utilise in order to operate our online feedback forms and check-in surveys which have greatly decreased manual data input in our front desk team.

Pros

The drag-and-drop designer is highly intuitive and it is simple to design sleek and branded forms that could appear stunning on the mobile phone of any guest during their stay.

Cons

Those higher submission rates are high to the small business and the offline option is not very reliable with some complex widgets or slow connections.

### "Easy customizable fillable forms"

I like it very much. I use at I would say monthly. I use it as a screening tool.And as you get to know , you tool for my client. I would say , overall , I like the platform very much.

Pros

The ease of being able to send someone in questionnaire and allowing them to access it digitally. I also favored the custom ability of it.

Cons

How to prefer if it was easier to send for others to fill it out. Sometimes it will not allow the receiver to open it without a password. It's easily rectified, just by clicking a button and changing the way I'm sending it.But it typically resets back to that , and I don't always think to check it before I send to the receiver.

Very positive. It is very easy to use, I like the options I have and the ability to construct workflows within the software is great!

Pros

Ease of use Form customization Also the community help is so positive each time I have had a problem, the support from the community has been fast and reliable

Cons

The pdf editor/email editor is a little cumbersome and not as refined as their form editor. I have used it many times in the past and it kind of frustrates me each time.
