“You have to double click into the form and if you are copying and pasting from a long paragraph you can take sections at a time and if dont copy the entire section some of the sentences end up out of place. When I have any account issues it seems like it takes a very long time to hear back from customer service. When you put in a customer service ticket, you don't hear back for a week in some cases.“

Overall, my experience with Jotform has been very positive. It has made it easy to create structured internship and recruiting application workflows and helped us centralize candidate information in a consistent way while our organization continues to grow. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and quick to implement, which allowed us to improve our intake process without needing a full ATS in place yet. It’s been a practical and scalable solution for building an early-stage talent pipeline and supporting more organized internal processes

Pros

What I like most about Jotform is how easy it is to quickly build structured application forms for internships and recruiting workflows without needing technical support. The drag-and-drop builder makes customization simple, and conditional logic allows us to tailor forms for different candidate groups. It has helped us centralize applicant information and create an organized pipeline before implementing a full ATS, which saves time and improves visibility across the team.

Cons

As our usage grows, managing larger numbers of forms and keeping reporting centralized across workflows can take some additional organization. Some integrations and automation features also require a bit of setup time initially. However, these are minor compared to the flexibility and efficiency the platform provides overall.

### "Jotform- Better than the competition"

I have a good overall experience using jotform. I did try to create accounts with some jotforms competitors but for the cost value/ease of use and ability to design the questionnaire how I want, and store a certain number of responses, Jotform is the winner.

Pros

I like the ease of setting up a questionnaire which I use for my law firm to collect info for clients. The form can be edited easily and I can design the questions using tables or write in responses etc.

Cons

I deleted a question and it still seems to show up when people answer the questionnaire. When I go back into edit the form, the form appears correct, but when I receive responses, the deleted question is there?

Overall, I have had a postive experience, and use Jotform daily. It takes form management to an efficient and easy to use part of gathering important information.

Pros

The ability for form customization is highly important to me, as well as ease of use. The price point is quite good, especially if you have a large number of forms. Customer support continues to improve and get faster.

Cons

Not being able to have multiple people access Jotform admin is a significant drawback. It limits organizations and creates a bottleneck in team flow, as only one person has the ability to edit and revise forms, unless you use a work around. The Enterprise level is significantly more expensive, which would be the solution to this, however it's priced out of range for most teams. Support can be complex, as on occasion they do not read through the full request or read what has been attempted to solve an issue.

Jotform has been a total game-changer for our nonprofit. We were struggling with outdated mail-in membership applications until we found this platform, which was the only truly free program that could handle every complex requirement we had. Since making the switch, our membership has actually increased because the digital process is so much faster and more accessible for everyone. The setup was incredibly intuitive for me as the creator; I especially love the conditional logic that hides unnecessary questions, making the forms feel much less daunting for our applicants. We were also able to use our own logo and custom colors to ensure everything looks modern and matches our website perfectly. Between the professional design and the fact that it automatically organizes all our data into a spreadsheet, Jotform has saved us countless hours of manual work. It’s the perfect, budget-friendly solution for any organization looking to scale!

Pros

Jotform provided our nonprofit with a professional, custom-branded digital solution that replaced our manual mail-in process and successfully increased our membership. Its intuitive conditional logic and automatic spreadsheet organization made complex forms simple for both our team to create and our members to complete—all on a truly functional free plan.

Cons

I could not connect our PayPal account because it had to be a PayPal business account. Our account is a nonprofit account, and I couldn't change it, so I wasn't able to integrate payment in the form. Our customers are still having to pay their membership fee in a two-step process as they were before we used Jotform. While I liked the conditional logic and found it fairly simple to set up myself, it would have been better if AI could have helped me out with setting up more of those conditions. I would tell it what I needed it to do, it would tell me the condition was set, but then I would preview the form, the condition did not work, so I had to do them manually.

Because it offered the specific combination of advanced features we needed, like custom branding and conditional logic, within a truly functional free plan that outperformed other major competitors. While I wish that Jotform allowed more submissions on the free plan, they really outrank their competitors, many of whom only allow 5-10 submissions. It also stood out because it was the easiest site to build the application on, it was easy to customize it and make it our own, and the conditional logic that could hide/show questions was a big help.

