Right now, we use the free edition, but can easily imaging wanting to switch to the premium tier as our usage and frequency of JotForms increases. Cons Would be really nice and helpful if you could see the open rates on a more granular (user by user) level. It has all the requirements for those looking for professional form and is very easy to use. Cons I thought for a moment but no. Designs, features, usage, everything is fine. Reason for choosing Jotform I used a few companies before encountering jotform. in some of them I could not edit the forms, some of them were not professional enough. but certainly none compare to jotform.
