It's easy to view and export data, and I especially that I can set it up so that multiple people receive submissions. September 25, 2018 5.0 I have been using Jotform to collect my customers orders for many years now and i have found it very effective in capturing just what they want. It is also an easy way for customers to send in orders - very user friendly. Pros Jotform is a great tool to help any business (big or small) to collect data from customers and is also good for students to use for fundraisers at school. I like all of the different tools that this software provides and the functionality of Jotform is amazing! We are sending the forms out to clients via email in advance so they can fill it out and get it back to us prior to showing up for their appointment! Pros Putting together customized forms is extremely easy to do! They have templates that will help guide you to putting together a form or you can go at it from scratch! Cons They allow a certain number of free uses each month then you have to pay for the form to be used after that. It is not a major issue for my clinic, but if you were sending out new client forms or covid questionnaires to every customer it may be worth looking at different options if cost is a concern. May 13, 2021 5.0 I am planning to use JotForms regularly now that I know about it, I wish I had learned about it sooner! Pros I have been using Google Forms practically since it was first released. I am a secondary school teacher and I need to gather information on a daily basis. I just discovered Jot Forms and it has proved to be the most powerful form/survey/information gathering tool I have ever used! I am planning on recommending it to many of my colleagues, as well as looking into acquiring a license for its use throughout my school and district. If you are a teacher of any kind, JotForm is something you should be using! Cons I wish they offered a few more submissions for free, I have about 125 students, so I am short on getting enough submissions with just 100.