I did not actually use Mailchimp before. I had to select an option here to be able to submit the form. We relied on good old fashioned paper and the U.S. Postal Service. Membership was down, and people did not want to fill out and mail a paper form and pay by check.

My overall experience with Jotform has been really positive. I started using it to collect responses for a few internal projects and ended up adopting it more broadly. The interactive widgets like ranking and rating scales make forms feel less tedious for people filling them out, which genuinely improves response quality. Setup is fast, the interface doesn't overwhelm you, and it just gets out of your way and lets you build. Would recommend it to anyone who needs to build forms quickly without a steep learning curve.

Pros

Honestly, what won me over with Jotform is how interactive the forms can be. The ranking widget is way better than any alternative I used. The drag-and-drop builder is super intuitive and I was able to get forms up and running without any help. The number of templates available is impressive and the third-party integrations just work. Overall it's made data collection a lot more fun and efficient for me.

Cons

The main thing I'd flag is that the free plan fills up quicker than you'd expect if you're running multiple forms. It would be nice to have slightly more generous submission limits before needing to upgrade. Occasionally the builder feels a tiny bit sluggish on very complex forms, but honestly it's a minor thing and hasn't really gotten in my way.

Jotform is super easy to set-up, customize, distribute, utilize, and grab analytics from. It has made lots of projects and deliverables successful for me.

If anything, I would like to be able to customize like backgrounds/graphics/change fonts and such to match either our company overall or a specific project.

Super easy to contact and they have a quick turnaround time. You can quickly chat with a representative and they are there to answer right away.

Pros

Free! We can upgrade when we need to and then stop when we aren't using it! It's easy to grab all the info we need and we can save and export the information gathered in multiple formats. We use this to gather senior info for our newspaper. Easy to share with students.

Cons

I can't think of any drawbacks! Jotform is really easy to use and we haven't found any issues with the things we are using it for.

Pros

I choose Jotform over Google and Microsoft any day of the week! The time, the features, the simplicity for those not tech savvy is outstanding.

Cons

We have had an incredible experience with Jotform. Being a non-profit Kids Camp there are no better options. Too many issues using other registration methods and too expensive.

Pros

Jotform is a great platform for small camps like ours because of its ease of use and its affordability. We are able to do all our registration online.

I’ve been using Jotform ever since starting my business and it has been essential to my success. I love how easy it is to use. I send out all my contracts using Jotform and it’s not only efficient for me to clone my forms and send them out, but it is very simple for my clients to use as well!

Pros

I love the value for my money. I can use Jotform for several different aspects of my business including contracts, questionnaires, customer order forms, and info sheets.

Cons

I don’t really have anything I don’t like other than it could maybe be a little more visually attractive.

High quality form tool with a huge network of support. 9 times out of 10 you'll be able to create exactly what you want. I used it heavily integrated into Salesforce and received nothing but praise from all end users.

Pros

Where to even start! Jotform has come a long ways since they started. The amount of integrations they offer is impressive. It is incredibly easy to use and learn. Their customer support and knowledge base is top notch. I have always found exactly the answer I needed. The form customization is very simple, but very versatile. Using their preloaded options or fully customizing everything with css. All while being surprisingly affordable. I can't recommend this tool enough.

Cons

Zero complaints at all. With their powerful integrations, there really isn't an application this isn't useful for.

Overall, I've been happy with the platform. As I noted earlier...it was easy to create the form I wanted with the options that I wanted. Customers have found the form to be user friendly but have noted that the picture verification/authentication block can sometimes prove challenging for them.

Pros

I found the platform was easy to use both from a creative standpoint, as well as a submission standpoint. I was able to create a form that captured the customer information I needed without difficulty.

Cons

I don't like that, upon saiving a new item or editing an existing item, the form returns me to the top of the list. Additionally, I wish the form would allow some customers to select online payment through a payment gateway while giving other customers the option to submit without payment... currently, if I set up the payment gateway, everyone has to pay prior to submission. I don't like that. I've also found that customers who have certain email providers (ie Comcast) do not receive a confirming email. Perhaps it's my perception, and while I know the information from the form can be exported to an EXCEL spreadsheet, I wish there was the capability to have an easy to read printout of orders I need for a particular day.

Regarding confirmation emails not reaching some respondents, deliverability can vary depending on the recipient's email provider. My overall experience with Jotform was very positive. It made building and managing online forms simple and efficient, even for more complex workflows. The interface was easy to navigate, and it reduced the time needed to collect and organise information. The range of templates and customisation options meant I could quickly adapt forms for different purposes without starting from scratch. Integrations with other tools also helped streamline processes and reduce manual work. There were a few limitations around advanced customisation and some features being restricted by pricing tiers, but overall it was a reliable and practical tool that improved productivity and made data collection much smoother.

Pros

What I liked most about Jotform was how easy and intuitive it was to use while still offering a lot of flexibility. Creating forms was quick, even for more detailed processes, and the drag and drop builder made everything straightforward without needing technical knowledge. I also found the automation features and integrations really useful for improving efficiency and reducing manual admin work. Overall, it made collecting and managing information much more organised and user friendly.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks I found with Jotform was that some of the more advanced features and customisation options can feel limited unless you move onto higher priced plans. At times, forms with a lot of conditional logic or integrations could also feel slightly clunky to manage. There were occasional formatting inconsistencies across devices as well, which sometimes required additional checking before sharing forms externally.

### "Great functionality and value"

We've used Jotform for 5+ years with our clients, setting up accounts for them, and using a paid account ourselves. We've used many different platforms for surveys over the years and Jotform is consistently our favourite. They love how professional the surveys look and appreciate being able to "see behind the curtain" on results as they come in. It's easy to share the forms with clients, too.

Pros

It's very easy to create detailed surveys with a variety of question types. The logic routing is easy to set up and helps us simplify longer surveys. The report generating option is great for quick summaries and it's easy to share the survey through links and website embeds. Our smaller clients get great use of the free version but the pricing tiers are pretty reasonable.

Cons

There are limited design/branding options so we don't always have brand consistency for our clients.

I've used it for years and it's been fantastic all around, great support, great integrations. It's made things much easier year in and year out by being able to clone forms and not start from scratch each time.

Pros

The ease of use and overall functionality and form customization is better than any other forms platform I've used.

Cons

That you are only able to have different users in one account by signing up for Enterprise which is a significantly higher rate than any of the other plans offered for single users.

Very Positive. The form give me all the information I need to get the lease completed. I can also go back to see how many other people asked for the same day.

Pros

Good record keeping tool. Very easy for the people that go to our website to fill out the form. It give me all the information I need to get them booked.

Cons

Would like to attach to a digital signature format. It is a lot more work for me to take the information and put it in another platform.

Pros

What I liked most about Jotform is how easy it is to use, even with little to no technical experience. The drag and drop form builder makes creating professional-looking forms quick and intuitive, and the wide range of templates and integrations saves a lot of time. It’s also very flexible, allowing customization to fit different needs without feeling complicated.

Cons

What I liked least about Jotform is that some of the more advanced features and higher submission limits are locked behind paid plans, which can feel restrictive. Also, occasional lag in the form builder and limited customization in certain areas can be a bit frustrating.

Being a Customer Service Lead, I must be able to record guest information and service orders in the shortest time possible and not using a glitchy interface. This is a tool that I utilise in order to operate our online feedback forms and check-in surveys which have greatly decreased manual data input in our front desk team.

Pros

The drag-and-drop designer is highly intuitive and it is simple to design sleek and branded forms that could appear stunning on the mobile phone of any guest during their stay.

Cons

Those higher submission rates are high to the small business and the offline option is not very reliable with some complex widgets or slow connections.

I think overall once I learned how to use it, it’s actually pretty easy to use. I think it’s great that we’re able to offer lower costs due to having less fees.

Pros

It’s very customizable and the cost is lower than most sales platform. Once you learn how to make forms, you can clone previously created forms.

Cons

There is learning curve if you’ve never created forms before. Your company may need a little training to allow everyone to use it properly.

### "Easy customizable fillable forms"

I like it very much. I use at I would say monthly. I use it as a screening tool.And as you get to know , you tool for my client. I would say , overall , I like the platform very much.

Pros

The ease of being able to send someone in questionnaire and allowing them to access it digitally. I also favored the custom ability of it.

Cons

How to prefer if it was easier to send for others to fill it out. Sometimes it will not allow the receiver to open it without a password. It's easily rectified, just by clicking a button and changing the way I'm sending it.But it typically resets back to that , and I don't always think to check it before I send to the receiver.
